Hey y'all welcome back to another video, so today, i'm here with wet hair full of product, because today i'm going to be showing you guys this portable hair dryer, what's called a soft bonnet. I don't know it's from the brand golden hot. I got it um for 50 off during ulta's gorgeous hair event: oh jeez, so yeah. This is regular price 50 and i got it for 25 and i've always been wanting something like this, because i don't have like an actual hairdryer thing so yeah. This is like very portable. This is like a lot thinner than i thought it was going to be so yeah i'm going to handle it. It'S really cool, so i'm going to go ahead and use this. I'Ve used this like two three times. I'Ve used it like almost every week since i've gotten it because spoiler alert it drives my hair so fast. Usually it takes about 24 hours for my hair to dry when it's full of product um. With this it takes about an hour and a half to two hours, so yeah. Let'S do this because it's after midnight and yo girl got lines to learn and she does want to go to sleep okay. So let's do this, so i will say real, quick that this right here has this dial, where you could turn it on and off um, so they have cool low, medium and high um. Usually i switch off in between temperatures um, i'm trying to dry my hair. Really fast, so i'm gon na keep it on as high for as long as possible, if not i'll switch it between, like you, know, low medium, i usually don't do cool unless i feel like i'm about to pass out um, but usually i will stick to high And then, if i have to i'll switch to medium or low - and i want to show you guys the products i actually use in my hair today, um, i don't think products really like matter with this, because you're just drying your hair. But you know that's the case. People were curious uh, so i actually used four products. Of course i did deep conditioner, my hair, i forgot. Oh, i use a tgin honey hair mask, but i'm completely out of that and already threw it away um, but for leaving. I use a tgin miracle repair x, protective leave-in conditioner. Then i use the suave with natural shea butter and coconut oil curl defining cream. I already did a review on this, so you know if i remember to go ahead and look down the card. I will do that, but please don't i'm no i'm gon na. Do it now, i'm gon na do it and for a styler. I actually used two stylers, because this one right here, the camera rolls curl maker, actually was like struggling to get the rest of this out um. So i was able to cover this on majority of my hair, but the rest of my hair. I use the tgi and curl balm yeah curl balm, moisturizing styling gel i just kind of just like put like a layer on top of all of it. So hopefully we should be fine all right. So, as you can see, i'm just putting on the bonnet all right, it has a um drawstring right in the front, so you could tighten it tighten it. You know around the perimeters of your head, so it doesn't fly off like a roof, and i you know, of course this is the time to show y'all. You know when i started: i'm gon na show y'all when it ends, so i put it straight up on hot and, like i said, i put it on for as long as i possibly could, because i wanted to dry my hair as fast as possible and um. It does inflate after a while you're, actually going to see it and like the next clip how it like actually inflates, but during this time, is a time where i you know procrastinate go on social media, maybe youtube or i do what i actually am supposed to Be doing right now, which is reading this dang script um but yeah here i am me and miss minnie, just chill accident maxin just trying to get our hair dried. I should have gave her a bonnet too actually but anyways so, like i said i try to take it for as long as possible that hose actually does get really hot. So sometimes what i like to do i like to either do what i'm doing now, which is put my robe on and then just move it to the back. So it's not like really, you know, burning my front or back area and then sometimes i have to put a whole blanket on so um. You know it doesn't burn the back of my neck, which it low-key kind of did, but i kept turning it down to like low or medium or whatnot. So it was, it was i it was tolerable, it was tolerable, but you know, beauty is pain and boom. It'S like about an hour and a half, maybe an hour 45 minutes later girl. I don't know time math and boom. Look at it. We are done just detaching the hose. Take it off the bonnet. You see how it kind of like deflated. I mean not deflated inflated during the you know. What i mean and boom hair is nice and stuck to my head dry crispy with all the gel, but you know it's: okay, it is okay. We have to do what we have to do, but i'm going to just go to break the gel cast. You know the next day or whatever, and then here are my snappies and then i just go ahead and just pop two together and then i just put my hair up and i just go to sleep. Sometimes i put a bonnet on. Sometimes i don't. I sleep on satin pillowcases, so sometimes just like you know what i'm not about to bond this up so yeah, that's it okay! So it's like over 24 hours later after i dried my hair, but this is the result of my hair. I was gon na. Do something cute, i'm gon na do like a cool transition. You know with my hair all smushed up together and then me and you know cool transition, and i look like this um. No, i'm not i'm too lazy for that. I'M not lazy. It'S just that. I procrastinated so much that, like we ain't got time because you got like 500 other things to do so. Here we are, here is what my hair looks now um, i kind of try to break the gel cast. I really didn't do a good job on it, because i was like girl, let's just hurry up and do this um, but i do like the fact that i could dry my hair super quick and it's relatively somewhat comfortable. I mean that hose does get hot. That'S why i have to put my robe on um but yeah. My hair does look lopsided because for one, a that's how it has been cut ever since i finally did, i guess the big chop, and also too i just recently trimmed it. And at some point i was like screw it. I kind of went low-key crazy, so it might be worse than how it was before so yeah. This is it. This is the result of the golden hot soft bonnet.
