Everyone so today we are doing a very exciting video, I'm being kind of quiet, because it's late at night and at night I'd be quiet because I'm getting ready, I'm preparing for Sleep, these harsh bright lights are messing with my melatonin, but nonetheless we are here filming. Also, yes, this is what my makeup looks like after a day of just living, it's rough, but this will all make sense. When I explain the product we are trying. Is this overnight curler thing: it's basically like a silk noodle that curls your hair and it took Tick Tock by storm. I swear everybody has one of these now and I was like I need to test this. I haven't had amazing luck with hair curlers for overnight. I have very very long, thick hair, it's actually fine here, it's there's just so much of it. It makes it thick, which makes it very Tang. It Tangles easy. For that reason too. This is what my hair looks like with no heat, just air drying, as you can see, there's some crimp in the back of it. It'S really knotted right now, I'll brush in a minute and also a lot of people say it's actually comfortable to sleep in which is so enticing for me, because that's always my problem, like the overnight curls, will look cute. I'Ve done quite a few videos on my main Channel, but overnight curls, but it's like it irritates me to sleep in them. So I'm very hopeful for this. I'M really excited too to see how this does with long hair, because I've seen a lot of people try. This out, but they have more short, hair and uh yeah mine's, definitely more on the longer end. I'M gon na put this in my hair. This is actually a restore perfecting spray and I feel like this will be good it's for detangling, but I also think it'll be good for like making my hair a little bit damp, so it holds the curl better. It feels really weird to be filming at this hour if you guys notice, like some dead skin or anything like that, I'm having really really bad psoriasis right now. This is something I don't really talk about, but I've had really bad psoriasis since I was like 10 and I've tried so many different supplements, so many different diets, but the only real thing that takes it away is cortisone steroid. But if you've used steroid for any length of time, I started to like get a dependency and those can look many different ways. For me, it was rosacea and acne and like body aches and stuff like that, so I just recently went off of it and it's just not it's not a fun time. I might have to go back on it because it's just like very uncomfortable. So if you see that don't be alarmed it's just psoriasis and because of the fact that I'm not on a steroid right now, I'm on like some pretty crazy shampoos that are not amazing for my hair but they're supposed to control the psoriasis. So it makes my hair very waxy and like Tang ugly, so if it looks like I'm really reefing at my hair, I'm sorry it's just like what I'm dealing with right now. Okay, but my hair probably looks a little bit better now, if I do say so myself, it's not looking its best right now, like I said these psoriasis shampoos really dry it out, and I haven't had a haircut in seven months because I don't like leaving my House, let's get into it, though, grab the top on the top of the head like that. By the way, this isn't a tutorial. This is just me testing, it I'm sure, there's people with better tutorials out there. Okay, so I want to start with my bangs start. Wrapping it and then the next layer that and I'm just like slowly grabbing pieces, I've studied quite a few videos. I can do this. I'M actually excited about this too, because my hair has gotten so long that it actually Tangles while I sleep and I've actually legitimately woken up, and my hair is wrapped around my neck, like it's actually dangerous at this point. Okay, I think that's what I do feels good, though honestly it just feels nice to have my hair out of my face foreign here's, my hair. What'S the back of my head gon na look like when this is all said and done because there's no curls in the back. I almost wish there was like two skinny ones coming down here, so I could wrap in the back there. Maybe they should do that. Okay, you guys cut me into the deal all right. I want five percent, but yeah like this part. I wonder what that's gon na be like, but, like I don't know, it feels comfortable I'll update you guys in the morning how sleeping is, but I like it. It'S just so nice to have my hair out of my face and it can be like to the front like this or even to the back, like that. I think it looks cute like sometimes overnight. Curls look really ridiculous, and this is ridiculous, but like an acute way kind of like Princess, Leia Vibes. Well, I'm gon na hit the hay and we will see how it looks in the morning good afternoon. Everyone it is the morning rise and shine. I'M wearing my jammies still jammies. This is my Jammy haul. I sleep with my shirt inside out because the tag tickles me here are my pants and here are my slippers. Anyways. Here we go. Here'S how we fared throughout the night. You can probably see a big difference here. These were like really tight. They definitely falled because while I was sleeping I noticed I was going like this and like pushing them back, so it was like slowly pulling it if that makes sense, but, like I slept very hard on these, like I wasn't worried about it, I was whipping my Head around, I was like like really whipping around, and I think the only thing I had to adjust was this. Clip came loose a few times, so I had to like tighten it but like this was pretty effortless to keep at this point like this piece fell out completely. It just had no chance of staying in there, but I think let's take it out and see how it looks boom. Okay, oh hold on. Let'S see this is what I always see: people do: okay, very curly! Oh my gosh! Look at this curl! This is beautiful. Okay, let me spray it. I'M just gon na spray, some hairspray in here. Oh my gosh, look how pretty those look they're like the bounciest curls ever okay hold on I'm just gon na shake my hair out a little. This is how I style my hair. Oh my gosh, this is pretty. I'Ve never had my hair look so bouncy in overnight. Curls. Look at that! Oh, my goodness! What excuse me that looks great? Oh, I wonder how long this will last. That'S always kind of the confusion with the overnight girls is like. Is it just gon na fall immediately? Oh, my goodness, that is so pretty I'm sorry! I don't. I don't want this to fall. I got ta ensure this stays. Okay. Well, here is my hair fresh out of that heatless curling Contraption few things I got ta say Comfort, while sleeping, I would say, the most comfortable sleeping hair curler I've ever used. I know not everybody using this has like very long hair, but I was very happy to see that the like noodly worm thing was long enough that even my hair I mean I don't have the longest hair people have longer hair, but like sometimes my hair is Too long to use things like that, so it was nice that that wasn't a problem like it fit and had like extra room at the bottom. As for the curl results, I am obsessed with this. I'M obsessed they're, very bouncy and big and from the back, although it wasn't like curling all throughout the back, and I was a little bit worried about that. It looks very finished in the back. This is my new favorite thing. I'Ll give you a quick update on the screen, how my hair fared throughout the day notorious. Obviously, my hair does fall, pretty quick, it's very heavy and it tends to pull curls down, no matter how much hairspray I use. So I will update you right here, but I hundred percent understand the hype and I will be using this again. I really like this

More Mia Maples: Hey everyone, just wanted to say a big thank you for tuning in to my second channel! I've been having lots of fun making these low-key videos for this channel, it's nice to just sit and chat and try products without having to tackle big concepts like we do on the main channel! So thank you for being here! Love you all! & Subscribe for more extra content! <3 xoxoxoxo

LOUISE JOHNSON: Hey Mia! You have fine hair, and it's really dense. Density refers to the number of hairs on your head, and the fineness is referring to the diameter of the hairs themselves. Your videos are my safe place. Thank you for making me feel less alone.

Becky King: Fellow psoriasis girl here! Biologics have been a game changer for me! I am currently taking Skirizi and am completely clear

Ashley Montero: Mia!!! Have you tried the Skyrizi injection for Psoriasis? I was also diagnosed with it at a young age and nothing really worked until I started on Skyrizi a year ago. It suppresses the top layer of skin that is producing all of the extra skin cells. It is a few injections a year but my Psoriasis began clearing up almost immediately after my first dose.

Kittyface7 Kat: Hi Mia I've also had issues with my scalp and my skin. I find using the blood type diet and sulfate free shampoo helps alot. I also take vitamin D supplements and vitamin C too. I also have an autoimmune disorder so the biologic I'm on helps with my skin too.

NurseryFrog: Thank you so much for mentioning that you have psoriasis! I was recently diagnosed with scalp psoriasis and I've had a hard time feeling like my hair and scalp are gross and abnormal -- hearing that it's something you also deal with made me almost tear up! It's nice to know when you aren't alone :)

Rachael Louise: To prevent drying your hair, use the medicated shampoo focused at the scalp only, rinse and follow up with your normal haircare. This is what I do and it's really helped

saraiixz_starrz: "I sleep with my shirt inside out cause my tag tickles me" Mia is such a blessing, she's so cute honestly

Notnat: Honestly I never watch content like this anymore, but anything mia puts out I will watch because her videos always get me in a good mood and make me feel so great❤

Olivia Jones: If you don’t wanna buy a unitasker, You can do this with a bathrobe tie too, works good to wrap for tighter curls or on shorter hair. I’ve seen people do this with leggings too, then they flip the legs of the leggings inside out to hold the hair.

Paula B: Hi Mia! I’ve struggled with psoriasis for 22 years now and have tried all kind of treatments that didn’t quite help. After all these years, a doctor that also had psoriasis, prescribed me a cream and it worked like a charm. After 22 years getting worse and worse it disappeared in 2 weeks, and now I just have to use it as maintenance twice a week. Although if you just have it in your scalp it might not be great for you since it’s a little messy… But thought I’d let you know since I would have loved to know this before. The name is “Clobetazol propionate” Hope it gets better for you! ❤ I know how uncomfortable it can be.

Dom: A satin bonnet on top before you play down is the key finisher for that product.

Carroll Dion: GREAT VIDEO! YOU CAN LOOK BEAUTIFUL BUT STAYING FINANCIALLY STABLE COMES FIRST. Investing in stock now should be in every wise individuals list, in some months time you'll be ecstatic with the decision you made today...

POTATO SEED!!!: Who’s going to tell her that there is heatless curls that go in the back of her head, there called octopus heatless curls!

Michaela Winter: Hey Mia, it's so nice that psoriasis is getting talked about more recently! It is so much more common than people think. I've had it since before I can even remember and it can be so difficult at times. I really hope that they come up with a cure for it sometime soon <3

nyxldx: i really love this channel (the main one too ofc) but this one feels so much more chill; like chatting with a friend in a way. I really love watching Mia getting excited for whatever new product she got

lili benavides: I’m a dense yet fine hair person too. What saved me from waves just falling out was using products BEFORE putting in the curling apparatus. A thin holding clay or a sea salt spray worked best for me as other products were too heavy on my hair or I didn’t like the texture it left. We have similar hair so I do hopes this helps if you try it. Also, I know some people do it with damp hair but my hair NEVER dried.

Kate Ruth: your hair has always been so dang pretty the dimension those curls gave it is something else

kmcouch97: U should try the octocurl heartless curler too

Sey: This channel is a blessing, MORE Mia :)

becca royce: honestly i would not mind a a third "double more mia maples" channel, i cannot get enough of the videos. LOVE YOU MIA

Holly: I've had psoriasis since i was 12 (I'm almost 28 now) and have always felt so alone because it was never talked about so I really admire you for openly talking about it. I tried a ton of treatments that didn't work well for me and was on Otezla for a while, but it eventually became ineffective and it worsened my depression. I've been on Skyrizi since January and it's been working super well for me and I don't have any noticeable side effects. Definitely recommend it if anyone else who suffers from psoriasis sees this!

Людмила Коршунова: Mia, those curls are so pretty and you look great!! I use this method quite often and it always does wonders for me, I love it! So here are some tips for you to get even better and more long lasting curls, first of all, while twirling try to hold your hair really tight, don't let your hair go loose on this thing you use for this method. Second, your hair should be little bit more wet than in this video, what I do is I spray all of my hair before I start and then every strand I take I spray separately a little more. Also you can put on some hair mousse while spraying, just a tiny amount for each part of hair before twisting. Make sure your hair have completely dried out and then check how it turned out~ I hope it helps and the results will make you feel even more surprised and happier~~ Love you! ✨

Vanessa Maria: I have long hair that falls fast too but I started using styling foam on my hair when I do overnight curls, I work in sections and apply it to my wet hair, brush it through and then use whatever overnight method I’m doing for the night. But like I said section by section otherwise my hair starts to dry and it doesn’t work as well. Then in the morning once it’s all dry, I undo whatever method I used and brush my hair so it doesn’t feel crunchy. It ends up feeling like nothing is in it. I use the Frizz ease dream curls styling foam by John Frieda. It’s been super helpful for me

Cam Dollar: Hey Mia! You should really try to keep the shampoos for the psoriasis on the scalp and wash with a more moisturizing regular shampoo on the ends. If you wanna keep ur long hair, try to avoid using those harsh shampoos anywhere but the scalp. I also suffer with that issue and have long hair. The waxiness and tangliness will cause ur hair to break off and fall out on the lengths. It might take longer in the shower, but its totally worth it.

Paige Sneed: As a fellow Psoriasis struggler that does anything to avoid a steroid cream I have a few tips that hopefully help!! 1. Shampoo with a regular shampoo that fits your hair type first. 2. Use the Psoriasis shampoo. My favorite is actually over the counter and called Dermarest Psoriasis shampoo. I alternate that between my prescription one. 3. When applying the psoriasis shampoo focus only on your scalp. Don't get it in the rest of your hair. 4. Scrub the shampoo into your roots with fingers or a shower scalp brush. 5. If the shampoo gets on the rest of your hair don't be afraid to rinse it as long as you aren't rinsing the scalp. 6. Leave it in for at least the recommended amount of time before rinsing 7. I get prescription spot treatments I can use on bad spots on my scalp between washes. I also like to use the Gold balm ultimate psoriasis therapy cream on my hairline and behind my ears as needed. It works! Hope this helps someone! Sorry it's so long!

Chenise Jenkins: Love the curls, my friend has long thick hair and the only thing that worked for her was curling it with strips of fabric (victorian era) and setting spray. Maybe you can try styling mousse or setting spray before wrapping it at night, then hair spray when you take it down. As for your dry scalp, maybe try Sulfur8... they have an entire line of medicated shampoos, conditioners and moisturizing oil/lotions for the scalp/hair if it's available in Canada... or a hair mask/deep condition treatment to repair damage and restore moisture to your hair.

Katrin: Love this method! I always take out the clip for sleeping tho It's meant to help the noodle to stay in place while wrapping the hair around but once you secure the hair with the scrunchies, its good

Oof: Girlll... the long hair struggle is real! It's nice seeing someone that has past mid-back length hair do things like this. I have thick 2b/2c hair that goes just past my butt. It can be quite the pain sometimes but there's no way I'm cutting it anytime soon!

Sarah Colley: I have psoriasis too and I truly didn't realize how common it was until seeing this video and reading the comments. I'd love to see a video where you talk about different products you've used and if they helped at all! ❤️

Aitherea: I'm so tempted to buy this now, but I also really want to see someone with wavy hair try it. Mia's hair at the top is very straight and her natural waves are super relaxed, but mine is super crimped. So all of these popular hair curling methods end up looking bad on me cuz the hair near my scalp isnt smooth at all.

Brenda Tajik: I feel your pain girl on the psoriasis! I've had it all my life (a looking time). At least the prescription shampoo they have now is much better than what they had when I was a teen. Pray it never gets into your ears...it's near impossible to get rid of! I just wanted to say you have "fairytale hair". So beautiful no matter how you wear it.

Courtney Wethington: I love that you talked about nothing in the back. I literally have two curlers and will do one for each half of my head for that exact reason. I also find that if you take a piece from the front then the back and wrap it almost like a braid (it’s hard to describe in writing, Kayli Boyle explains it well) it looks a little better because it adds variety to the direction of your curls.

Leonnie Howe: I have the same over night curler & I’m obsessed! Top tip is to tie the back in a knot a bit like how you did on the bath robe rope hack & also take the clip out it will be so much comfier to sleep in and the front won’t fall out. You may also get tighter curls at first but it does mean it drops a little better xx

Melissa Charboneau: thank you for mentioning your psoriasis! i’ve had scalp psoriasis for years and the steroid cream just straight up stopped working for me, so i have to use the shampoo so i completely understand the waxy texture you’re talking about. but you bringing it to light without making it sound dirty or unusual makes me feel better about mine. love you Mia

Catherine Callaghan: I have this hair type too. And lots of people don't even know this hair type exists because fine and thin is always used as the same word in the beauty world. Glad to see someone else who has this hair type and understands the struggle lol!

Barbie Sorensen: Your hair is absolutely beautiful Mia! I’ve been doing heatless curls for my hair in over two years and can’t go back to curling irons. I actually just use a bath robe belt and it does such a great job! My hair is naturally straight and never holds curls. The bath robe belt is so comfortable and best of all it gives me beautiful curls that last for days. For the ends, I actually like to twist both ends and tie them up on top of my head. It helps tighten the curls more and I get more of the back of my head. You should definitely try a bathrobe belt sometime and see what you think.

Pooh Corner: I feel you on the skin issues! I've always had trouble with dry skin, and with thyroid troubles it has only made things worse. I got my own kefir grains and have been making my own kefir. I was doing it for a totally different reason (looking at you, incurable strep throat!) But I noticed my skin broke out when I first started on it, then cleared up to much healthier skin, and most of my dry scaly patches have disappeared. Looked it up, and apparently it's a thing?! Anyways, I love the way your curls turned out... Might have to invest in one myself!

Lilly Carolin: I feel you, Mia! I suffer from Psoriasis, too. My very long hair doesn't like those special products and my sensitive scalp doesn't like normal shampoo. So there's only one single product left I'm able to use... what a mess! When it comes to curls, I've definitely used the "heatless noodle method" for a long period of time. It looks cute on you as well!

Abhinaya anand: Mia should totally try temporary hair colours in a video.. they’re pretty low commitment plus we’d get to see her hair transform into something completely different

peach: omg, i literally just did this for the first time successfully the night before last and then last night as well. it was sitting in my room for the last 5 months and suddenly i decided to give it a go. i got a lot of compliments. worked better the first night than the second. i did not keep the clip in though. you definitely have to do it dry. that's so funny. huge bonus for me is that it's helping me not sleep on my face, which is great for my skin and my nose ring.

brittbratt smilesalot: I’m not sure if this product is available in your country but there’s a product called Shea moisture African black soap for psoriasis and eczema you should try it I use it for my eczema

Tamara x.o.x: Hey Mia, for the psoriasis what I've found is amazing (not a cure but 100% helps calm down the flair up) is Lush's "Soak and Float" shampoo bar. I even rub it over my elbows etc, and it really helps! (And it's only like £9 here in the uk and does work well as a shampoo so isn't a waste if it doesn't work as well as you'd want it to) + Those curls look really good!!

Dominique: I use this every time I want curls! One tip, make your hair just a bit more damp than using one spray. Also, you can wrap a piece from the front then pull a piece from the back and wrap it forward for alternating curls.

kate: Hi Mia! I'm 24 and had really bad psoriasis most of my childhood until when I was 17 and found this scalp oil (Flouconone Acetonide) and it has helped me so much. When things were really bad I'd put it on every day for 4 hours but have had to use it less and less. I know how hard scalp psoriasis can be (and the other challenges of having an autoimmune thing) so sending love!! <3 Also want to add I am gluten intolerant and vegetarian but I know you said you've tried lots of different things!!

Kelsey Bennett: I’ve had scalp psoriasis since I was thirteen and have tried every medicated shampoo and steroid under the sun. About three years ago I tried Function of Beauty (the online customized one NOT the weird one at target) and I chose the scalp soothing option. Along with that since it’s sulfate and paraben-free it is the single most non irritating shampoo and conditioner I’ve ever tried. I have actually not used any medication whatsoever for my scalp psoriasis in almost 2 1/2 years. My flare ups have virtually gone away and my hair feels amazing. I don’t have flakes on my scalp unless I go days without a proper wash, but it’s safe to say I am hands down a loyal and committed Function of Beauty fan now if I ever run out and am waiting for my next shipment and have to use a different brand I will notice my psoriasis flare up within 48 hours and it gets really bad and unbearable. As soon as I start using Function of Beauty again, it clears up SO FAST. I truly don’t understand it, and I can’t say it will work like that for everyone and anyone but goodness if it’s not worth a try. It literally changed my entire life. Those awful medicated shampoos used to make me sob in the shower because of how badly they stung my open sores. I know how awful it is to deal with, but trust me when I say, just give Function of Beauty a try. Sending lots of love your way

Jessica Lu: Thank you for mentioning psoriasis! I was soooo insecure for years before I found coal tar shampoo (1%) and PURA D’OR MD Anti-Hair Thinning Shampoo w/ 0.5% Coal Tar. These two products really help my inflamed scalp and now I’m basically flake free. I use my pura every 2-3 days and my max strength coal tar twice a month as a cleanse. This routine helped boost my confidence and I’ve recently started wearing dark color clothes because I’m not scared of the flakes anymore. I hope this helps anyone! Cheers ❤

Peaches: To avoid the back looking flat, part your hair in a zig zag in the back!! It’ll make all the hair blend beautifully!!

Batz_Prophet Gamer: Hi mia, your hair is absolutely gorgeous after watching your video, I've now added one of these to my amazon basket ready for me to purchase when I get paid. I love how the curls turned out, they really suit you. Gemma from England

Summer H: Mia, you're a BABE what a quick and simple video for you to share. I've been wondering if I should bother trying this method and now I think I shall. Thanks girl!

whatcaseyloves: Hi Mia! Immediate thumbs up from a fellow psoriasis girl My doctors told me that cortisone treatments for PS were considered to be outdated, I was prescribed a Methotrexate injection once a week and it's done miracles for my body and scalp.. I started the treatment 7 months ago and I'm now in remission Thank you for the video, I've just bought this thing on amazon and was looking for a tutorial!

Emily Johnson: Hi Mia - I’ve found that a SUPER EASY nighttime hair routine that works well for me is putting my hair in two or four rope/twist style braids (depending how large you want your curls to be). It doesn’t require any special products, and it has worked great for me to get nice overnight curls!

Donna Cribbs: My hair is a lot like yours, just older. I too, bought this and honestly, I love it. I put mine in while my hair is damp from my shower. My hair takes forever to dry so sleeping with this curler in overnight is great. I got a ton of compliments and the curls lasted most of the day.

fkaciggs: Hey Mia I thought I'd offer a tip since you mentioned your hair tangles easily! Air drying is actually horrible for your hairs integrity over time. Studies have shown that blow-drying with low heat causes mechanical damage to the outside of the hair shaft while air drying causes damage throughout the entire hair shaft, inside and out! So if have the time in the mornings or after washing your hair, it's best to use a heat protectant spray and a hairdryer to prevent long-term damage to the hair cuticles which leads to tangly hair that is uncooperative.

Ash P: I also have similar hair and I love this curling method. Honestly everyone thinks i heat style my hair every morning. The truth is i wash rarely and curl every night (unless i want it straight). It's best to use it on freshly washed and dried hair. I put some oil on my ends. I suggest you clip the noodle on top of your head so it doesn't move while you wrap. I do each section not too tight but tight enough so that when I take the clip off and sleep with it on it doesn't get too loose. Also after wrapping I like to put both ends of the noodle at the back of my neck and tie it once into a "ponytail" with a scrunchie. It stops it from moving while I walk around the house etc and then I take the scrunchie off to sleep. My hair is like Mia's and towards the middle/end of the day the curls turn into beautiful waves. If I want to keep the curls I repeat the process that night (and every nigh until i wash it) - brush, few drops of oil, wrap, sleep. It also keeps the hair out of my face, silky and frizz free (I love to use oily creams). Another tip: wrap your hair before your shower at night and tie it back and up. The steam will make the hair more curly.

Ashley Mufasa: You and I have basically the same kind of hair. I even "style" mine like that too. And I have wanted to try this ever since i first saw it. Thank you for this review ❤️

Boston Reese: I love your second channel. Double the Mia ☺️ I also have this curler thing. And it was difficult to get used to because I’m a very particular sleeper. Everything wakes me up and bothers me. But I did get used to it and the curls are pretty good. Side note: I had severe eczema, especially in my team years and I had to use cortisol for absolutely everything. When I stopped using it, my body like shut down and it affected absolutely everything. I feel your pain but it works so I completely understand wanting to get back on it.

Iamamoore: I’ve had psoriasis on my scalp sense I was young also! It’s a pain in the butt and I’ve had terrible flare ups lately but using a sugar scalp scrub once a week or so could maybe help and the shampoos are soooo drying but get a really good conditioner I use the orange nexxus and it helps my hair stay soft Love you so much Mia ❤❤

Joy Russell: I love this! Your hair is so relatable cuz I have fine hair but a fair amount of it as well and it tangles so easy like you said! It’s so cool to find someone with hair almost exactly like me (I have stick straight hair) :) also, my mom has psoriasis as well and she doesn’t use treatment so I understand :) I’ve curled my hair like this is it’s literally the best heatless curling method ever!! Love your results!

Kelsey Slot: Hi Mia!! I don’t know if you did this or have tried it before, but when I do overnight non heat curls, i always slightly dampen my hair before I rap it. I don’t have this specific product, I just tie two knee high socks together and do the same basic rapping method. I have about the same length hair as you and it works great for me! I don’t think I’ve used my curling/straightening iron since I started using this method lol. I definitely recommend trying it out! Love you and your channel so much I’m 15 and your super inspiring with all the work you do for charity and even growing such a successful business! Love you, your supper amazing!!!

Anouk Sondagh: I use this same method, but instead of that roll, I use hankerchiefs tied together. The curls will be tighter, but It'll be much comfier to sleep in and stay in better as your hair doesn't slip off. Been doing it for years now! I recently cut my hair short and the back is now too short to reach the front so I tied a 3rd to go to the back and wrap 3 sections. Great results! You can also make around 8-10 sections and fold a hankerchief double and wrap your hair in 8-figures around the hankerchief. It gets a bit zigzagy wavy but it's very fun and last so long in comparison! For all these methods you need to first roll up the hankerchiefs! You can also use hairscarfs or long socks. I have used both methods while having hair thats as long if not longer than Mia's!

Samantha Powell: Unsolicited suggestion - I used psoriasis steroid shampoos for years and the neutrogena Tgel is what finally worked for me. If you haven’t tried it yet it might be worth a try it smells like butt though so be warned lol

Stephanie Jimenez: I've been really intrigued by this. I'm glad you reviewed it, because now I really want to buy it. I trust your review, And it looked really cute on you

Social Noob: some tips for you mia! *doing this on second day/dirty hair will help with the curls staying* -your hair needs to be VERY damp -use gel or mousse on your wet hair -dry shampoo or texturizing powder once they’re out -fav hairspray to finish it off -only finger de tangled (no brushing)

Lulu nicole: I have equally long fine thick hair with same issue. My hair is so “slippery” so nothing ever lasted. But now I found a technician that’s helped me SO much. Put mousse in your damp hair then wear the noodle overnight then in morning use a texturizing hairspray and most importantly DRY shampoo. It makes me hair last for HOURS.

KittleSkittle: Okay, but Mia with curls!

Sarah Stewy: I use two long socks, attached together and two silk scrunchies and it works so good. I didn’t want to buy one of those and I heard that they’re too stiff. so by using the socks it’s so much more comfortable to sleep in and I feel like it stays in better.

Cheryl-Lynn Mehring: Your hair is ALWAYS beautiful, but these curls are EVERYTHING!!!❣️❤️‍

zandralover1234: I feel like your channel is so positive. I always feel happy when I watch your videos, especially when ur with ur mom it reminds me of my family.

Eren Angiolini: I need to give mine a second chance. I have the same hair length as you: long and quite thick. The result I got was HIGHLY irregular when I tried it a few times. One side was very smooth or half of one side was messy or something like that! XD But I'm glad it worked for you! :D and I hope you can solve your hair issues soon! <3

Lèlani Adam: It looks really pretty. I also have thin but dense hair. I find that using a good styling mousse or foam (for curl enhancement) worked into damp hair does the job. making the sections a bit thinner would also help.

Daisy: My hair is almost as long as yours, what might help you: I use the curler after washing my hair and drying it (or letting it air dry) and I have noticed that they hold a lot longer when I do that. (Because your hair saves water for hours after washing it, even if it feels dry) And as longer I let the curler in, the better they hold. Sometimes I have it overnight and additionally after I wake up for a few hours. Also, you can take the clip out after you put the curler on. The clip only helps putting it in.

Brittany Lachapelle: You always look amazing and you did not have to mention anything about your health issues but I so appreciated hearing about that! I struggle with similar stuff and my hair is a real struggle because of the medicated shampoo! Loving this 2nd channel ❤

Michaela Marques Rocha: Your hair looks beautiful mia! A suggestion would maybe apply mousse before tying it? I think it would hold the curls for longer the next day Also: I would really like to see you testing those graphic eyeliners that are water activated? Been seeing it everywhere and am really curious

Bonnie G.: I love this channel. I love that it's a place you can relax a little bit and explore things that may not make a whole video.

Jem's Account: Was happy to see you did this video Mia. I order myself one of these the other day from Shein. I can't wait to try it out now! Your hair looks so pretty

Tayler Loke: “It’s rough” but literally looks the same as always. Must because Mia is just gorgeous

camila: i love these videos!! they are still so amazing and i love getting double content from my fave youtube. thank you for the hard work!

Rylan C: loooove how it looks. i used hair curlers for homecoming and my hair was sooooo bouncy, i was so obsessed. I gotta try this thing

Shayla Giesbrecht: Mia ! We have the same type of hair! What I use for this kind of thing *especially * for sleeping in is a HOUSE COAT ROPE. Like the thingy you tie around your waist. Much more comfortable to sleep in and you get the same kind of look. Love your videos !

hopefullytrue: Omg Ive been watching you for so long and I didn’t know you had psoriasis too! Ive been dealing it since like age 10 as well and i started on biologics recently and it’s been so amazing. No steroids! It’s called Skyrizi and I guess I’m part of the research, but things are getting better for us all ☺️ thank you for sharing

Kristen 💕: I’m so glad you tested this! My hair is exactly like yours and everyone testing these have shorter thinner hair.

angeltripping: I once overnight curled my sisters hair in ripped orange fabric. She ended up in the hospital and kept getting odd looks I think that was the last time I ever did that.?!

Mayra Darre: Hi Mia! There's a lot of people telling their "detox" from corticoides and how it gets worst before it gets better with psoriasis. Hope they can give some insight! Love all your videos ❤️

Neely White: Oh my goodness, your curls turned out amazing!! Please please please try leggings curls next, I’ve done it several times and I’m always amazed how well they turn out

Kitty Creations: Hi Mia, love your channel & your extra channel, didn't even realise it was the extra until you said in the video. I think those curls turned out amazing! Personally, I found this curling method not very effective or comfy for me and have been using sock curls instead for probably nearly a year now. Its great cus I have long hair and got knee high socks to use for it. and very comfy. I'd highly recommend you try it if you haven't already!

Kyla Smith: I love all your videos, Mia! They all make me so happy! Where did you buy this curler?? I definitely need this in my life!

Bec Maree: Looks beautiful! A few tips for next time; set it back a bit further and you could also wrap some curls back to front and some front to back to help with the top of the back looking better

haley brown: love how real you get! ❤️

zelia442: Hey Mia!! You might not see this but I hope you really do, I've gone through a similar experience with eczema and nothing worked but steroids until my doctor recommended me Dupixent and it's helped me so much, I feel like my skin is back to normal. Ask your Dr about it!! ❤️

Eleonore: hey mia! donkey milk shampoo is really good for psoriasis, you should try it. It’s solid shampoo, I use it and it’s helped my hair so much because donkey milk is very hydrating without making your hair greasy!

Doodis_2014: Ooh I love this!! Have you seen the leggings hack? Instead of using this you use the pants and it’s such a clever idea and it hold the hair in place it just genius!!

Gwenae: Your hair always looks so great!

threebloodrubies: Hey mia! I have psoriasis too and I use both a topical steroid for flare-ups and an ointment called tacrolimus which suppresses your immune system similar to steroids except its non-steroidal - not sure how well applying it on your scalp would go but it also comes in an oral form and I feel like it might be worth asking your dermatologist/allergist about!

Ashley M: Looks pretty and I love how you’ve been doing the memes throughout the videos

Oceanna Atchison: I have the same hair type! And mine is extra long as well! I also have psoriasis. I have found that going all natural products helps a ton!

Shellie A: Put MOUSSE in your hair before wrapping it in the curler. The curls will stay for days. A few people told me & I had tried before & it never really worked but then I tried it again & now my hair finally holds a curl!

DollyAnna: I'd love to see you try this on wet hair. Like towel-dried hair, and then you let it dry in the curler thing overnight. I feel like that'll maybe help the curls stay in longer

Samantha Bailey: I have long thin hair but lots of it and psoriasis on my scalp! And I wanted to try this specific heatless curler!! Thank you for sharing ❤

Vndrz1: Looks amazing!! I would reccomend having your hair more damp maybe use a mousse before you put it into the curler. I also have Long thick hair so I know your struggle!
