Hey Marianna get four motormouth. If you want a hair mask that will not only make your hair grow faster, but also fix dry ends. This is the perfect mixture for you. If you have dry, hair oils are really the best thing to get moisture back into the ends, and even though you put oil on the ends of your hair, you can also put oil on your roots to get longer hair at the same time. So what you'll need for this is coconut oil and castor oil and something to mix it with so we're using pasture oil, because it boosts blood circulation to the hair follicles to help your hair grow faster. It also gets the omega-6 fatty acids into your scalp to help grow stronger, healthier hair, this mixed with the coconut oil conditions and moisturizes your hair. So what I do first is put equal parts: coconut oil and castor oil. So equal parts just means as much as you need for your hair, so my hair is long, so I'm going to use a lot. But obviously, if you have shorter hair, a thinner hair, you won't need as much but just so they're equal of the two ingredients. So now that you have the two ingredients together, you'll want to melt it in the microwave for about 30 seconds, so the coconut oil mixes with the castor oil. So the reason why we mix the castor oil, together with the coconut oil, is because, if you only put the castor oil on your roots, it'll be really really really hard to wash out the coconut oil thins this out. So it's easier to wash that in the morning. So after you mix these equal parts and you've microwaved it, it's gon na look like this you're applying this to dry hair, so the hair follicles can soak up all the oil. Now you can either use this with. Just your hand and put it on your hair or you can buy a bottle like this from any beauty supply store for around a dollar. So what I do is, I put it the oil in here and then I dispense it up my roots like this, but either way it works. Just fine once you've got the mixture into your hair, you'll, massage the oil into your scalp, to just stimulate it and get the castor oil in your roots, and this is what's gon na promote the hair growth. So now that you have this oil, all in your hair, for this mask you're gon na put your hair and either just put it up in a bun or you can put a shower cap on. But what I like to do is I put a towel over my pillow and I sleep with it in my hair overnight when I wake up in the morning, I take a bottle of shampoo and just put it in my roots and massage it, and this will Help get the oil out before I get in the shower it breaks on the oil, then I jump in the shower shampoo again and my hair really has never felt so soft. So try this mask for softer longer hair. In no time from our Beauty DIY to go to Mohawk, calm

Sabike: I noticed a difference immediately after the first use of this treatment. My dandruff is gone. My hair has body and shine. My scalp is not itchy anymore. I use this treatment once a week and sleep with my oiled hair in a braid overnight. I use the remaining on my eyelashes and eyebrows. Inow have naturally full and thick lashes and brows. Ditch the fragranced products filled with irritants people! Natural is the way to go!

K 🤍: Correction: equal parts means the same amount of each. As in, for example, 1 tbs CO and 1 tbs castor oil.

Ella M: I have used this for about a month and I love it. It leaves the hair shiny and so manageable. I have even had compliments on how beautiful it is. You can also use this on your eyelashes to promote hair growth. Just add Vaseline and vitamin e oil to the mix. It works like a charm.

Melo 76: This works y’all ! !! I tried this and trust me my hair would never grow past my shoulders and after doing this my hair was halfway down my butt my dumb self ended up chopping it short again due to the hot weather in Texas I saw this method in a beauty group on fb!! Thank god for castor and coconut oil! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

DivineDuchessofLight: I've used this for many years and it does work. castor oil, olive oil and coconut oil. Best regimen every. My hair loves it.

Mia Cross: I use this mask but also with almond oil. I also recommend dipping a towel in warm water and wrapping it over your hair after you apply the mask. It keeps the oils warmer for longer and can penetrate the scalp better. Also don't microwave it lol

BionicEnchantress: Okay so I've never experienced having long hair. My hair has always been short and it is a mixture of Jamaican, African, and little bit of Native as well. What I want to know is will Castor and Coconut Oil help me grow out my hair to the desired length? If so, how often should I use it?

leona chan: i can confirm that THIS DEFINITELY WORKS. however, I started growing hair in places that I didn't have before (back of neck, side of forehead, slight sideburns) so be careful with where you apply this stuff!!

Ashleigh 20: I used to do this often as every 6 years or so my hair falls out so much. it really helps, I use 2 big table spoons of castor oil and 2 big tablespoons of coconut oil. I've also recently started adding a tablespoon of black seed oil. I have a lot of hair fall when washing out but I'm guessing this is normal. I definitely noticed my hair getting longer and less hair shedding with day to day brushing and normal shampoo and conditioner days. I'm currently going through another hair loss phase so I've only started doing this for the past month, once a week or so. I also use it on my Eyebrows and eyelashes with a spoolie

Taylor Miller: Do not use a microwave! Place the oils in a small bowl. Find a bigger bowl and put warm water. Put the smaller bowl in the bigger until it's melted. Also, it's better on damp hair.

Jas Singh: dont micro it. boil some water in a pan, can say hot. and then put the coconut oil+castor oil in a plastic bowl. put that bowl in the pan(like it will be floating. Dont let the water go inside the bowl). after 5 mins. just again mix thoroghly, and then apply it on hair and scalp. make sure oil is not hot. Many people told me not to apply hot oil, coz it can change the color of the hairs, like black to white something like that and just warm enough so that they can mix properly

Is Blessed: Dang your hair is looks absolutely healthy and beautiful I’m going to try this mask and thanks for sharing

Janani K: Just try placing the bowl of oil in another bowl containing hot water. Microwaving might kill all the nutrients from the oil mixture.

here: I love how you shared a more natural method!! must try when my school semester ends! :) thank you

Rhea Wilmore: Castor Oil is very thick; I have used it for hot oil treatments once a week. My hair never grew any longer, but it didn’t fall out either I decided to make a cream from the Coconut & Castor Oil. The Beeswax balance out the oil Thanks for sharing!

Dawrong Witch: "Equal parts" means the same amount of each ingredient, i.e., 2 tbs coconut oil + 2 tbs castor oil.

Willissa Butler: I'm a mix freak. I mix castor oil with gel, skin cream with lotion, and salt with shampoo to exfoliate the scalp to remove all old skin cells and helps to unclog hair pores for better hair growth.

Gloria V: I still can't tell if it's growing faster or not... but it ceased falling out! Love this mask.

caroline salv: This really does work ,with all the different oils and creams is used in the past -this combo made the difference! except i dont wash out mine, these oils are fairly light and can stay in your hair for about 4 days before any oily buildup-but thats just me you can also do it her way too!

Cam, Jay & the Kids: Great video I'm definitely going to try this

Norma Silva: Anyone knows how often and for how long do I need to use it for hair growth?

Pisces Suzette: It works for me..Thank you so much

Jazmine Jones: Do not microwave the oil, the microwave makes the oils loose their nutrients, you should heat some water on the stove and then place the bottle with the oil in it and heat the oil that way

Teech: can you use it as a leave in conditioner?

Magacita Dlt: I know it helps your hair grow faster but can it also help to regrow hair, for bald spots and whatnot please reply!

Randy Jimenez: How long do I leave it in the hair/scalp for ?

Nataliyah Ali: can u use olive oil instead of coconut oil

Evelyn Brown: Can I mix the coconut and castoil together and use the 2 as a prepoo instead of using the olive oil alone as my prepoo thanks

All about cats: Can I add mustard oil in it instead of coconut oil??

Liana J.: Nooo microwave!! That kills all the nutrients that you need. Thats defeating the purpose of using cold pressed.

CCSugar: Coconut oil does a lot more for hair than just thin out the castor oil to make it easier to rinse.

crafto.mania_: Can we use this by combining both in a same container for months?

vancitygurl: Never thought about using Castor Oil in my hair. I do however use coconut oil in my hair and leave it in for a week if I'm not going anywhere(no school, no work) and my hair looks so healthy and shiny and tameable. Also I heard that taking Biotin pills promotes hair and nail growth. Anything for hair growth. I've noticed my hair balding a bit so it's all helping. But will definitely try the castor oil and see wat it does for me.

S N: Do I use organic castor oil or the normal one?

Poon Mazhai: But the mixture of castor oil and coconut oil are very good combination for hair growth

Tiana Hanson: this remedy really does work. I used it for a whole week and I saw real result at the end of that week

another clone: can we add rosemary oil too ?

Doris Allen: thank you for the tip.. it's very helpful.

Shyna Bhattacharjee: I took 1:3 ratio of castor and coconut oil. Apply it in the roots and length twice a week 2-4 hrs before hair wash. I am doing this since two weeks and already started seeing the result. My scalp is getting healthier. Dandruff has reduced by 80% in just 4 washes. No itchiness. No inflammation. Hair fall reduced. Hair became smooth and shiny. Hope to see hair growth soon!! Staying positive!

Aria: Can someone please tell me if castor oil is good for hair or not? I hear from many sources that castor oil is not recommended for hair, I really don't know what to believe... Can someone who tested it tell me, are there any side effects and so on?

Brenda Alexander: Those were very good tips... Thanks! GOD BLESS!

sharaz dar: castor oil suitable for oily thin hair?

ChocoJJ: can I also add tea tree oil and olive oil? :)

FlexabilitiesNC: Microwaving for 30 seconds will not destroy the nutrients. Heating at a high temperature setting for long periods of time breakdowns nutrients. if you are still concerned, use the defrost setting to melt the ingredients.

Judi Christopher: This is a great tutorial... I really learned a lot... except it was hard to hear you over the background noise/music...

Sneha Roy: Can we use it simply without heating it

Brenda Bell: I HEAT MY COCONUT OIL JAR IN HOT WATER. I USE AN EYEDROPPER TO APPLY THE OIL TO MY SCALP AND RUB IN TO THE SCALP OUTWARD TO THE ENDS. ADDING SOME ROSEMARY OR NETTLE ESSENTIAL OIL. TEA TREE FOR ITCHY SCALP.

Arrika Levario: How long should I leave it in my hair?

Coolio P: Will doing it once a week be as effective? Because I could only leave it in overnight on weekends because I don't like washing and blow drying my hair in the morning before school.

Enrico Reyes: Is it ok to leave on your hair for bout 2 hours? After then rinse it?

JR Pacer: Do this every time the night before I wash my hair but don't put in microwave use a double boiler melt oils and put in a jar when u are ready to use it just hold it in your hand and the warmth from that will melt oils ....

Eve Holliday: equal parts means the same amount of each product. example-1 tablespoon of castor oil and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.

Bridgette Pinkelman: Thank you for the video!!

Aynur Atabeyli: Do we apply it on dirty or clean hair?

Princess Gigi King: Thank you so much for the video.

Arianne Dennis Remy: This will work with some olive oil too it made my eyelashes grow LOOOOONG

Jessica Fernandez: works but I use it cold and you have to apply it to damp hair but yes it works

Scarlett Brescia: Does this help thin hair get thicker ?

FunsizedMommy1214: What kind of castor oil do you need to use? And is the organic raw coconut oil from the grocery store ok to use?

stella xoxo: tip: dont microwave it cus microwaving the oils make them loose some of their vitamins and you r useing them for their vitamins so do the double boiler trick ting

Poon Mazhai: Awesome, what type of shampoo is suitable to reduce hair fall and promote hair growth?

Lilly Daniel: Dont melt it in the microwave melt it over the stove using the double boiler method. Microwaving it kills the nutrients

Veronique Makhlouf: Can we do it more than once per week?

Varundeep Kaur: We can also boil water in a pan nd then put the bowl in pan to heat the mixture

auriongray: Can castor oil be used alone without coconut oil? And how many times a week do you apply this treatment?

x Buni: Would I need to wash my hair and get it to dry first before applying?

Aaisha gour: How many times in a week can I use it?

Aunt Barb: Actually using a little hair conditioner first before you wash will break up the oils in your hair

Maria Gonzalez: I have coconut oil expeller-pressed and refined could that also work for my eyebrows eyelashes and hair ?

Shawn Dubay: Very good video. I am a bald guy using just Castor oil and massaging my scalp. I am bald only on top only. Got the old man crown at 34 yrs old. Was wondering what your thoughts would be for getting a full head of hair. I miss my hair and shaving is getting expensive.

Inner Spirit 111: Actually a bit of heat does not harm the qualities of these oils because they breakdown only at extremely high temps. That's why coconut oil is used in cooking...

Jaseline Santiago: can I use this method for thin eyebrows as well ? will it have the same affect and make it grow thicker and fuller ?

aria afghan: Microwaving the oils kills all the goodies. Put hot water in a bowl and then put the oils in a glass bowl/ jar in the hot water...that way all the good ingredients will stay and you give your hair a warm oil treatment which is great for the scalp/ hair. The microwave part killed it for me though..

Krystal Guzmán: How often should you use this hair mask

marylin 43: if coconut oil is not available,,,, can i use olive oil as a substitute to mix with the castor oil

yordano41: Is that refined or unrefined coconut oil?

Aatox: should i do this mask everytime i wash my hair? (i was my hair once a week)

Amy Birbalsingh: Do I have to use it everyday or just once a week???

Marianne Griffin: I am going to try this today I cant wait to see the results

Sam Nikole: DO NOT MELT OILS IN THE MICRO. PUT THE OILS IN AN APPLICATION BOTTLE AND STICK THE BOTTLE IN HOT WATER FOR TEN MIN! Putting oils in microwave kills the potency of the oils!

Celeste Arredondo: Can you use black castor oil with the coconut oil ?

Sabrina smith: Does it matter what type of caster oil

Mia Claire: can you do this with caster oil USP?

Lorena Lozano: @Modamod if u have oily hair can u do this as well is it ok to put it directly on ur roots ??? Please answer... Great video btw

itsjp: the results WILL still be the same even though the coconut oil is already melted, right?

Sapphire Relaxed Hair: Oh No never ever put coconut oil in the microwave to melt it! its cold press you will take all the nutrients out of there, just put it under some warm water and it will melt also coconut oil will melt at your body temperature and you never ever wash it out because you want to continue to add nutrients to your scalp and hair so it can condition and moisturize

LadyWhite Shadow: can i use olive oil instead of coconut oil?

Ivan: How often should this be done? I’m a guy with short hair I want to grow the baby hairs on my hairline

Poon Mazhai: I like it. Can I use this mixture if I have any hormonal imbalance issues which cause hair fall?

Dunja Milosevic: How often should I apply this? My hair is very fine and thin.

Ta'Quana Collins: can you mix that in with conditioners

Jesus heal me and all of us: is it used on relaxed hair

Intan Sazwani: if I'm going to make that mixture and I wanna keep it, how long can it last?

Loriane Carvalho: Can I leave it on my hair for like 4 days ?

Melo 76: Don’t microwave! !! Here’s what I did and it worked for me! I heated up some hot water in a pot and placed a metal bowl on top of the water and scooped in some coconut oil then the castor oil inside the bowl and mixed till melted at my liking then removed the bowl carefully and did my treatment

JR Pacer: I like the caster oil much better then coconut oil keep in mind buy oil in a dark bottle that helps preserve the oil of choice.

oyindamola oluboye: will I apply the coconut oil and castor oil on wet or dry hair

Blessed Indeed!: Do not microwave your oils instead put it in a small bowl then place that bowl into the hot water and let it liqiify while preserving all through it all

ponyboyy34 _: does it work for eyebrows too ?

Mehdi Hassan: Can we use this without heating it
