Hello, my name is Dovilė. I'm a Lithuanian, English speaking YouTuber and hairstylist. Every day we see these commercials and commercials where women and men would have big voluminous thick luscious hair, and for someone like me, that has experienced hair loss for a few years lost almost half of my hair. I really wanted to share my story. Hello. Welcome to the channel, i am a little bit an english-speaking youtuber that does hair theme, videos here on youtube from hair care to heatless, hair cells and hintless curls as you've seen from the intro i gon na share, probably one of the biggest insecurities that i had, But i have been seeing a lot of these videos on youtube where girls would share their hair stories, their fine thin hair stories. So, starting with with prehistory as all most of the little girls, i always had long hair from my childhood from kindergarten middle school, high school, big, braids, big, big tails, big ponytails, i always have thick and long hair. When i grew older, when i was a teenager around 13 14 years old, i started to learn how to do hair, how to do braids a lot of braids a lot of pulling a lot of combing tying elastic bands. Hair ties all that stuff and i did everything on my selfie and i think that was one of the indicators that kind of maybe damage my hair in a way that i break it or lost it, but at a time it wasn't that bad. I can't remember this clearly: i was 17 years old at the time and you know still long hair down to my bottom house that my hair started to fall out so much, but i still was like. Maybe it's just the way it should be like. I didn't pay attention to it, but it was like a lot and every time i would you know, get nervous or get stressed or just a little bit like anxious. My hair was always like this. I could literally just take my hair and every time i comb, there's always more hair than usual, especially one of those moments where i am stressed. Can we just appreciate the view right here? I know find you at the time i didn't have any special hair products, hair care routine. All of that so second phase of my hair loss was when i was around like 19 to 22. This was back in the time when i finished high school started college that i actually started to do to cope with. My hair loss was to drink photography, specifically for the hair loss and using hair tonic that i talked about on my channel before that time. Using that i already had a little bit of like hair growth, but it wasn't specifically in this area, because this was my problematic area. I literally could see my scalp pretty clear. You can see the top of my head, like the top of my head, like this portion is probably like the worst. Like you see this, you see this yeah yeah college came and, and i kind of gave up everything i've done. I regret till this day and i wish i could go back time and fix those things so now i'm removing two from 2018 to 2020. This is when i started chowing to university, and i started to work nine to five, but doing a lot of stress duo too, not taking care of my hair duo overeating. Not only that i still had hair loss, but i gained a lot of weight. It felt like everything was out of my control. My hair loss is kind of like comes, and goes it's more like seasonal, like for most people. Now, i'm quite on been a lot of medication pontiff pills. I was never a person that would you know, drink vitamins and all of that, just by now, i'm almost 25 years old. Just now, i'm starting to really go deep and taking the vitamins that i had. You know i also lost weight. I did gain a little bit, but i'm still not in that place where i was like few years ago. I did. I know that i i don't know if i will be able to grow this part, because i did grow a lot of new baby hairs, but now it's like hard to see if either, if i'm not, then i'm gon na try to keep my existing hair as Healthy conditioned as i possibly can, i'm always appreciating your new hair growth, even though it's like he may be here, maybe here in whatever the part you know it might be. I lost 50 around half of my hair and honestly, i'm gon na be honest with you. It'S definitely not something easy to deal with to cope with and kind of digesting. I just stay positive. I'M trying to feel you know grateful, because your hair can really affect your self-esteem. The outro should be done with this beautiful sunset. This was my story. You guys, i really hope you enjoyed it and found this video helpful and valuable in any shape or form. I just the message that i want to portray. Is that, no matter what your hair type is thin, fine, thick curly short long strain wavy. It is your hair type, it makes you unique and it's what makes you beautiful and i don't want you to feel less worthy, less confident, less beautiful. Just because you don't you don't have thick voluminous luscious hair feel that i wake up every single day. Ladies and gents rush over there pulling over there again, if you enjoyed this video, don't forget to give it a big ol thumbs up click that bell icon to be notified. Every time i upload a new video - and i will see you in the next one - we've been dancing for so long under the stars. I feel that the grass will cut through my skin

A HA: I've had super thin hair since like third grade, just using hair powder/eyebrow powder on my scalp has been a huge game changer for my confidence, and I am finally going to get treated for my thyroid issues decades past puberty :)
