Hey you guys, it's your girl, love black angel here, i'm back with another video, so we're going to talk about how to get your hair from this. To this, and again i mean this is my tips that i use, i'm not a licensed, i'm not a professional. I'M just giving you guys tips that i use to help me along my health, my hair health journey. Okay, so yeah make sure you guys like comment and subscribe and turn on those notifications. Okay, because your girl is getting consistent with this posting, so make sure you go tuned in to all this goodness that i'm giving you guys, okay, but yeah, let's go ahead and get right into the video, so step number one is what i did was i really Really learned my hair, like i focused in on my hair, i learned my hair to the teeth. Like i really was paying attention to it. I learned what products i was on youtube. I was on google yeah. That was like my best friend for my hair journey. Number two was is learn your hair porosity. This goes with number one learning. Your hair porosity is like the sauce to getting your hair to where you want it to to go. Okay, that is the communication between you and your hair. Like that's gon na talk to you about the products you need to use the proteins you need to use the conditioners, the oils bodies. I mean the butters um, all of that stuff. So learning your heparicity will let you know what your hair like and what it don't like and how it's receiving whatever it is that you give it so make sure you learn that number three. If you got some looking down just looking at my notes, number three is that i did was i washed my hair when it was necessary? I am not one of those naturals that wash my hair every day every two days every week, every two weeks. No, i didn't wash my hair anywhere between four to eight weeks, give or take, depending on how my hair is the hair health of my hair. What'S going on, was that working out a lot, my hair sweaty? Is it stinky without the heat like all of that plays a role into when i wash my hair wash it when you feel like it, you do not have to be out here: walk underneath a bucket of water every day. Okay, you don't now if that works, for you then do you, but it's not necessary another one that i did was i moisturized my hair daily very much. I kept not daily. Let me well in the beginning, i did. I did moisturize daily, but as i learned again because when learning my hair, i understood that i didn't need to do that. Assuming that i knew my hair porosity, which i knew whip products will moisturize my hair the best and for the longest amount of time. So yes, the next thing i did was i kept my hair detangled because i do have 4c hair, so my hair is definitely definitely intertwined to get tangled very very quickly, so i definitely kept my hair detangled, no matter what it was and the way i would Detangle it is, i would use my hands starting out. I use my hands like i was one of those like. Oh my gosh. I can't use anything else, but my hands. You know everybody else was talking about how they don't use anything else with their hands but yeah. I started out with that, but eventually i came and i use now. Let me see where uh i'll use my detangle brush if needed, um. It'S very easy. It'S very easy, and i definitely would use that to the teeth, because it helped me out a lot and also this is not necessarily what i did to get my hair, but this will help you, okay tip you guys don't comb or brush your hair, while it's Dry, okay, especially if you have 4c hair, it don't work with us. Okay, our hair needs to be moisture whether it's wet it's some type of shade perform condition, something on it. That'S when you can call me the russian, but don't come brush it when it's dry. Your hair is going to be, you know, you're, going to you're, going to be having snacks you're going to be snapping your hair, because it's so brittle and no, please you guys just don't do it anywho. The next thing would be. Is i wear a protective style, especially in the beginning, when i was learning, i was learning one protective styles, two. It was my like my holy grail when i was like coming natural, because i was in a learning process and i was being an adult too, like you know, in college, getting out of college paying bills working whatever trying to manage that life balance. So at the moment, it was the protective style that got me through that and allowed me to learn my hair and grow with my hair and grow my hair, how i wanted to, but i'm not still using your protective styles all the time. I love it especially because i'm in georgia, so the heat is real, strong down here. Okay, another one is y'all. Let me just be honest: with y'all trim, your hair, listen! Okay! I know people be like. Oh, you can trim it once once a year. Every six months y'all for one i was the type of i i was a natural that transition. I did not do the big chop, so i had to cut because, as my hair was growing, the naturalness out, i was cutting the perm off, but even after that you guys i still kept that mentality. If i felt like my hair was you know, the ends was raggedy. If i felt like it wasn't working out for me, i was not afraid of themselves. I would click, i don't care if i just clicked it last month. I don't care. If i clicked it, you know, i would clip it now, because my hair has been a better health state. It is a lot less cutting, but in the beginning i would cut like if i felt the need to, because for one it's hair it will grow back and two. I i really was focused on my hair health, more than hair left so yeah, and that should be the most important thing because, with your hair health, your hair will come with that. Another thing i did because again you guys are even for c, i kept my hair very stretched like in the beginning. I i didn't know this, but, as i grew with it, i learned okay with my particular hair type. I need to keep it stretched, so it can minimize the breakage the knots single strand knots all of that stuff. So i kept it stretched, which is why i focus in on a heatless, blowout uh, which link is down below you. Guys can watch that video or it will be at the end of this video. But yes, i learned to perfect my blog my blow out look without using heat, um, so yeah. The next thing that i did was was drunk water. Now this was one of those things where it was a blind use. I didn't really know that drinking water really would help your hair. I couldn't do that more for health reasons, and i kind of just wanted to get rid of all the sodas, the juices. Any of that and kind of have more of a healthier drink and who knows they flourish? My hair with my water intake was like through the roof. I was taking so much water and i still do to this day and it really helps my hair to stay very moisturized as well. Another thing guys is, i use minimal heat like i, don't really use heat a lot. I don't flatter my hair a lot. I didn't do any of that. Like i just mentioned, i used a heatless blowout, so just really try to stay away from heat if you can and if you can, who cares do what's best for you, i'm just telling you guys what i did to get my hair to grow and the last. But not least, is you guys you need to grow with your hair, like? I cannot stress this enough yeah. I know. Let me give you guys some examples. So you know in life like you're, trying to grow you're trying to elevate things is working, but now you're ready to take it to the next level. Well, it's the same thing with your hair. You may have that protein that works. You may have that oil. You didn't work. You may have that butter that work that conditioner that worked, but if you notice that your hair is saying stagnant for an amount of time like okay, i want to take it to a next level. You got to switch up the routine, whether it's the way you're washing your hair. How often you wash your hair or how long you're, not letting your hair um become dry or whatever the case would be you're, not cutting it. The m's enough you're not doing you're, not leaving it alone enough, like it, can be so many variables with your hair, but you need to grow with it because, just like anything in life, it does changes. As we all know, our my hair texture definitely changes, especially from winter to summer, and also i kind of feel like as i'm getting older. It'S changing too, like it was really really fussy, but now i feel like some is mixed with 4c and 4b. Now i don't really know but anywho you want to grow with your hair, so switch it up, don't be afraid to switch it up. You don't have to switch it up like all the time, but just be aware, and that goes to number one again. If you know your hair, you learned it. You know, you know when it's time like okay, i need to jazz it up a little bit, so i can get to the next level that i want to get to what my hair results but yeah. You guys, i hope these tips helped you guys. I hope these tips will help. You guys grow your hair. If you guys want me to leave, do another video where i actually talk about the products that i use for my hair, make sure you guys leave comment down below, and i will get that video out to you guys, but thank you for watching my video um. Also, leave some comments on what you guys do to get your hair to grow because, like i said i am on a journey to waste left hair, so i still have ways to go right now, i'm about mid bra, strap. I mean mid back, strap length. So i'm trying to make it longer than that, so i'm open as well to elevate my hair growth game. So let me know what i need to do y'all to get to that level. Okay, but thank you guys for watching my video make sure you comment like and subscribe bye guys i used to break
