Should you sleep with your hair up or down? Well, it depends what you're sleeping on, if you're sleeping in a silk or satin Bonnet, it's best to leave your hair down within the Bonnet to avoid any unnecessary tugging on your strands, however, if you're sleeping on a silk or satin pillowcase, but have normal sheets, it's Best to wear your hair in a loose braid or a Twist to ensure your hair is not falling off of your pillowcase and rubbing on your sheets, which can cause damage. If you sleep on full silk sheets and a silk pillowcase, it's perfectly fine to leave your hair down, follow for more hair care tips.
