How To Style A Wavy Hair Shag Cut

Studio LA and I am going to show you guys how I style my hair, naturally wavy today, everybody kind of has their only way that they go about it. So don't judge me, I'm just gon na show you how I do it, so I just cleanse my hair with hair stories new wash and wrapped a towel around it immediately. So it gets all over the excess water. But I don't rub it just kind of like. Let the towel set on me for a minute: hold the towel off, use a wide tooth comb, just kind of start, loosening things up and getting a little bit of natural forward movement, move it in my roots, kind of just like get it a little loose and Then hair bond, so I take like mmm about half a pump can see. I'M all suffice slightly and I break up into a few sections, just kind of squeeze it in back section: another half pump, maybe a little less, will suffice in this section and as you can see, I'm working from the mid shaft to the ends and then make Sure you get kind of this area in here that's exposed to the elements. It could be like a little drier, hot water sunshine things like that at least sunshine here in California, and then a tiny little bit in my bangs a little bit like the leftovers. In my hands kind of rubbing through the sides so like there's a little in the lighter pieces in the finer areas, but the majority is Mitch f2 ends and then I'm gon na use lift I've been really liking. This product lately actually for a natural wave. It just tends to have a little bit more hold and it gives it a lot of shine, and I noticed that my hair gets nice and big with it, so I'm gon na actually spray it in my hands. So you know about five or six sprays and mostly in the roots a little in the bangs, and then it's okay, if it kind of just like works its way down. I call me, through with my comma, I like a big white tooth comb, because it just kind of picks everything up. So it's not sticking to your head. Sometimes I'm with curl it just kind of wants to like lay there and not do what it should be doing. So I like to pick it up, shake it out a little bit, and then I like to just take a couple of loose sections. Give it a little twist like one or two little scrunches and hold it for a second, so that it can sit. I just kind of go around the head and then I take my hands and get the face of my head and push it up just get like that. Little squeeze going and then for the bangs. I'Ve already come them forward, so they're clean and there's no like tingly stuff going on. So I take my fingers and just shape them and I'm kind of trying to encourage a little bit of a middle split. Just for now and later, when it's dry, you can kind of shake it out and loosen it up a little bit. I just kind of play, see what does it want to do today? How is it falling? What does it want to live? Okay, so now that I've set it up, I'm gon na leave it alone. For, like I mean on a day off like today, and I'm just chilling out kind of enjoying my day, relaxing probably give it about 20 minutes a half an hour to just sit here. So I'll be back welcome back to my bathroom, so as you can see, some curl has been setting up and doing its thing as I've been just relaxing and watching. One of my favorite shows so I'm just gon na show you what I do next, which is scrunch it a little bit. So I haven't touched it and I think it's been 20 minutes half an hour and that gives it an opportunity to just set and not get frizzy, and so the curl doesn't break up. And now it's kind of like damn dry. So I'm going to encourage a little bit of curl scrunch it just a little bit and then move the bangs around a little bit to scrunch and then for the last 5-10 minutes. I'Ll just add a little heat and I actually perform no diffuser. So I give us about 113 if it were summer and really for a second there. I got it far enough along too much, actually something natural manufactured really like Quattro to people. So here it is. This is my natural texture on hair story. I hope you guys picked up a few tricks and hopefully you'll be encouraged to wear your hair natural a little bit more often thanks for watching
