Hey guys welcome back to our Channel Eponine, I'm Erica, and today's video is coming to you from India. I cannot really so here in America, but we are doing hair seekers from India. We noticed I love Indian women. They have quite long yeah, like beautiful hair. We'Ve always wonder, like wonder what they put in their hair with their techniques are, so I've done a lot of research and I found out that their techniques are kind of the same as on for the product service of littles, it's different, so this video is going To show you a few of their hair secrets and their techniques that they use to grow their hair, our so the first practice is oiling and this technique. I'Ve seen like, throughout my whole researcher, the Indian hair growth secrets and oiling to use a lot of oils in their hair that mainly they focus on the scalp because they realize that hair growth comes from the scalp. And if you take care of your scalp, you have healthy hair growth. So, like I said, I mentioned the oils later on in the video but, like I said earlier, they use the oldest to massage the scalp that uses a pre-shampoo treatment and they use it as a leave-in conditioning treatment. Now I'm not very interesting technique that they do. Is called rate and bun and what they do say, break their hair and then put it in the bun to lock in the oils benefits - and I guess it's kind of similar to what we do in our routine at night, with a Centon scarf, we just wrap Our hair and then we put a satin scarf under them, but wrapping my hair just kind of keeps our hair nourish with the oils, whatever just locks in the moisture and benefits and everything, but these headscarf they use a brain. It'S one button yeah, we don't ever break their hair and so that's company a like she said the equipment is right here. Alright, so now the hair care practice is using a natural shampoo and they use Chicago powder. I'M not sure of is Chicago. Your house different ways yeah, so they use I'm gon na say she kaki leaves Chicago powder and chicag is basically called group of the hair. This is really really used for hair growth. A lot of Indian women useless and what you can do is you can buy the powder and you can mix it with water and you just let it sit overnight and then the morning to just use it on your hair mince it out. You know just like regular shampoo and shikaka has so many different vitamins to nourish the hair and also treats the scalp with treat dandruff got lice. It'S that good, very they are like scalp Orient's, it like she said, and if you don't want to do like a DIY, we got time for there. You cannot be out. My person, then, will have shiitake based products below and if you are a DIY person, I'll have recipes below where you can make your shikaka shampoo or you can make other shiitake hair treatments. But yes, rock, is really really good. For the hair has a very low pH level, so it won't stay there yeah, it's really great for the hair, so I was doesn't suggest using it buying it and just make your own little concoction with it. So, as Eric mentioned earlier of Indian women do use a lot of oils to treat their hair and their teeth, and there are a lot of bitching we're doing our research and stuff. So I think the main two that we saw ever just going to focus on - and I think you just use all the time it's coconut oil and another oil called me alright. So, look at all anyone, good luck, coconut oil like we do and the way they use coconut oils that they use it as a pre shampoo treatment, like I mentioned earlier, in the old leg method and what they do is they cook the hair 30 minutes before Washing they just clip the hair with coconut oil and basically, what that does is that once they start to wash their hair after coconut oil acts as a barrier tip the barrier, it gets any damage. I'M done during the washing. Now me oil, if someone's coconut oil, but it has antifungal properties, so it's gon na kill bacteria, it's good with lice any scalp infections, with skin back to the scalp, but yeah. It'S just gon na kill any bacteria in that area and then there's two things about me. Well, you should know one is that you have to dilute it and then two in a very strong SMO, definite dilute it with a carrier. Oil, like a hobo, her home, was really good for a really good old time with, and also because of the smell is very strong. It'S best to just use it, maybe like 30 30 minutes, or so I just put it in your scalp with it. Like wait. 30 minutes for the power and then wash it out or, if you're, into overnight treatments. This also works really well as it overnight treatment, just put it in your hair and then the next day go ahead and just wash it now. Well, it's like the Super's. You know set up and to test me in UVM, obviously moving on to the natural ingredients that Indian women use while doing my research, I have all the natural ingredients that they do use before that I noticed that were prominent were aloe vera, hibiscus, onions and garlic, And basically, these four ingredients: they are used for a stimulation and we stimulation up the hair follicles again that they get down with the scalp yeah it's complicated and they can microbio any like dead. Hair follicles are here they're here, it's like dormant, just won't grow again, and these like really help with that all right now, hibiscus leaf or the discus powder is really good for a bald spots or just places on your scalp, where your hair just won't grow. It'S hard to grow, so the discus is really good for getting in their industry, stimulating any dead areas and also it's really good for thinning edges too yeah. Just if you have like edges, we all do we pull our hair back so just kind of thinning out. That'S a really good thing to try. So if you want to try it out, we do have recipes in the description box below or you can't find. Hibiscus leaked like this cuz powder. I make your own little concoction everything but yeah we'll have all that below. It'S definitely worth the try yeah alright. So when it comes to onions and garlic, I think they have sulfur in them. So slippery slope where helps with blood circulation in the scalp and blood circulation, produces stimulation which then stimulation and damp reduces hair growth. So it's important for that. If you have again scalp issues, also onions aid and hair removal, so that hair, pushing through the scalp won't be blocked and again with antibacterial properties, onions and garlic have antibacterial properties, they say it's kind of funny. They say you can run any of the garlic comes to your bald spots and they'll actually have a girl, but y'all. Let'S be real. Like thing like, I need some garlic, Besim done' the smell, it's just awful horrible yeah. So obviously you know we can't. You might be desperate yeah, let me I mean if it works it out, but I can't believe we'll have like a DIY. If you want to DIY something, if you want to look and see what you can make with onions of garlic, some type of hair hair product, you can do that we'll have it below, as there are something quite a few which I didn't know, but I didn't Know anything garlic, work that well over here, but um yeah, we'll have all that all the recipes and all the yeah right below and we'll also have it listed. You know somewhere so so check that out. Alright and next is aloe vera. Now we're very familiar with aloe vera, because especially Erica she's, the Inverness kept using it works really well in your skin. So we're not surprised that it works well on here. It really works well in my stimulating and pre stimulating hair follicles, like the other ingredients that we mentioned, and also another cool technique to ending women use. I had to use it, but just like they take the elevator plant, you just break it in half. No, it couldn't be have and then they'll use the juices just fall right on their scalp and they'll just go ahead and massage with it, and that's where it starts working in to get those bottles yeah we're very familiar with it. We know that it works well. So it's definitely well. We do have a video coming out of America's again. It works wonders in my skin, and I just I just found out all the amazing moneys for hair so be on the lookout with that one as well. Alright guys that's it for our Indian haircare secrets are here great secrets. I don't know a lot more, so I'll have some resources below. If you want to. You know check more into the research event, but this video will be like 30 minutes long. So I kind of condensed it all just things that I found more prominent in my research that were mentioned repeatedly. I mention here in this video yeah, so couple of you use any of these. I know something these onions and garlic - I don't know, maybe I'll do, but it's funny how me you see stuff from other countries and it makes its way over you. I know I use that. Yes, it's cool to see like the similarities and the differences in stuff, but see, I think guys for watching this video hope you guys liked. It would be definitely doing more videos about haircare from different countries, so be able to look out for that. Leave. Leah McLean Tewari: My husband is from India, I am half African American and half Native American Indian so I also grew up using many oils and natural products. I think for Afro-textured hair, we do have to be sure we are retaining the length that comes with growing. Mainly our problem is keeping moisture and then maintaining it. When I met my husband it was really neat to see similar practices between our two cultures. I grew up using coconut oil, olive oil, and jojoba oil. Now, I still use those oils but have incorporated Amla, Neem, and I add in some lavender, melaleuca, peppermint, rosemary, and of course, my beloved Shea Butter! Hands down Shea Butter has been instrumental in retaining length! But I also think limiting chemical-based products, keeping the hair protected when you can, and minimizing styling. Less is more.

Ashley Collins: Instead of rubbing the bare onion or garlic on to ur scalp, u can grate them and squeeze the contents thereof to create a juice which u can apply to the scalp if you have dandruff. It works. Ginger juice is also a great antioxidant which has antifungal properties too. I'm from Guyana where we're multiracial and lots of Indian hair traditions hv been passed down to us. We make our own coconut oil from the coconut... Rice water rinse is also great for the hair. The natural remedies work best. Xoxoxox

Swedaa: Usage of wooden comb that is I usually oil my hair and use a wooden comb to spread the oil all over my scalp and it's damn nice it's moreover like a massage and overall diet matters and genetics plays and important role Indian food contains a lot of beneficial nutrients and vitamins for hair skin and nails so it's good

427IndigenousSkies: My boyfriend is Indian and has hair down to his hips. He only shampoos once a week. He complains that I shouldn't wash my hair twice a week. pa777billy: I like your video , but my personal opinion is that the Indian's hair from India is blessed !!! That is the long & short of it . It is what it is . I used to date a few Indian men in the past and I found their hair to be soooooo beautiful it made me feel sick . There are places on this earth where the soil is blessed and crops grow big & flavorful and there are places on this earth where the soil seems cursed . But most interesting is there is a very un-fertile place in the Middle East that grows the best dates in the WORLD !! They did not let their bad soil & harsh conditions discourage them . They use a form of irrigation that WORKS . So , now , they have dates that are the envy of the world , they have the best !!!!! I often think of them to encourage myself .

TwoWorlds: beautiful ladies.... but do you relax your hair as it looks very thin or perhaps its just oily?

T Cha: You guys hair looks BEAUTIFUL and it is NOT THIN. Let ppl say what their going to say. Sometimes I think some ppl write these comments and then they probably don't have the length of hair or healthy hair but want to make comments like that. Where's their YouTube channel showing their hair practices? Keep up the good work.
