So, if you're growing your hair out for the first time, whether that be through choice or circumstance, there are several things you shouldn't do in today's video we're going to be looking at five things, you shouldn't do when growing your hair out. As always, if you enjoy your find this video helpful, a thumbs up is greatly appreciated subscribe. If you haven't already to keep up to date with the weekly videos and a huge shout out to today's video sponsor manscape towards the end of this video, there will be a segment on what products and services manscaped have to offer. So if that is of interest, be sure to stay tuned until then, the very first thing that you should not do when growing your hair out is assume it won't take long. Most people growing their hair out probably hit the first hurdle around three to four months of growing. Their hair out at this point, there's a slight realization that the whole process might take a little longer than initially expected. My personal advice is try to have a goal in mind. For example, my desired hair length was long enough to be able to tie all of my hair up, which we achieved very recently. Just having that goal in mind makes the whole process a lot less painful, because you have something to look forward to the second thing you shouldn't do when growing your hair out is too frequently cut your hair, so naturally, this is an incredibly obvious point. If you want to grow your hair, you shouldn't be cutting it, but if you've watched any of my hair videos, you know I'm a massive advocate for going in for those maintenance cuts. During the first year of hair growth, I suggest the maintenance cut every eight weeks or so, and that is literally just to neaten up around the ears and the neckline doing this results in a slightly less orchid stage. It makes hair easier to style and work with and also makes it look a little more presentable with that being said, I think there is a tendency for guys to go way too frequently for a maintenance cut. Hair grows at a rate of not 0.5 to one inch per month, so if you're going in every month for a maintenance cut, you're, probably going to be losing a lot of that progress. The third thing is not caring about your heads health, if you've always had shorter to medium length hair once your head does get longer, and you find that it goes dry having more hair, that's dry or oily or whatever your hair issue is, can make. You feel really de motivated in question: why you're even growing it out it doesn't have to be difficult or more time consuming in any way to care for your hair, some more. For example, an easy suggestion would be to shampoo les. This is something I get in. My DMS a lot so I do just want to quickly address it. I do think it's okay to shampoo daily if you have a oily to very oily scalp or if you exercise and do build up a lot of oil in your hair, but that's only under the condition. You'Re not using a shampoo, that's overly stripping. Drugstore shampoos tend to be overly stripping. You'Ll know this, because once you shampoo, your hair will feel very dry in the description down below I'll, be sure to link some of my favorite shampoos, which aren't overly stripping. The fourth thing is the entire opposite of what we last spoke about and that's caring too much growing. Your hair out is a process, so intentive lee, looking for any issues with your hair day to day is gon na burn. You out it's gon na make. You want to go back to having sure to her. My advice is to be responsive rather than preventative, say, for example, if you're experiencing dry hair, try shampooing less frequently or try applying a hair mask once or twice a week, rather than being completely worried about having to shampoo your hair or applying a hair mask every Single day, because you fear that your hair might become dry, but all in all, you want to just move toward a more realistic approach when growing your hair out. The fifth and final thing you should not do when growing your hair out is lose interest. If you've watched this video up until this point, the chances are, you are interested in how your hair looks as your hair grows out and you progress into those awkward stages. You might start to forget what that feeling is like and, as a result, you might want to just cut your hair and go back to having it shorter. Despite having that goal in mind of having like a certain hair style somewhere down the line, so it's really important. You find something that interests you with the current hair that you have, whether that be looking into new, shampoo and conditioners. Maybe a new way to pin your hair back or a new pomade slick, your hair, back whatever it is like try to find that thing that still keeps you interested. So those are the five things I suggest you should not do when growing your hair out again a massive thank you to manscape for sponsoring. Islam Bakli _ إسلام باكلي: Watching this while going bald, is like watching cooking shows while fasting.

Laura V: As a girl who shaved her head this year (not Covid-19 related!) these tips were exactly what I needed! Thank you for a well made, concise video.

Logan Rogers: You literally hit every issue or concern I had on the head. And made me fell better about this long journey I have started. I have done so many other hair styles. So it was time for this one before the ability gets to far away from me. Thanks man.

Szpadelek: I’ve started my journey with growing hair two weeks ago. I’ve cut all of them because I want to take picture of my face every day and create time-lapse afterwards, after I can tie my hair However, It’s not my first attempt. Awkward transitional period after 6 months of growing made me go back to my initial hairstyle and it was that...I hope I will last longer this try! Keep your fingers crossed

O: 1. Don't assume it won't take long. FIrst hurdle is like 3-4 months 2. Have a goal, it'll make it easier to get past 3-4 month hurdle 3. too many maintenance cuts 4. Dont shampoo too often 5. Dont care TOO much. daily concern of hair will burn you out 6. Don't give up. Stay interested in new styles as you progress.

Billy Ramirez: I grew my hair out during the pandemic and my now-former barber botched my first cut in 504 days. This video makes me feel better. I miss my long hair so much. Thanks, Luca!

Big Fluff: I’ve had a biz cut for a year and around a week ago I’ve decided that I’m growing my hair out long, wish me luck, I’ll update if needed

Fooooo: Shit. I'm watching this 3 times now since 2017 and everytime i watch this i was like "Okay time to motivate myself" and then cut my hair weeks later

Papa Billydeth: I’m a marine so I have to keep my hair short but once my enlistment is up, I intend to grow my hair out to my shoulders just to see what it’s like. Probably not going to keep it long for very long but it’s kind of a bucket list thing for me

BMO: “Don’t care too much about your hair” I’m guilty of this and it so glad you brought it up, there’s days I look at my hair and how it’s still in the awkward stage and think of just cutting it all off and giving up, but then I watch this and it gets me back up there

Kamizi Hamid: You really hit all those issues that I am facing now while growing my hair longer. Thanks for the tips.

Token RL: I’ve just hit a point where I can kind of put my hair in a bun/ponytail and it feels amazing, once you get to this point you get so much more motivated to keep growing it

Austin Rose: I started growing my hair out about a year ago today. It is supisingly slow but so rewarding. I started with short hair and have medium hair now. It reaches my chin when I pull it down all the way. Thank you for this video. It gives those out there that don't know much about growing hair advice on how to go about how it

VelvetMidnight: I’m as such an awkward stage hahah But I finally partially put all my hair back in a ponytail tail except most the sides and I got a comment on it by someone saying I look like a samauri which is exactly what I was going for it made me smile so much and completely come here to look again and see everything I can do to take care of it and she gave me confidence to care a lot again haha cuz the awkward stage was killing me

Abysrael Sathros: The one hairstyle i have never done is long hair so i descide to get out of my comfort zone and grow it out. I'm excited and feel this is going to be an interesting journey to find out how i like it and how long. Definitely not easy cause I live in a humid and hot climate, there are days i want to cut it but keep pushing through. I've found i prefer simply to use conditioner and no longer use shampoo anymore it works much better. I am glad i found this channel will be subbing.

GREENTEA Mania: tip: Don't dye it, especially if it requires bleaching I dyed my hair a while ago and wanted to grow it out, after the dye went away, the previously bleached hair is constantly dry and frizzy

25Robbo25: Just hit 8 months & hanging in there trying to get through the awkward stage!!

Horse: I’ve been trying to groe my hair out this summer due to lockdown. So far it has been nothing but disaster. No matter how much effort and sacrifice I put into my hair, it has been shedding like crazy and breaking into pieces. My mom also cut it too short earlier this year. At this point it looks like crap. I wanna shave it off . Very disappointed

No Name: Well, this year is probably the best time to try and grow my hair. I wouldn't be worried about the awkward stages since I wouldn't be going out that frequently anyway and if it gets uncomfortable I can just use a hat/cap/bonnet to keep it in place. I love the advice/tips you give about growing hairs. The awkward stages does indeed affect the motivation. Also, I don't if people experience this but the pressure from your surroundings can also affect that motivation. Like when people not used to seeing you have longer hair sort of discourage you in trying to do so, or when the weather gets too hot and that long hair can get really uncomfortable real fast.

Oscar Castillo: I had long hair for about 3 years. Shaved it last summer and now regrowing it again lol. I wasn’t planning on growing it out again for a few years but COVID decided for me to grow it out again. It takes me less than a year to fully have a man bun. My hair grows crazy fast

Michaela Jia: Im a girl and had long hair all my life. Recently i cut all of my hair off for a regrowth. This is really helpful xx

Papi Tropi: The awkward stages is where I keep my hair it's so much more fun and unique but I've had my hair grown out to almost 3ft before the exat length I cut off was 2'8 ft I stay at about 22 inches now and it's amazing

No No: the hair on the back of my head grow unevenly what do I do

Gainsalltheway: Guy : has Amazing hairstyle Guy: wears cap

Alejandro Bautista: When I was using mk-677 my hair grew like crazy. I didn’t take it for hair growth but it helped a lot in my hair growth journey

Tyler Echo: Year 2 - I started growing my hair out completely even, from basically a bald cap. The result, with how fine my hair is, is a F’ING MANE. I love it, take care of it decently well (as little as possible) and wash days are usually my bad hair days, (any ideas?) Thinking about folding and going in for a clip, get everything under control, to let it go another year or two without a cut.

Matej Vugriniček: I’m now at 10 months without cutting my hair and my tip so far is if you wear glasses as I do you can just tuck those side bits of hair that fall out of your bun etc. behind the glasses

brandoncotterell: Hey man, great video! I was wondering what you use specifically to keep your hair so fresh and moisturised. I only shampoo once a week and condition about twice a week and without fail my hair always ends up quite coarse and dry, i do happen to have quite thick hair and im way past the awkward length stage now but i have been feeling as of recent that the process hasn't been worth while. Thanks and again, great video

TraceguyRune: This "maintenance" cut thing is bothering me. If I walk into a salon, I have no idea what to tell them

jackson brazelton: I’ve been growing my hair for about 6 months just winging it. And this video was a huge help

OmarInSpanish: Ive been growing out my hair since November and i didnt really look at videos for advice when it comes to WHAT TO DO when growing out my hair but alas, this video taught me that im actually doing quite swell so far

Alain Kurniawan: Hey, Luca. I'm growing mine even though my hair is thin. Can you recommend for growing the hair, which is better to use between pomade and clay? Thanks again, Luca.

Dylan Schneider: I'm growing out my hair again after having an undercut (top knot)for almost 5yrs. And since the quarantine started I've been testing products and such to help hair grow and it's been fun I'm surprised because until now hair maintenance hasn't mattered to me.

Phoxatron: My hair's been growing out through 2020 because of the UK lockdown and also because I've never had long hair. I've got thick, wavy, heavy hair and it's now at the awkward can't style stage. In fact it's growing sideways at the moment haha. Probably because it sits above my ears even though the longest piece touches the tip of my nose. I'd like it to be shoulder length or even slightly longer because of the waves. I've thought about giving up a few times, but will persevere.

damiansbeans: I've been growing out curly hair from a shaved head since late 2018, and the front bits barely touch my shoulders. Definitely don't assume this is a quick process.

Gabriel Angelo Matundan Bautista: how to properly moisture the hair ?

GreyTheHunter: I'm in the middle stage where I'm questioning everything but I noticed we have the same face shape so that helps me be confident it'll be worth it!

X5L4Y3R5X: thanks a lot for this luca, i recently cut my hair and really regretted it. before the cut it was down to my bottom lip and now it is barely up to my nose. but this time after watching this video i will make sure i dont cut my hair untill it is atleast 18 inches. thanks for the video

AI is the future: I've been trying to grow my hair from size 1 buzz cut to about korean middle part length, but it has only grown about 0.25 inches in the past 2 month. My hair used to grow very fast when it first started, but now that it's a little longer, it grows very slowly. Any tips on increasing hair growth and can genetics play a factor into hair growing speed?

soa008: 1 year without cutting my hair , sadly my hair grow very slow , but i trust the process. I've come more than 10 times to go back to short hair but every time i watch that guy and i get motivated again. Thanks bro

Michael Ross: My last 'short' hair cut was Oct 2020. It's now Mar 2022. What started on a lark due to all the barbers being closed now has my hair reaching down to my shoulders. Unfortunately, it's too thin to really pull off any long hair look. Was thinking about cutting it but I'm going to try some natural strategies to thicken hair and if nothing works, I'll probably cut my locks.

Dr. Doctor: I shaved my head in December to let my hair grow through the entire year. My hair has grown fast but all of May I noticed alot of slowdown. I trimmed the back myself to prevent that mullet look and thats the only cut i have done since December. Should i do the maintenance cuts still?

Collin Brown: Next month will be one WHOLE year without cutting my hair! First time ever growing it out and man has it been awkward for me but exciting

Karel T: It really takes forever for hair to grow at the desired length. Starting from a buzzcut is even more painful, give yourself at least a full year before it looks like something cool. Yeah, one year of awkward stages.... So, don't buzzcut your hair just for fun if it doesn't fit you, or you'll regret it for a long time!!

Anthony Griffin: I really like wearing/ using headbands. This is my second time growing my hair out.1 year I think and this is my first time using headbands instead of constant hats and pathetic tiny man buns. The hairline has never thanked me more. I like your tip about maintenance cut. I know they’re important but also not taken seriously. It’s especially hard with quarantine AND people are afraid of “losing progress”. I need one and you reminded me. P.s don’t try to do your own, May do more harm than good .

Supdoode: Tip from someone who’s been on and off with long hair since middle school. don’t use hair ties that have rubber-bands inside them, they damaged your hair and don’t wear a bun/ponytail etc too tight or else it’ll start pulling your hairline hair and rip them out. It’ll grow back but it’ll take a while so wear it down when you can. It’s okay to wash everyday but try every other day and avoid getting the hair wet when not washing it cause it’ll cause dandruff and make your scalp itchy after you shower. Condition once or twice a week. Don’t sleep with wet hair! Comb/brush it before your sleep. Trust me this all so you can have health hair. Edit: don’t brush curly hair, it’ll cause breakage and your hair will be frizzy. Also don’t wash with hot water. Use a temp between cool & warm and once it reaches your shoulders start getting a trim every 3 months to trim split ends (if you have any and depends on your hair, how much you have and how fast it grows) but it’ll help your hair grow more healtier. A inch is fine. It’ll feel like a lot but it’ll grow back. (2nd edit, 11/19/2020) some people have told me they sleep with wet hair, everyone is different. I've asked some curly hair peeps how they care for their hair and i got multiple results. i'd say do research and definitely keep you hair moisturized since curly hair is naturally curly and look into a "leave in conditioner" and trim at least every 3 months to cut off any split ends and use "wide tooth" comb to detangle your hair. Using a "fine toothed" comb will prevent breakage, i have wavy hair and sometimes acts curly so it helps a lot since i have a ton of hair. i usually detangle after i shower and i apply a "garnier fructis style 'curl sculpt' conditioning cream gel and its meant for curly hair. i think this one benefit curly hair peeps! try this at the end of your end just to see how it reacts or on your wrist incase anyone is allergic, i wouldn't want anyone to lose, burn or something happen to their hair. It's a moisturizing conditioner, it'll leave you hair shiny and looking "wet" (not soaked). i also use "sleek and shine" its just used to prevent frizzing, its by the same brand.

Dallas: Great video, i don’t remember the last time i cut the top and back of my hair but i get a low tapper fade every 3-4 weeks because I’ll look like a caveman if i dont clean it up. I wondered if I should start over since it’s not really even, but ima stick it out and see how it looks. Appreciate your tips bro , im guilty of caring too much how my hair looks so that helped a lot.

Leo Joy: The thing is that your hair looks awesome whatever you do with your hair. You can put it all on one side, push it all back, tie it or just leave it untied, it still looks great. For me it sucks anyways. I haven't really taken care of my hair till now and I'm just starting. My hair is a bit wavy and the back looks ugly. Maybe it has something to do with me being overweight.

ThatOneGuy: i have brown hair and its really fluffy. I started out with an undercut it’s been roughly 7-8 months i keep the sides cut and there’s been a lot of times where it looks terrible down but my fix has just been to put it up and forget about it

🍿 time: I always wanted to grow my hair out. But when it reaches the awkward stage, I cut it. But this time I won't cut it. Thanks for those tips.

Raspberry Crumb's: I really wanna try having longer hair , my school always tells me to cut it , which leads to my mom forcing me to cut it really short , but I don't know how long quarantine will last but I'll take advantage of it while I can!

KiddFpv: Haha I ended up growing my hair out in accident. My barber quit his job and moved and I was too lazy to find a new one. I then procrastinated for months and once it got to the awkward stage/length I was too poor to spend money on a haircut (thanks covid). It got to the point where it started looks kinda cool and I got curious, now I like it and i can easily put it in a bun/ponytail

Nicky Hendriks: I literally did nothing with my hair for the last two years and I probably use shampoo only once a month or every other month as the hair gets really fuzzy after it dries. Now it's below my shoulder blades. I didn't set a goal, I was just like 'well, let's grow it until I think it's long enough or I'm sick of it'. Worked fine so far, hehe

Faraz Shahid: i haven't been to a barber in the past 9 months or so I guess. They've gone really rough and I'm legit contemplating whether I should keep growing my hair out or not. Any advice on what to do will be appreciated lol

Hyder Herrizuan: I’ve already gone through this Long hair growth journey and recently went for a shorter hairstyle. The feeling I had after cutting it made me feel hella free

Mayank Kapri: 3.28 that's what my hair seems like now, and I have to say it's really hard to manage hair at that time, I feel more difficulties bcoz my hair are silky , whenever I remove my hair band ,all hair falls down, it's really a bad feeling at this time, hoping this stage will go soon Hoping for good days

Shinido: Man, I cut my hair just because I was in an awkward stage my hair felt a burden to me that's why I gave up now I regret it.☹Don't give up guys

Shardz_Skies: Started growing my hair out about 3 months ago so far so good. Wish me luck

El Peluca: I've had long hair since I was 7 and all the stuff in this vid is perplexing. Really, you don't need all that, just grow it out, wash it every other day with whatever shampoo and get it trimmed every 2-3 years. If you get discouraged and feeling like cutting your hair, you don't really want long hair.

Vanz: I grew my hair out because I was afraid I was gonna be infected and infect my family. As my hair got long, my confidence were really high thinking that I could get a gf, although at the same time thought I looked feminine since my moustache is barely visible and I have no beard. So I look for help and that's how I found this video

david madeira: looking back at this video after my hair was around 7-8 inches of length after 8 months of hair growth, after that i got convinced by one of my close friends to cut it, i definitely regret and miss my hair length but im growing it back out

Haris Khan: I,ve been growing my hair for almost a year now, finally got to the length the i can tie them back but now I'm losing tons of hair. In shower, while brushing or even when running my hand through the hair. Sometimes i just wanna shave my head. Been trying a few new products, hopefully they'll work.

GraveMIST8K: Its been two months since I started growing, these tips were very helpful

Pageant Critics PH: I've been growing my hair for almost 6months and it's not that long yet, I think it would take a year and a month to achieve a longer hair like that.

Reza Razak: this is fantastic. im growing out my hair too in these tough times!

Coyote112 12: It’s been 6 months since I had a high and tight. Thought about going back to short hair multiple times but it is slowly getting there. Going back to contacts soon too.

Human Spida: I forget how long I've been growing my hair, something like a couple or 3 years I suppose as it's now reached a point where almost all my hair is a little below my shoulders, and my beard which is about 6 to 8 inches long when dry... Haven't bothered to have it styled while growing it out as it actually never looked bad which is convenient and at most I might have had 5 or 6 visits to the barber since starting. Before growing it, I either shaved my head or used clippers with no guard and am now waiting for my barbers to reopen so I can get both hair and beard trimmed up and lookin' good... The only problem now is - how to have it cut when the barbers reopen.

Mr Blue: Who else is only growing out their hair because no barbers are open

Albertsons: I found myself accidentally growing my hair out since all the barber shops where closed and it grew pretty damn quick

DBskillZ: When I was young I didn’t care for my hair , but as I get older I should be very thankful for my genetics!! I naturally grow a full , thick head of hair . I have to get a cut every 4 weeks because my hair grows so fast .

Perioax: My friend gets his hair trimmed every 2-4 weeks. I’m like how do you do that; I let the top of my hair grow out and cut it once a year and trim the sides like 3 times at most a year.

Steviemaster: i have been growing my hair out for 8,5 months at the point of writing this comment and i thank you for these tips. my hair gets really dry and now i know why... too much shampoo. i'll try less and see if it helps :P

Nicholas #51: Your hair looks fantastic! I am starting out with growing mine out

Cringey Diamond: As someone who has just decided to stop shaving my head bald, this video will be helpful as I do the exact opposite

Corey Reardon: I’ve been growing my hair since October and it’s still short but not as short as it was I’m also doing an under shave so I go in to the hair salon whenever it starts getting longer in the sides

dicklesticks: hey, so ive been growing my hair for around 6 months now, and its really curled up on the ends, how do i fix this without getting cut?

ImSoSneezy: I’ve always had long hair my whole life. Only a few times I cut it short and hated it. It’s just a natural good look for me can’t do anything else.

Lawrence Callen: Thank you for a well made, concise video.

joshua bjorklund: Trying to grow my hair out for dreads. Been growing about a year now. Gonna give it 6 more months then the time will come lol

Blake Nicholas: I always tried to get long hair when I was a kid, but my parents always got me to get it cut. Now I can try by myself.

Tharun Kumar: 8 months since I didn't cut my hair and quarantine helped me for caring my hair better.

Les Chroniques de Rick: I have curly hair (almost grizzy, you can see on my videos if you want) so the length is longer to achieve for me. Also, quite dry, and I often swim in the sea.. any advice?

Lionheart: Really disappointed cause I’ve been growing my hair out for probably around eight months and it was longer than it ever was before, but my barber was an idiot and cut it completely wrong to where I just had to shave it all off and start over.

Ghost: watching this made me want to grow my hair back out, but this time I'm doing it differently

Jetrowdy: You have the most contagious smile! This is the first time I’m ever growing out my hair... my last haircut was at the beginning of March. I hope to achieve long hair about shoulder length. Wish me luck! ❤️

goldfinger1970: I just cut my hair after growing it out. I realized long hair is just not me. It also widens my face. Yes I think it looks good on others, but I have so many cowlicks, my hair grows all different directions. Every time I’ve tried to grow my hair out, I always end up cutting it short again. I just don’t have the patience, nor want to take much time styling my hair. I never knew how to really style my hair anyways, and I can’t stand the feeling of much product in my hair.

ckc: Alright so I hate my hair currently and always have it short. I’ve tried growing it out but never really make it out of the awkward stage. Im gonna really go for it now and grow it out! I’ll update y’all if needed.

Ken Coakley: I'm 54 years old and have long hair. My hair was long throughout my childhood in the 70s when most boys had long hair. I had short hair in the very early 80s but discovered a love of Heavy Metal and inadvertently started a Heavy Metal gang in school so by our junior year we all had long hair so you are right that it takes time to grow. A friend, who is a hair stylist told me that hair grows half an inch per month. In 1989 my kind of Metal became stagnant and I was in love with a beautiful girl from California so I cut my hair. A few years ago I was thinking about how i missed the long hair so I tried growing it long again. In March of last year my best friend's mother died so I cut my hair for the memorial service it was butchered but it grew back.

Bianca: Theres stages in growing hair and i feel like the awkward stage is the hardest since it makes u wanna cut it

Steven Duque: It's my 2nd year of growing out my hair. I started from my picture that you can see. Now i can put my hair into a bun like its so cool. Just keep pushing. Just wait and have a ton of patience

KS Dann: Growing hair is very unique experience for Men , I remember those days when most women's were looking at my hair .

johnathan penczek: I think it helps that I haven't had a hair cut in 4 months before considering letting my hair grow out. Guess I'm past the first hurtle.

Nezumi: Theres really one thing you SHOULD do if growing your hair. Grow them. Forget that "maintenance" nonsense. I just stopped cutting hair and few months later boom, have them long. Now I am thinking about cutting some of it maybe because it got too long :D But if you want long hair - bloody let them grow.

KParks: I'm growing mine out for the first time ever it's about shoulder length, and other than shampoo and conditioner I'm not putting anything in it but it gets so tangled any tips on preventing this?

Ed Wells: It's safe to say there's a lot of information on your channel about hair, but do you have any advice on what to do with problem hair malfunctions like cowlicks? I have a right side clockwise cowlick and it makes styling and managing my hair a nightmare. I'd be thankful if you could offer a little professional advice.

Skippy Jones: I'm mtf and this is pretty helpful, thanks!

Fracklo: Me: I decided to grow out my hair for 1 year! Awkward stage: Allow us to introduce ourselves Quarantine: Allow us to introduce ourselves Online school: Allow us to introduce ourselves

JMTemplar25: Took me several times to find the right long hair style that fit me and my personality, and now I'm loving my hair, now I'm learning /looking for ways to braide it, mostly Norse/viking style.

Ricky Cardenas: Is it normal to see a lot of hair coming out in the shower? I keep seeing like at least 50-100 hairs coming out daily when I shower. I've read it's normal to be within that range but we have hair all over our bodies so idk if 50-100 from your scalp alone is normal. This happened to me another time before but then it stopped and now it's happening again...
