Hey you guys welcome back to my channel. Today'S vlog is going to be a little bit different. I have a few things i need to do today. So first thing, i'm gon na. Do i got ta get this here together, so i'm gon na do my hair. I'M probably going to maybe do a quick weave in it or just do my own hair, i'm not sure, but i will show you guys. I also have a few errands. I need to run and i'm going to bring you guys along with me. My daughters are off from school today, so we're just going to hang out. I have to go to the beauty supply store, but anyway uh all right y'all. So i just finished blow drying my hair. I am going to section it off now. No, this is not working bro, let's see if that's better. Okay, that is a little bit better all right, so i am doing i am doing a middle part. So what i'm going to do is all right. I'M going to put the middle part in for right now and then i'm going to part over here. I don't know if i need to go that far back. No, i'm not going to go that far back and then bring it around here. Okay, that seems like a lot of leave out hold on. I want to make sure i have enough hair. I hope you guys can see that how i have it parted off, then i'm just going to braid it and pin it. So i can stay out of my way so now i'm going to take out my edges. Oh, is that dye? Oh okay, i thought i had some dye right there and some of the rinse okay. So i'm gon na leave that amount of edges out yup. I think that's a good amount to cover up what i needed to cover it. Let me see if i can braid it down. I was going to use the stocking cap method, but i don't think i am it's just another step. I don't feel like doing today. Yeah, i don't think i'm going to do that. Okay, i'm pulling it back into a pony. A low ponytail! I'M gon na make sure it's flat as flat as you can get it all right. That is good enough. Then we're going to secure that with a hair tie and what i'm gon na do is so this is how low it is. I'M just gon na put it into a low bun. I'M gon na put another tie on it, trying to find a small one. Another tie on it to secure it in place all right all right, so let me turn around and show you guys. I hope you can see it alright. So that's that and i'm gon na put some gel on it. So this is the gel i'm using. So now, oh faithful about to be spraying that all over, so this is not to so much i'm putting this on, because this is like an extra layer of protection for my hair and i'm also going to add something else to kind of protect. My hair from the hair glue that i'm going to be putting on to lay those tracks down. I just don't feel like doing that stocking cap method today is is too much. I'Ve got things to do: okay, okay, all right. So this is the next thing. I'M using um, it is called robert's diamond bond protective shield um. So this pretty much goes on the hair right before you start gluing the tracks on now. What i love about this is, when i put this on my hair right before the tracks, when it's time to take the tracks off. All i have to do is literally just like soak my head under some water in the track slide right off now the benefit of using the stocking cap when you're doing this style is when it's time to rinse it out once you rinse that get it really Wet the whole thing comes off and it looks like a damn halfway. Actually so um, that's the benefit of doing that. Um, like i said i just don't feel like doing that today. So it is what it is. Um yeah i'm going to use this comb because i can't i don't feel like looking for my my um, my brush just pour that on and that's it try not to do that. Try not to get it on the hair that you have for your leave out and make sure you put a good amount on because again, this is what will be protecting your hair from the glue so make sure you have enough of this on all right. You guys so i just finished drying my hair and that's it. So let me show you the hair that i'm using it's called empire. This is a 14 inch. I have used it before and i love it. It'S a little bit on the pricier side for a package here, but it's worth it because this style will probably last me a couple of weeks. So i wanted to make sure i had decent hair and if you guys know of any other um packaged hair bands. That'S good for quick weaves, that's not as expensive as this one. Please. Let me know in the description box in the comment spot. Okay, it's 14 inch. I didn't want it to be too long, so i only had to use two. So i guess you don't need to buy and i have a pretty big head and i have a lot of hair. So it's a lot to cover um, but my suggestion would be to buy two because that's all i used and i had hair left over so yeah. I think you pretty much only need two packs of this here honestly, i love the smell of packaged hair. For some reason, i don't know why that's kind of weird all right. So, basically, what i do is i take the track from the end. Grab it and i measure it right, so i go from one end of my hair, one end on the back and i go below the bun first. So from one end to the next, i feel where this thumb is and that's where i cut so i'm still holding it. I usually give it a little bit more and then i cut it. So that's what we have all right. This is the glue that i'm using all right, so i'm gon na take this and i hope you guys can see just going to add the glue just to this top part right here. You always to help it dry a little bit faster. I'Ve all dried all right so again we're going to measure it from side to side. This time, i'm going to i'm going to go over the i'm going to go over my bun, so i hope going over the buttons all right. So i laid two tracks so now the next one is going to go. I might lay the next the next track. Yeah, i'm trying to lay my tracks close together too, so i can get as many tracks on there as possible because i, like my hair to be thick, so i'm going to use this finger to kind of feel where i'm going. To put it see, i knew it was going to slide okay, there we go and just lay it down, uh um. So now the hair that i have right here is here that i've already used from this here. So that's why i said this here is pretty good like you can reuse the tracks, even though you glued it onto your head, you can reuse it because i'm damn sure gon na reuse, mine, but anyway um. So i'm just combing it out see if i can find some longer pieces - and i know i do have a longer piece here - it is and i did wash my old tracks. I want y'all to think i'm putting dirty tracks back in my head nope. I washed them like the hair is so good like, so i just feel like it's worth spending the extra money, because it's not like it's just one use and look at that. That'S perfect! I don't even have to cut it or anything. I start laying the tracks from the front straight across to the middle, so i'm going to cut right here and i really hope you guys can see. I hope you guys were able to see that. But that's where i'm cutting, because for me to try to lay the tracks in a? U like that, it doesn't work out for me like every time i tried late it slipped yeah when i'm in the back. If i feel an open space it's best, i won't have a leave out. It'S just. I try to get as much hair on my head. You always say all right, so i'm just gon na park this side now um, let's go straight up all right y'all. So i'm about to beat this face real quick, because i cannot sit here like this any longer plus i am getting ready, so i will be by all right you guys so first, i need to. We need to take a moment to appreciate this makeup like this beat this beat y'all. My makeup has never never came out this good like i'm shook. I'M shook right now, but anyway, this is the hair. Let me show y'all what it looks like this is how long it is. It is a perfect length for me. I do not need it any longer than that um yeah, so this is it now. I just want to say this if you have made it this far in this video. I appreciate you. I 100 appreciate you because to me this video was a little all over the place because i didn't know exactly. Zenobia hill: I absolutely love this video ❤️! I’m glad someone else doesn’t always do the cap method , & even after a quick weave you’re still able to have all of your natural hair & without the HIGHLY CRITICISM the world gives. I wanted to do a mini tutorial based off this method alone , but I ain’t gon lie… I’m a little nervous. But you have me more confidence just to , be myself in the moment
