[No Sock] Sock Bun - 5 Min Heatless Hairstyle

Watch in HD

Hey all of my beautiful viewers! In this tutorial I am going to show you how you can get the sock bun look without actually using a sock. This is especially great for those of us who have colored our hair. For example, it can often be very challenging to find a sock that perfectly matches your hair and you also don't want it peaking through during the day. I haven't used a sock again ever since I mastered this technique. Now this is my go-to look when I have second or third day hair. The dirtier your hair the better. Nor only will it be easier to style you hair, but it will also hold the volume in your bun as well.

You want to start off by winding you hair around one of your fingers after you have put it up as if it were going up in a ponytail. Next, you want to take the top section and fold that back. Now using a hair elastic, secure the entire thing in place. Then, pull until the desired volume has been achieved. Secure using the other hair elastic and repeat the last step. Now use bobby pins to secure the bun in place and to mold it into your desired shape and size.

I hope you all enjoyed the video! If you did please do not forget to like, comment, subscribe, and share my videos. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you so much for watching!

Happy New Year!!!! Woot! Woot!

Hello, my beautiful viewers, so today I'm going to go ahead and show you how you can get a sock, bun type of look without using an actual sock in your hair. This can be especially useful for those of us who will color a hair, because sometimes it can be a little bit challenging to find that soft that perfectly match with your hair color, and you don't want to thinking through during the day or anything like that. So I really really hope that you all enjoy this tutorial and if you do, please don't forget to like home and subscribe like to share my video. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. So much for watching and yeah. Let'S get started. This is by far my go-to hairstyle when I have second or third date, hair, because the dirtier it is the better it's going to be to work with and it'll also keep that volume in your bun a lot better as well. So after I finished putting all of my hair as if they were going up in a ponytail, I like to wrap it around. One of my fingers twisting isn't necessary important hair, but you do want to make sure to take that top section and bring that back. Then you simply want to secure everything in place using a hair elastic. Next, you simply want to start pulling and tugging from every single side of your bun and once you feel like you've created enough volume, you want to take your other hair elastic and wrap that around as well don't get discouraged if your bun still looks like a Hot mess, because you can obviously see that mine stowed us too, but you're gon na continue to pull and tug until you get your desired volume in shape. Once you have that you want to take bobby pins to help you secure the entire thing in place. You can also use them to take little sections of hair place them over other sections to maybe hide imperfections in your bun. You can also take maybe little chunks of hair that shouldn't be there and tuck them away and really just use a bobby pins to help you mold your bun into it. Looking like an actual soft pin to make it look as if we actually had a sock inside of our bunny, I want you to keep in mind that I was going for more of a messy look here and more of a fast look. So I apologize for it feeling a little bit rushed maybe. But this is what I do on a daily basis. But whenever I have second or third day there - and I don't feel like maybe taking 20-30 minutes out of my day, to curl my hair to do anything else with it. If you wanted to make the soft button or the fake sock buns look a lot more elegant, you could do so by just taking a lot more time to perfect the entire look and to really make it look as a vegetable as possible and to get rid Of all these extra bumps to prepare, for example, I really really hope you enjoy it. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you so much for watching. I hope you have a beautiful new year and ya know see you soon see my next videos bye,
