Failed Heatless Curls On Natural Hair!? | Octocurl

You guys are curious and want to see how I got this look keep on watching. I want you so much that I know how they keep the silk press for a whole month to establish mix for the best curls just IMO. I do the three strand every month, so I should know. Sometimes it feels like pain, trying to watch it grow but add a little bit of styling gel when watching I'm starting off on freshly washed hair. I did have to go back and rework my hair, because I wanted my hair to be damp for this video. The first mistake that I made was using way too much product. Okay, when I use a lot of product. That means my hair is going to take at least two days to dry, so be mindful of how much product you're using and remember that a little goes a long way. Now that I've detangled my hair, I'm ready to apply my gel okay. So now I'm going to apply my gel all over my roots, and that is just want to make sure that I have a nice and smooth application when I put on the Aqua curl. The purpose of this is to make sure that you are getting rid of all the frizziness in your hair, so that, once you apply the octal crow and take it off the top of your hair lays flat and doesn't have any flyaways. Now you want to brush over which you just Joe down so that it lays down flat and smooth. I really like that. The first one that I use was made of absorbent microfiber, so it really absorbed all leather products that I used just in case. I did use a lot of it. There was a lot faster drives on. I didn't like that. It was kind of rough on my hair and that the headband lost its elasticity. Once I use it once I didn't like that. The new aqua curl had an adjustable headband. The fabric is a lot more gentle on my natural hair. I didn't like that. It did absorb the product as well. Although the dryer time says longer, my hair preferred this one over the other. Okay, so you're gon na put the octo curl on top of your head and pull it down like a head. Make sure that you put the headband on your forehead and then slide the rest down to make sure that the top is smooth and flat. Just lift your strips up and pull your hair down and do the same thing on the other side, lift your strips up and pull your hair down. So basically, I'm just going to grab I'm just gon na part. My hair down your two strips are going to act as a strand and your braid, so this is going to be a braid out. Essentially, so you have your one strand, your second strand and then this whole piece of hair. This whole thick piece of hair right here is going to be another strange. So basically, you just want to make your just want to do a big play. Alright, so you want to braid it and make sure you braid it nice and tight again, you separate your hair. Now you use one strip as one strand another ship, that's another strand and your hair as the third string. Now that you have that separated off you're going to breathe as normal now when you get to the end of the strip, because I have long hair - and this is not a long set in October - I had to make do so. Basically, when you get to the last strip, you're going to use the longest strip and you're going to wrap your hair around that one, so this thought was the longest. So I wrapped my hair around that strip. Once I got to the end, I put the other ship on top of it and then fold it in half and then you grab the two elastic bands and you wrap it around the ends. This will secure your braids and make sure that it stays nice and tight and intact now keep doing the same steps for all the strips until you're done. If you accidentally use a lot of product like I did, get yourself a cotton t-shirt and Pat it dry. One sip, I will say while wearing this at night, is to tuck your scarf underneath the elastic headband, and that will prevent you from getting those a big line or cross your forehead. I bid this off-camera, so you won't be able to see it now that people apply the oil to your hands, apply that to the top of your hair and start to unravel the breathe as slowly as possible. Wow, look at that just like I said nice and defined in no freeze I'll, tell I'm starting to fill myself. Okay. I can feel that my hair is about to come off and bright, and I just can't wait to take this down. Y'All come on. Let'S get into this curl, yes, okay! Clearly I was fooling myself a little too much because I missed two breeds and I did not even notice it. This is when I realized that I had a braid left in my hair really, and this is me finding the last one right and you can see the takedown was really easy. All you do just unravel the braids and then get something wavy like this. This one. I like alike, because my just part of my hair is like a little bit damp so anytime, my hair is damp or like it's still wet. My hair looks crazy, so I'm gon na try to finesse this and I'm gon na try to make it look good. But everybody knows when your hair is wet, especially in the front. It is hard to hide it because all the other colors pop in and you got the whole wet limp curl. It'S just like I'm, not letting you lose this, I'm not letting you do it. Okay, so you want to oil on your hands again and put that all over your hair, then you're going to separate your hair, where it naturally once is separate and you're going to pull it apart as soon as possible. When you get to the end, just wrap it around your finger now I didn't go creepy and separate in my hair, like my mama would because my hair is still damp, so I didn't want to make sure that I loved my curls in check. But next, okay, like I said my hair, is so dance alright, so I'm making it look like I'm okay, but I am highly upset. Alright, I do not like when my hair is wet, because that means if the curls knuckle give me like how I want so I'm trying to go as slow as possible. Rhoa as you can see, loot legs, look: okay, your girl lover. As always, I finesse this because listen deep down. I am not happy right now. My hair is wet. Okay, I'm trying I'm trying to be cool about it, but that's what I get for. Rushing it's! Okay! It'S! Alright! It'S! Alright! It'S alright! You finessed it! It'S! Okay! Alright, anyone who is planning to buy this or anyone who is like me, who has really thick hair low, porosity, hair honey. You need two days to have this in okay. You cannot, you cannot do it on one day. You cannot wear this for a couple of hours if you have thick hair like me and you use a lot of product or you used a lot of product by accident, and you think you bought the wake up in the morning and take it out your ears.
