Best way to Air Dry Relaxed Hair | Drying Hair without Heat

I try to minimize heat by apply direct heat to my hair only once a month. This is my air drying process. I usually air dry when I have time during the day. I don't have a specific time as to how long my hair takes to dry but I would estimate about 4 hours for it to be completely dry.

Hi guys welcome back to my channel. This is special, and if this is your first time joining me, I just want to say, welcome and please click that subscribe button below and click that bell. So you get notified when I upload a new video. So today, I'm gon na be showing you guys how I air drying my hair. So I try not to put as much as much heat to my hair. Minimum heat is best for any type of hair really, but for relax here. Minimum heat is very essential. We'Re already putting chemicals in our here, so we don't need the additional you know heat to cause breakage. So what I try to do is put or so, and sometimes I will air dry and the firon afterwards, sometimes I'll air dry and just wear it upstate. Sometimes I might blow dry it and finally, it all depends on how much time I have so I typically air dry. When I have time in the day, so I will um. You know air dry, my hair, while I'm walking on the house doing stuff or whatever. Okay, so um I mean let's get started with our entire classes. Okay, so when I'm air drying, I do my part down to the center and you want to make sure your hair is fully detangled. And I just washed my hair just watch later and we wan na comb it going backwards, ensure there are no knots of tangles and if you can clip this up a little bit just so the middle section can get some air. That would be great. So half of the air turning process is basically of the half of the process. As you detail, it becomes you're, also drying it all right. So now that we are fully tangled we're gon na take some of our moisturizer shea butter that clip out and let my hair back down. Oh I'm just gon na walk around the house and do whatever I need to do and I'll let you know how long it takes I'll come back and show you the final results all right guys, so my hair has actually been drying all day literally all day. So it's completely drying out all day all day, so I can't give you what time on it. What do we want to say eight hours now, of course it's been dry. I don't think it took eight hours to dry but yeah to tell you exactly lineage when it got dry that I couldn't even tell you, because I just didn't have time to come back come back to it, so you can either trim. Now, if you see the texture of my hair, the reason why I'm relaxed - and I have this type of texture - is because of The Reluctant I use I've used. The fiber guard system be affirmed, fibers are relaxer system, so it leaves it doesn't. Leave your hair both straight and that's why I love that relaxer! I really don't want bone straight here. I want some texture and some body. So that's what I love about that relaxing and you can see. I have some new growth. This side is done, no good. I just make sure this the front is nicely tangled, but of course the middle not so much well, not as much as I would like it to be the other side great. This is air dried. So now I'm going to put some more. The gene was shut. So you can see those are no black shirts when I want to straighten my hair out I'll wrap it. So that's what I'm going to do right now, so once it's wrapped, I just put my satin scarf on, and this is how I sleep with it all right. So that's it! That is how my eardrum right here, I typically don't wrap my hair, so my nighttime routine is normally to put my hair in a bun on top or bantu knots, depending on how I want to wear it the next day. The only time I wrap and I'm gon na leave a video here to show you on my night silentium and in that video I clearly state that I I don't wrap every night, it's not a routine. For me, the only time I wrap is what I was straightening out, my hair without using heat, so I'm not doing any heat right now. So that's why my here is wrapped right now, tomorrow night, I'm probably gon na put it in a bun. You have it a wrap it again. I do not make wrapping a routine whatsoever because of past experience, I've had some breakage around the edges of my hair, so I stopped making that routine. So, let's let charming here. I realize that say that this is our air drying. My hair, thanks for watching

AshleyNicole: Tbh once I relax I think I would always air dry. Especially if my results come out like yours. Note: affirm fiber guard. Thanks for the tip! New subbie:)
