Grow Longer Hair Overnight?

Hey guys welcome back to my channel today, I am super excited to be partnering, with probably my favorite haircare line in the world. Breo'S. Oh, if you guys have been watching me for a while, you probably know my obsession with Brio Joe, especially the don't despair repair hair mask. I have a recommended it to you guys for such a long time. It'S my Holy Grail, hair mask and everything that I have tried from this line is just incredible. It'S made with such amazing ingredients, and my hair has really transformed completely I've, been getting so many questions from you guys on Instagram and on YouTube. Asking me what I have been doing to my hair to make it look so healthy, shiny and what I've been doing to make my hair grow faster. So today, I'm gon na be sharing with you, my Holy Grail, haircare products that I truly believe have helped. My hair literally grow overnight and get my hair to a healthy and shiny state. So without further ado, if you want to know my haircare secrets, if you will, then please keep watching so if you guys have been watching me for a while, you know my obsession with the don't despair repair, hair masque. This was basically my gateway drug. If you will into the world of breo's your haircare, it was the first haircare product. I purchased myself with my own money from Sephora that I absolutely fell in love with, and this is what I realized that Brio joe is different. So, like I said, I love the don't despair, repair, hair mask and briault Joe came out with these. These are the don't despair, repair, deep conditioning, hair caps systems. These are the coolest things ever. They do say that they work on your hair in 15 minutes, which they do. I personally like to leave this on overnight and I think that's personally my secret on how I get my hair to grow so much faster, because I'm infusing and conditioning my hair overnight. So this pack comes with four complete systems you have step. One over here is step two over here. It'S separated into two compartments step. One is the deep conditioning hair treatment. So this is the don't despair, repair, hair treatment in a little one-time-use packet. So I basically put this all over my hair. I concentrate it and mainly my problem areas which are my ends and the mids of my hair and whatever is left over. I will just lightly brush through the rest of my hair, and then you cover your entire head with this treatment cap and the treatment cap is actually infused with more conditioning nutrients for your hair and these ones kind of target more your scalp, and it really helps The rest of the mask should penetrate your hair and your scalp much better, because it's using your own body's warmth to really get nice and deep inside of your hair shafts and in your scalp. So this has been incredible every time I use this. My hair just looks and feels so soft and so silky so healthy, and I can totally see a difference when I use the cap system versus just using the don't despair repair, hair masque, because I really think that the cap helps you achieve optimal nutrient absorption. As I said, I'd like to use this hair treatment overnight, you can use it in 15 minutes if you're in a rush, but I like to keep it in overnight for optimal results and in the morning I'll, just wash it out I'll just apply shampoo to my Roots and I'll leave it in for about five minutes, just to give the shampoo enough time to break down any product buildup and I don't actually apply any conditioner, because this acts as a deep conditioning treatment anyway. So once my shampoo has done its job I'll, just rinse everything out make sure that my hair is nice and clean and then let it air dry a little bit once I've. Let my hair air dry a little bit and it's like 30 to 40 percent wet still. I will go ahead and apply these two products also from brioches, so first go in with the scalp or Bible charcoal and Tea Tree scalp treatment. So this helps to detoxify the scalp. It helps to balance out the pH level of the scout. So if you find that your scalp is more dry or your scalp is more oily, this stuff will help balance it out so that so that you're not over producing oil or under producing oil. This is incredible. It'S so refreshing. It doesn't leave any greasy residue in your hair and your hair just feels nice and clean and fresh. Then on the mids and ends of my hair, I will use the rose, Arco, oil, rosehip, argan and coconut oil blend. I this oil. I really think that this oil would be great for all hair types, because it's not too heavy and it doesn't leave a heavy film on your hair. It helps minimize frizz. It brings back the shine and luster to your hair and it also acts as a heat. Protectant, so I will always always apply some sort of heat protectant to my hair before I heat style, my hair. So this has been a very, very important step in my hair care routine. So once I've applied those products, my hair I'll, let my hair air dry completely. I very very, very rarely use a blow dryer. I think that's another key to helping my hair grow long and strong. Much faster is that I try to minimize the amount of heat that I apply to my hair. So if you can let your hair air dry naturally, and then I will go in and style it most of the time I will just add in a few natural waves to my hair, using my t3 curling wand today, I just decided to flat iron, my hair And because applying any kind of heat to your hair does create damage, even if you use a really really good heat protectant, I like to keep it nourished and hydrated, even after I style it. So I have really really been loving this product. This is the don't despair, repair, strength and moisture leave-in mask this is basically this, but in a lightweight spray formula that doesn't weigh down your hair, it just leaves your hair looking and feeling like it's moisturizing side out. So I've really really been loving this and I really love the spray on it. It creates a really even spray, so you're not left with like random, wet spots on your hair. Honestly, this is a genius genius product. I even like applying this to my hair after I've been outside in the Sun for too long, because I really feel like it helps my hair recover from any UV damage. Basically any time my hair is looking and feeling drier than normal. I will use this and it's a godsend, so that is basically what I've been doing with my current hair care, routine, it works for me. I'Ve been seeing amazing results from this hair care routine. My hair is so much more nourished. It'S more moisturize, my scalp doesn't flake anymore, and usually this time of year, when we have like a seasonal change, my scalp goes crazy and I feel, like my hair, has been growing so much faster.
