Hey guys, what's good, it's a girl to marinate! Oh welcome back to my channel, as you can see by the title of this video I'll, be showing you guys how I do my sleek low bun. I will say from now that my hair is relaxed just in case if anyone's wondering I've been relaxing my hair. For years this hairstyle has been my go-to hairstyle for the past month month and a half. I love it so much so simple. It'S very easy to do: it's not complicated at all huh. This was highly requested. So if you want to see how you can get this look too, then keep on watching to start you'll need some Jo. A bottle of water. Mine is mixed with some leaving conditioner, but that's optional. You will need a hard bristle brush a comb and an edge brush or a tooth brush, whichever you prefer and lastly, bobby pins and some hair ties now, I'm creating my part, as you can see, I'm doing a curved part. I personally prefer a curved part over a straight part because, to be honest, a straight part is boring, but the curved part I find that he adds more style to the hair, spout, go ahead and apply some gel. This part I go really heavy with the gel on my hair, because the more gel the more sleek the hair will be. I find what helps to give me that sleek, look as well is taking my veg brush and dipping it into the job and applying the gel onto the root of my hair around the partying and just brushing it into the scalp into the hair. It just gives it a clean sleek look from root down to the pony. Okay, this part, I am prepping my edges before I get my hair into the bun. I personally find that when I do this step, it just helps to avoid the hair pulling situation. That happens around the hair time and I, like my hair, to look as neat as possible. So this step is key for me. So now I go in with my hard bristle brush again and I just brush through the hair, to get it smooth and just get it ready for the bun and then once I get my hair into the pony, I go back to perfect my edges. All right. Now that I have the pony tail in place, I just take my comb and comb through my hair and then I take my hair and wrap it around the hair tie to create the bun. Then I go on with a smaller hair tie and place that around my bun and that will keep it secure throughout the rest of the day. For me, it will unravel. I don't have any problems, you can go and add as many hair ties as you want. You can even use rubber bands. I personally don't use rubber bands because I find that it's a pain to find them at night when I'm taking my ponytail out - and that is the finished look.
