Spotting the first white hair can be quite intimidating, especially if you're in your 30s or early 40s, and sometimes even in 20s. Premature grain of hair is becoming as common as cough and cold baldness and hair thinning and also severe hair problems that many people face. These days, i'm going to show you a special three seeds, hair oil, it's very, very effective in reversing your gray hair, and it also promotes hair growth in bald patches. You will get dark hair, which is also strong and thick. This is an easy way of growing long hair within a short period of time, if you want to watch more natural hair care and skin care videos make sure you like this video and subscribe to my channel. That way, i will know that you, like the content. What you create i've got some black seeds here. This is also called as kalonji or nigella sativa, due to the high levels of linoleic acid. In these seeds it prevents the reduction of the black pigment cells in your hair follicles. So it is an excellent natural ingredient to prevent premature graying of hair. You need two tablespoons of these kalonji seeds and this is black cumin seeds. This is also called a scala jeera. It contains plenty of alkalis and proteins that will stop your hair fall and thinning black cumin also removes dandruff, rashes and itchiness from your scalp. I am taking one tablespoon of this kala jeera. It gives wonderful nourishment to your hair follicles. Then the most important ingredient is black sesame seeds. This is rich in copper, manganese, magnesium, zinc and phosphorus. This is a bone for those with premature graying of hair and severe hair fall. Take three tablespoon of this nutrient dense seeds transfer this to a blender and powder. It the antioxidants present in the black sesame seeds can neutralize the effect of free radicals that damage cells and cause aging like gray, hair and wrinkles. I'Ve got 250 grams of cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil here. This is excellent for your hair growth. Add 1 4 of this oil and blend. It then add the rest of the oil little at a time and blend everything together. This will look like this. In mushy oil transfer, the oil to an iron pan using an iron pan makes a huge difference in the quality of this hair oil. You can cover the pan with a lid and keep this in sunlight for one day that will enrich the minerals in the oil and the nutrients will get infused into this, and for the second and third day you can either continue keeping it in sunlight or keep It inside the house, after three days, you can transfer the oil to a clean, dry jar. If you want, you can filter it using a cheesecloth or a nutmeg cloth, but i do not filter it. The three seed mix will sediment at the bottom of the bottle and you can start using the hair oil from the top. The goodness of the seeds will keep getting infused into the hair oil. You can use this hair oil as your regular, everyday hair oil. You need to apply it at least two or three times a week for best results, apply it on your scalp and on the full length of your hair and let it rest for one hour and then wash it off with either shikakai or a good herbal shampoo. Imran Dada: Thank you mam for a good video. I wanted to ask you a couple of questions in regards your ingredients. Would it be at all possible to also include , fenugreek powder, cloves powder, mustard seed oil, castor oil and ginger. I have seen countless videos expressing how powerful these ingredients are. If it is possible, as they are all natural, to include in your great mixture could you suggest the quantities. Also if you are not able to put your iron pan outside can you heat the mixture up( how long on the cooker?) and then leave it in your house for an additional two days.
