Hello, friends and family welcome back to my channel in this video i'll, be showing you how i transformed my hair from a shrinking state to a fully stretched state and also 10 simple, but amazing hairstyles with this stretched hair, basically i'll be doing african threading with the Yarn, my hair is freshly washed and i applied oil and shea butter mix in the shower to help retain moisture i'll start off by cutting the appropriate length of yarn for my hair length. So i've been using the threading method for quite some time now, and i happen to find new reasons why i should thread in a particular way. Threading in smaller sessions allows the hair to dry more quickly compared to threading in bigger sessions, especially if you have low porosity hair and it takes the hair a longer time to dry. I have a couple of videos on african threading and for your convenience. I will link them in the description before threading. Your hair should be well detangled, so it will be ideal to comb it out and, as always, please make sure the hair is well moisturized before combing, so that you avoid breakage. So i applied just a little more shea butter mix, so i put the thread at the base of the sectioned hair and grab it firmly between my thumb and index finger, so it doesn't slip through while threading. I then grab the loose end of the thread and pass it over and around the section hair. I wind the yarn a couple of times at the base before i move on so while threading the ends kind of shrink because of the moisture. So i just stretch it a bit with a comb and continue threading towards the end. I fold the thread back onto where i reached and i continue threading. So i end up threading the thread if i could put it that way till the end, and i make a knot and cut the esses if you are new to this channel, a warm welcome to you. This is rosie natural and my name is ruse on this channel. I share my natural hair journey, which includes my hairstyles and hair care, and i also do a bit of diys to help the natural hair journey, if you haven't subscribed already consider doing that. If you like this content, i post my videos, weekly and so do turn on your notification bell. If you subscribe, so you don't miss any video i post my old and returning subscribers. What more can i, and so it made the threading just a little difficult and so do make sure you cut your yarn, not too long and not too short, but just the right length for the length of your hair. So in all i had about eight sessions, you can make the sessions smaller or bigger, depending on the thickness of your hair, and also how long it takes your hair to dry. I did add some more shea butter mix at the end of my hair, where i felt it was needed. As usual, i treat my edges with the jamaican black, castor oil. I intended to take down this hair the next day, but i didn't get a chance to, and so i took it down on the second day, so i applied my oil mix to the scalp before taking it down and as always make sure the hair is well Dried before you take it down, otherwise it will shrink back as soon as you are done. Taking it down. You know to keep it stretched if you've been watching my videos for some time now, you realize i do use thread for my puff. That'S because the shoelace and other ties just slip over the hair and do not stay in place, but the thread works perfectly for me, so you can use any tie that works perfectly for your hair foreign. You
