Silkenberry Heatless Curls Review L Does It Really Work??

Hey guys welcome back to my channel, i'm really excited for this video. Today, it's a little bit different than what i usually do as you can see from my hair, but i'm super excited about it. We'Re going to be talking about heatless curls today, so i'm sure you've seen a lot of different types of heatless curls. You can do to help keep your hair, healthy, robe, strings, straws socks, just like all over the board, the craziest things you could think of to curl your hair with, but this way i've seen personally is the best. Today, we're going to be using a very special product. It'S the silkenberry company. There are lots of different curling products similar to this. You can get on amazon. That are a lot cheaper, but this one is just so beautiful. Let me show you what it looks like: it comes with these cute little cards in the front. That just say thank you for your purchase and give you a little code for a discount and then a silk curl kit tutorial. It is just so thoughtful and then the best part, this beautiful pink satin case. I chose the pink one. It just was the cutest. It has their little name on there silkenberry, it just seems so luxurious. It starts out with this special satin rod thing and then it also comes with two satin scrunchies to tie off your hair with, and i just love these because i will use them anyways on my curly hair, to keep my hair nice and healthy at night. When i put it up and then it also comes with this beautiful comb and then a little clip - and i just love the marbling kind of like pearly marbling of it it just it looks so beautiful and i feel like you can use it on any sort Of hairstyle, you don't need to just use it to curl your hair super cute, but without further ado, let's just get into the video. So i'm here with wet hair. I just got out of the shower, and i'm just going to show you a couple of products that i use in my hair before i blow dry and start the whole process of using the curl kit, and also just a word of advice with curl kits like These you cannot do it with wet hair, it won't work, don't try it. It works best on hair, that's maybe 80 to 90 dry, not completely dry, but but it's there. It really works the best that way. So keep that in mind. So, first i'm just gon na go in with an oil. This is the beauty protector, protect and oil oil that i really love. I'M gon na start off with an oil starting from the ends. It'S really weird to see my hair straight because i brushed it out with a wide tooth comb and i didn't do any sort of like scrunching in the shower. So that's kind of strange but it'll all be worth it. Next, i'm going to be using a leave-in spray by hask. This is what it looks like it's just a biotin boost one, i'm just gon na spray it just to keep it moisturized, especially during the winter time, so we'll just okay brush that through and then last i'm going to use a heat. Protectant super important part of your routine. I don't have a heat protectant that i really particularly love if you do leave a comment down below, because i'm in need of a new one, but this is just the hsi professional argan oil thermal protector, just gon na use. This all over my hair brush it out and then start blow drying, and this is a heatless routine. So i really don't want to bring any damage to my hair from blow drying. So i'm going to do it the same way as i do when i diffuse just meaning that i do it on a low heat and a low blow drying setting and use cool at the end, just to make sure that i'm not putting too much heat on My hair so we'll get into that and i'll be right back one eternity later my hair is blow dried. It looks a little crazy. It'S what your hair usually looks like when you have curly hair and you blow dry it. So this is what we're working with. I put in a little bit more oil just to keep it nice and conditioned, and now we will go in with the fun part. I have everything all set out right here. I'M so excited i'm gon na start out with the satin rod thing. I don't really know exactly how to describe what it is, but it doesn't create any tension on your hair because it's satin and you just place it on the top of your head, like this like so i'm just gon na clip it right there to keep the Rod in place, and then we'll start out with the curling portion i'll come a little bit closer to show you how to do it. It'Ll start out with you just love it. I think it's so fun. Okay, so we're going to start out with one piece right here and we're going to twist it around the rod and pull more hair along with it. I'M just going to keep doing that grabbing another piece pulling it in and grabbing one from the other side pulling it along and just keep doing that over and over again until you just have all your hair in and you keep twisting. This is really good for long hair too, just because there's so much leftover space and then we'll use one of their cute little scrunchies and tie our hair off like so and then we'll do the other side. So there you have it. This is how you do the curling method. I'M gon na leave this in my hair for five or six hours. I actually have a zoom call that i have to go to today. So we'll see how that goes. But i'll see you in five or six hours. Three hours later back again, this has been in my hair for maybe like three hours or so um, but i'm very hopeful about what this is going to turn into. So here's the final product good morning, it's like 7 30 or something, but i just wanted to put a little snippet in saying that you can wear this at night. This is what it looks like after i slept in it um it was pretty comfortable. I i didn't have any complaints. I didn't wake up last night at all. You have this like weird thing covering your ears, so if you have a problem with that like maybe that could be annoying, but it was totally fine. Just keep that in mind. You can sleep in it. I'M gon na do the cool little aesthetic out of the robe thing. Oh my gosh, that is so curly wow, okay, all right hold on. We use this cute little comb that was in the the kit to brush out the girls um. This looks so good. It makes your curls look super bouncy and is the easiest way to get heatless curls, honestly, i'm so impressed with this wow wow. Okay, so you can see it looks amazing. I think the curls are really soft, because i think it's because of the satin in this pillow robe thing - i i really love it. I mean. I know that this is a little bit more expensive. I think just like behind the satin scrunchies and the clip and the comb it just it's such a cute product. I love it so much, but there are a lot of cheaper products you can find out there. Amazon has them for like 12 bucks, you can also use um a robe uh. What are those called? Robe tie it's eye on the robe and just put that on the top of your head and curl down that way too. I'Ve also seen socks. There are so many other ways that you can do it for cheaper. If you want, i really love this product, i'm going to definitely keep using this to keep my hair healthy and also give my hair a little bit more variety. Thank you so much for watching this video.
