In this video I am sharing my grandma's hair oil recipe for hair growth, for preventing hair loss and premature greying. It also delays greying of hair.
Ingredients - Henna leaves, gooseberries, curry leaves, aloe vera, fenugreek seeds. It is natural with no chemicals and will not do any harm to your hair.

Hello friends welcome to padu's kitchen. In today's video. We are going to make a magical hair oil that helps in hair growth, nourishes the hair, prevents hair fall and premature graying. Let'S get started, i have taken half cup of sesame seed oil sesame seed oil is rich in vitamin e b, complex and minerals that strengthens the hair and nourishes it. It improves blood circulation on the scalp, thereby it prevents hair fall. Half cup cold pressed coconut oil, coconut oil, moisturizes, dry, hair prevents hair fall. It'S a natural conditioner that helps to keep your hair. Soft and shiny. Half cup of curry leaves wash and dry the leaves well in the shade. I did it the previous day itself. It should be dry like this, curry leaves, can do wonders to your hair. It reduces hair, fall and thinning, prevents premature, graying of hair, half cup of fennel leaves it not only covers the gray, but also strengthens the root of your hair, makes it stronger and healthier wash the leaves and dry it well in the shade half cup of gooseberries Or amla remove the seeds and chop it and keep it aside. Amla is very beneficial in preventing premature grain. A teaspoon of fenugreek seeds. Fenugreek is well known as a home remedy for dandruff hair fall and itchy scalp aloe vera. Take a small aloe vera piece like this: remove the thorns from the sides and cut it into small pieces. Aloe vera is a very good conditioner for the hair. Let'S start to make the hair oil we are going to grind these four together. Without adding water in a mixie jar, add gooseberries, aloe vera, curry leaves henna, leaves blend it to a coarse paste without adding water. Our paste is ready heat, a kadai, see to it that there is no water in the kadai wipe it well. I am adding half cup of sesame seed oil. Half cup coconut oil oil is hot. Now i am adding a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds. The whole process should be done on medium low heat now, add the paste we prepared gently, keep stirring and cook on medium low heat, so keep stirring see how it is forming, keep cooking until the mixture turns black and oil separates, keep cooking on medium low heat. Otherwise it will get burnt. I have been using the same oil for years and i have never faced any problems like dandruff or hair fall. It is almost 25 minutes. The bubbling has reduced oil has separated, as you can see, the paste be added has changed to dark color, i'm turning off the heat. It took me 25 minutes to make this. You need a little patience to make this. If you keep it on high flame, the ingredients will not get cooked but will get burnt so cook on medium low heat leave it overnight. We will strain it tomorrow. This was soaking overnight. Now we will strain this using a soft cotton cloth shelf life for this oil is one year at room temperature. Our magical hair oil is ready when you want to use it warm the oil over a bowl of hot water, gently, massage your scalp. With this warm oil wash it off with a mild, shampoo or shigakai, you can check the video of my chemical free, homemade, shampoo click. It will reduce hair, fall, stimulate hair growth and also prevent premature grain. It will also delay graying of hair for this measurement.
