Hey guys so today I will be teaching you how to make your own fenugreek oil for hair growth. This is actually one of the easiest ways on how you can make it plus. It'S also super cheap because and this time I'm not using expensive oils or anything in the process. It'S very easy. So if you all are interested, then let's get started. Santé Greek seed is one of the best natural remedies for growing, long hair and also preventing hair loss, because it has a rich concentration of vitamins and nutrients that are essential for your hair follicles to remain healthy. So they are able to enhance the growth and all-over health of your hair. It also has detangling properties that helps combat frizz and promotes shiny and soft hair. Furthermore, it has some antibacterial and antimicrobial properties to it that can help prevent dandruff, itchy scalp and any scalp infection. So at this point you can add whatever oils that you want. But for me I will add in my castor oil, because it's just one of my favorite hair growth oils and then also VCO. I really do like the combination of both of these oils because it has worked wonders for both my hair and scalp. So I don't really have an exact proportion for it. I'M just eyeballing things, but that's how much of the fenugreek seeds that I add it in in that bill bottle and then I will do a 50/50 proportion of the castor oil and the vco and in here, if you only want to use one oil, just make Sure that the fenugreek oil is fully soaked in it. After that, I will mix it together and I will let it marinate for one week also. What I do is, I wrapped it with a cloth like this to let it naturally warm up or heat up and then store it in a dark place and seriously. The weather here in my country is so hot that I'm pretty sure that it is going to brew it just by storing it there, okay. So after a week, this is what it looks like. This was actually attacked by ants by the way because it smells like sugar, and I must admit that this takes a long time before you can actually use it, but I really wanted to do the cold pressed version. So this is why I did it this way, but if you want to use it immediately, you can warm up the fenugreek seeds, along with the oil of your choice in a pan, but it is still way up to you guys. So here's how I use it. I apply it on my scalp, of course, and I hope my whole head with it, and also after that I always make sure to do scalp, massages and later. I will also be applying it on my ends too, because this is great for preventing breakage and retaining your length as well. Also, I applied some on the rest of my hair, but if you guys notice here, I'm not really drenching my hair with that oil. I'M just simply applying enough that my hair will be coated, but not soaking it at all. Okay. So after that, I left it on my hair for 30 minutes, and then I just washed it off okay. So now this is what it looks like after I really like how it has a softening effect on the hair, and I have been oiling my hair recently and I have been noticing fast results on my hair growth and just the all-over quality of how my hair Feels I hope you all liked this video and if you did, please give this video a thumbs up. You have amazing hair but it is really thick hair and I have heard that you shouldn't use much oil on fine hair. What do you recommend? 탄김: Review: so this is for those people who are wondering if this actually works or not. So lemme tell you all about my experience. ■ my hair line was receding and I lost so much hair everyday and with few months, I lost half of my hair thickness :( I was stressed about this more and more and which made it worse. So I started to look up different methods to stop hairfall and improve growth and not many suited my hair type. ■ so I tried this method. I used pure coconut oil (not packaged) and put fenugreek seeds in a bottle and let it soak. I applied it before I washed my hair and I lost some hair as always. And applied the oil a day after the wash and i didnt lose hairstrands while combing (usually I lose the same amount of hair as when I wash my hair) and then I found that this is the perfect oil for my hair. ■ since I used pure coconut oil, it didnt leave sticky effect like those normal oils on my hair and it was silky and soft. ■ I still lose hair when washing hair. I think its because of my shampoo but the hair i used to lose while combing was reduced by 96% (I'm honest guys). ■ within a week of using this, hairfall reduced and I tried not to put high pony or tight braids because that's one reason i lost so much hair as a teen :(( (I'm only 16 fyi) ■ idk if it promotes hair growth because I need more time to observe changes. ■ I hope it all cleared your doubts! Edit: I'll update you all after changing my shampoo and using the fenugreek paste for my hair! Make sure y'all get good 6-8hrs of sleep, healthy diet( eat almonds, drink lots of water, veggies ofcourse ) dont stress yourself. Make sure you relax yourself and do what you love. LOVE YOURSELF!!

You should definitely use hibiscus flower herb or hibiscus flower herb powder, Chebe powder, Amla herb powder, MSM crystal, Vitamin C powder, Green Tea herb, Onion powder, Aloe Vera powder, black tea herb, Henna herb powder, Cinnamon powder, Coffee powder, Horsetail herb, Cayenne pepper powder and just add a little bit of Cayenne pepper and also the cinnamon powder as well and don’t put too much of it. Also for oils you should definitely use Vitamin E oil, Emu oil, Bamboo oil, Grapeseed oil, Black seed oil, Carrot oil, Avocado oil, Sweat Almond oil, Black pepper oil, Jamaican Black castor oil, Vanilla oil, Oat oil, Flaxseed oil, Argan oil, Jojoba oil, Hemp seed oil, Tea tree oil about 10- 25 drops, Rosemary oil about 10-25 drops of it, Lavender oil about 10- 25 drops it, Peppermint oil about 10- 25 drops of it. And also make sure every ingredients is all natural and organic and vegan. And also make sure all the powders and herbs are infused in the mason jar for about 6 months for the best results and if not lest than 6 months.
