Hi guys welcome back to another video on my channel. This is anukriti here, so today's video is the most requested video by you all, i'm going to show you guys my secret amla oil recipe. Also, i'm going to share with you all few hair, oiling hacks to grow long hair faster, also to make them thick strong and healthy for a video magician. So don't forget to subscribe to my channel so without further ado. Let'S quickly jump into the video to make amla oil, you guys need few amla, which is also known as indian gooseberry. Up look nine year. 10 am after that cut them into small pieces and put them in the blender. After that add one cup of coconut oil and one cup of sesame oil, so that it will give you a nice thick paste, a cotton cloth put the paste in the cloth or scoff your arches strain cut so guys. This is how i make amla oil at home and in this amla oil, you guys can also add few other oils as well like mustard oil, castor oil, olive oil. Now, i'm going to show you guys the correct way to apply this oil for faster hair growth and less hair fall. First use a serum on your head to detangle your hair. Just next use a wide wooden tooth comb to detangle your hair easily specially. If you have wavy hair, like mine or curly hair, so guys wooden tooth comb, your body benefits they are gentle on hair. They keep your scalp healthy, also encourages hair growth, prevents tangles and breakage helps reduce dandruff and itchy. Scalp also removes dirt and foreign. It will definitely save your hair guys. Now. I'M gon na apply this oil on my hair and i'm gon na show you guys the correct way to apply it. First, i'm gon na take one pump on my palm and i'm going to warm it between my palms. Then i'm going to apply it on my scalp and going to massage with fingertips using a circular motion so guys use your fingertips, work it into your scalp. Thoroughly use circular motions to work. The oil into the roots of your hair upload is a heat picker, so guys. This is the correct way to apply oil on your hair because it will promote faster hair growth and also help to reduce hair fall. I would recommend you guys to oil your hair at night and wash it off the next day, because oiling also helps to improve the quality of sleep, calms your mind and helps to get rid of dandruff. This way, you guys will get the maximum benefits from oil. After that apply the oil left on your palms to your hair, very gently next up and can leave on overnight. I generally prefer to braid my hair and leave them overnight to get the maximum benefits of oils so guys amla oil has so many benefits for hair. It strengthens the scalp and hair. It also reduce premature pigment loss from hair or graying. It stimulate hair growth, reduce hair loss, prevent or treat dandruff and dry scalp. It also prevent or treat parasitic hair and scalp infections. Like lice infections, amla oil is rich in vitamin c vitamin e fatty acids and antioxidants, soft, shiny or voluminous. It also make your hair grow faster sesame oil. It also treats head lice, it also suits heat damaged and dry hair. It also prevent hair fall due to stress and prevents dandruff, so that's it for today's video guys.
