Curly To Straight Hair | No Heat Damage |

Hey guys, your girl j back with another video, today's video is going to be on me, straightening, my curly hair. I'M going to show you guys how i straighten my curly hair, how long it takes me and you're gon na just see the journey with me. You'Re just gon na be with me, so i don't get too lonely while i'm straightening my curly hair and yep, you guys are gon na see the process. If you guys don't know it just started getting kind of warm outside um. I don't really like straightening my hair in the summer. It gets too frizzy and it curls up too fast. So i got a little chilly outside. I don't know how to act. I'M ready to straighten my hair. Now i've been waiting all summer for this. I don't straighten my hair too much during the year, like maybe i straighten it like twice, maybe three times if i'm pushing that a little bit throughout a whole year, i don't like to straighten my hair that much i don't want to damage it or anything. So right now i just washed my hair and i didn't put anything in it. If you know me, you know i don't like blow drying my hair too much it's just. I just don't like it. I'M not a blow dryer person, so i showered got dressed got on the champion. I'M looking a little a little nice today, but i'm gon na go run, do some stuff and i'm gon na come back and hopefully my hair is dry and i'm gon na show. You guys my hair when it's fully dry and then again how i straighten my curly hair. What steps i take so, the first step i washed my hair and now i'm gon na, let it air dry and i'll be back after i'm done whatever i'm doing hold on. Alright, hey guys, i'm back, i already started kind of doing my hair and then i decided i should record it from the beginning and let you know exactly what it is. I'M doing so my hair dried, while i was out doing what i whatever i had to do. I just got home and i started detangling it like. I started brushing out some of it, so i decided, like i said i was going to turn on the camera and show you guys everything that i'm doing so now that it's dry, i'm going to make sure that it's completely detangled, and this is where my hair Is going to start getting big and i'm going to start looking at low crazy? If you do not have this brush guys make sure you get it it's a little crazy right now! You can take this off if you wanted to, but it's literally the best like i love it so much. It makes detangling your hair so much easier and it doesn't like break your hair because of like the flexibility, so it won't rip your hair, but, like i said i love it, it makes it so much easier. I got it on amazon for a couple bucks. It wasn't expensive at all, so if you know, if you have trouble with detangling your hair or you want to make it easier, then this would be something to get so i'm just gon na detangle, my hair and then once i'm done i'll put the heat protectant In god, look at how my hair is looking already. I haven't straightened my hair since when was it, i think the holidays last year, or maybe even before that i didn't straighten it first. No, maybe i don't know. I don't really remember the last time that i straightened my hair, so that kind of says it that i don't straighten it that often so this side is done to show you that i love you. I really don't know why that song stuck in my head, but but it is look how tight my curls are like they're, just so stuck together and then, when i detangle it it's like boom and again i didn't put any product in it. I just literally detangled it and then just walked out the house. So okay got all this hair on my shirt, alright guys. So now it's detangled, some of it is like brown ice. My hair is detangled, it looks kind of crazy, but it actually looks cute too. All right, so i forgot my flat irons on. I was like what's that smell sorry, that was weird, but i like the smoky all right, so i'm gon na use the infinity pro conair. I probably can't read that, but i had this for a while. I'M not really that into like using fancy flat irons or something like that. I just found this one. I like the way it worked, so i decided to keep it yeah, so i have it on 25 on and the highest it can go to is 30. yeah. So i'm gon na leave it on 20. Try that to see how it works. So now what i'm gon na do is apply this, but a new one, and it smells so good, like i had one of these before so i decided because i was trying different ones like this is a heat protectant and it's like a shiner, so it'll make Your hair shine and it just smells so good guys it's cream of nature with argan oil from morocco and look i'm going to show you guys the bottle. It literally smells so good, so i'm going to part it in half and then i'll like apply half on one side and half on the other side. All right guys. I procrastinate too much, and this is why it takes me so long to get my hair done and i forgot a hair tie so i'll be right back okay, so i just decided to use a hair clip instead, so i'm gon na make this really really quick. Okay, so again this smells amazing. You can get it like at any drugstore. I got it at writing. I'M just taking like this much a tiny bit. Let me just because i like to put some at the end too, like once my hair is already straightened. All right guys, so i put the heat protector on both sides and then i put this side back up so now i'm gon na part a little piece, so i can start straightening it. So i only have one hair clip, so i'm gon na have to use like a hair tie for this side and kind of just throw it up there somewhere. You get the point, so each piece i'm going to make sure is detangled and then i hope my ends aren't really bad because it's been a while, since i got a trim so and i'm gon na pass the comb make sure that it's all good yeah my Ends feel dead. I hope my hair don't look all crazy, because that's what happened last time, but you know it doesn't really matter. Okay, so this flat iron will like stop blinking after it's already hot, so it'll, let you know see like it's a solid color once i once i first turned it on. It was blinking, so it's so hard to show you guys, i'm trying to like look in the mirror at the same time. My ends, look so scary, you guys, but this is actually pretty long like okay who's. This my hair feels soft, though all right, let me get this route up here. I usually pass it twice. Maybe three times i don't like going over the same piece that many times so like i said two, maybe three and then onto the next piece, but it's always the first piece to get to like look at that. Look at that sorry guys. I got excited okay um. This is kind of a big piece right should have did it smaller. I almost forgot. Okay, i'm tired, already guys bro my ends are so bad. Like look at this. What is this? What is this my ends are sad and i'm sorry, you guys have to experience this, but look at that. I should be getting them cut and i was going to. I was going to wait until i could get them cut, but i was just way too excited like i wanted to see how long my hair was and it is long, but it needs a trim because that's embarrassing, i'm almost like what halfway. I guess - and it's like this - is taking so long - i'm almost there, though guys almost there all right guys. So i reached the halfway point. This is the first half ignore this little random like layer right here, because i was trying to create my own layers on my curly hair and i was watching videos and it doesn't work that good when you straighten your hair. But my ends are just a little just a little split, but my hair got long guys. These ends are bothering me, though, but this is the halfway point, so i'm gon na do the other, half and i'll show you guys. The finished. Look, hey guys, i'm back! I finally finished my full head, so this is what it looks like my ends are dead, but my hair actually got pretty long. So up to here, like i said, my ends are dead, but what it looks like so now, i'm going to put more of this in there, i'm only going to put a little bit, because i don't want my hair to get oily and i'm not really going To put it towards my roots, i'm going to put it towards like down here, so i took a tiny bit and i put it both hands, so i'm just going to put it down here all right and then this side, like i said on my end since They'Re dead, all right since my ends are so dead. Like i was saying, i put the oil towards the ends, so hopefully they look a little better and they look a little better. Now, some oil. There then i'll put a tiny bit up here, because it's kind of frizzy, but again i'm not going to put too much towards the roots, because i don't want them to be oily and it's already off. But it's still warm so now that i put the oil i'm just going to go over it a little more okay. My ends look terrible, but done so. I hope you guys enjoyed this video. You guys saw how i styled my hair from curly to straight the process and i think it took like maybe like 30 to 45 minutes to complete my whole hair and that was after dry.
