Aryuvedic Wash Day Routine| My Current Wash Day Routine| 2022

Hi everyone and welcome to my channel and today i'm going to be sharing with you, my full wash day routine. So let's dive right into it. So, as the title suggests, this is going to be an ayurvedic wash day, and here i'm just preparing my deep conditioner you're, going to need one tablespoon of ammo, one tablespoon of henna and some green tea to go with that and mix that together really well until You get a yogurty kind of so you're, going to add in a little bit of apple, cider, vinegar or aloe vera juice, and let this sit away for one hour to four hours before you come back in to add a conditioner or oat milk or coconut milk And then you're going to mix that together add in some honey or glycerin, and this is going to boost up the moisture content of the henna gloss and you can add an essential oil of your choice and msm. But this is strictly optional and then you're going to mix that up and it is time to start our wash day. So the first step for me is to cleanse my hair and i love using african black soap on my hair. There are two ways to go about it: either you use the soap directly on your hair, like that or you dilute it, put it in applicator bottle and apply it to your hair, which is the best method for me. I cleanse my hair thoroughly and then i rinse that out and cleanse again the second time that i cleanse the soap really suds up and that's the best thing you want to do for your hair and then the next thing that i do is to go in With the henna gloss and apply it to my hair, but guys remember to wear gloves because give henna the respect that it deserves, because if you don't wear your gloves, i tell you your hands are going to be stained yellow or orange, and your fingernails are just Going to get chopped away so make sure you wear some gloves and look at that curl definition, you guys, i mean this henna glass does the job. For me. I tell you what deep conditioning is the best part of my wash day and don't mind the craziness. I was just dive into some music now after i rinse out my deep conditioner, my hair is strengthened and softened at the same time, and the next thing that i do is to apply a heat serum and go in with my blow dryer to stretch my hair. So this is what i'm doing right now, but for my moisturizing, routine you'd have to visit my channel and find a video on how i moisturize my hair. If i don't want to use heat on my hair. So what i'm doing right here is to just separate the curves, and then i'm going to go in with my heat, protectant serum, which is uh from mega growth, and i apply that to the length of my hair. One thing that you have to do when you are blow in your hair is that you need to make sure that you blow dry on hair, that is almost dried up. Do not blow dry on soaking, wet hair. Make sure that your hair is slightly damp or it's very much close to drying on its own, so you're going to apply your heat serum right here as i'm, showing you guys and you're going to start on the lowest heat possible and blow dry the length of Your hair so make sure that you don't focus on one particular part of your hair. Make sure that you're moving across the strands and as you see my hair is dry here and stretched out, but it's not there. Yet, okay, you can stop here if you want, but as you can see, i still have some knots at the base of my hair and i need to go in further with the process so that those knots are taken out. So before i go in with the blow dryer, what i do is that i separate the knots that are there at the base of my hair at the root section, and this usually happens when i have delayed or postponed my wash day, i wash my hair every Two weeks, but this time around, i stayed for about three weeks, and that is why i have those knots at the base of my hair and it's really. It really pays off in a negative way, so make sure that you always stick to your routine. So basically, what i'm doing right here is going through my hair with the combs in order to see, if i have any knots left or any heat gaps left and if i don't, then that section is completely done and then i just cool blast that section with Cool air before i twist it up and go to another section, so this is how i wash my hair, you guys and how i blow dry, my hair. Now i blow dry my hair once a month and i wash my hair twice a month, the next time that i'm washing i just plate my hair or put it in twist in order to stretch it out, but basically that's it.
