Welcome back everybody, today's video is all about the tips and tricks and how I grow. My hair overnight was guaranteed effects and results with at least six inches all the way up to two feet. So obviously there are a lot of information and remedies on hair growth, but I only show you the ones that are actually effective, you're wrong. So let's just jump right into it and the first home remedy is a do-it-yourself hair mask that is all organic and vegan. Let'S follow me into the kitchen, starting with the first key ingredient that is usda organic, vegan water. You can't use anything else so for this. Next, you want to get your organic vegan egg. Next key ingredient is obviously usda: organic, ligand, thick, cotton bacon. You see this meat right here, no boy! No, we don't want that because technically not vegan. Only the fat is vegan. We'Re going to cut the fat out and place it right in the blender, with our mask smells like real bacon. Next ingredient is the actual tea bag dump actual tea leaves because that's crap legit. You don't want that disgusting. Now you have tea bag think this is what has all of that awesome benefits for your hair and last one at least. We all know we need those vitamins from the actual vitamin put them right into your mask unless blendin baby up my hair is already so excited, so you see how nicely blended is that's exactly what you want. You want to over blend it just to make sure everything is extremely tiny, so we just all fit into the hair follicle for the magic happen. I'Ll put it on all right, so we're back from the kitchen, and I do want to mention that you should have a timer in hand, because the hair mask is only effective between 30 to 35 seconds, and you only have five seconds to wash it out of Your hair, because the hair will fall out if we take boards of ledge all right, let's jump into it, because we have plenty of time to do it. Mmm smells like vegan bacon. Oh, this is gross. I'M about to puke you guys, oh my god, I'm gon na puke, all right, let's go wash this out. I literally have five seconds I'll, see you later so home remedy number two is an organic vegan head massage the problem is everyone else. Does it wrong? Mine is the only effective, proper way to do it. So all you need, for this are two little pine branches. And yes, you can only use pine branches because it's the only tree, that's effective. The reason. Why is because pine branches actually have a sticky juicy substance that comes out of the branches and also releases endorphins into your hair follicles, when you massage your scalp so basically is stimulates. Hair growth, amazing, home remedy number is little ray. Is my organic vegan and do-it-yourself hair stretchers because it literally stretches out your hair and the only place you can do it is outside because that's where there is most room I'll, give you the very, very, very easy one watch closely home remedy number four is basically A very healthy, balanced, organic vegan green eating lifestyle habit. We tell them yes, that makes lots of sense. If you want amazing results with hair growth, you can only eat green veggies. You can't have fruits, you can't have leaves or grass it has to be green veggies to see the amazing results. If you do gag it's okay, just push through it. It'S worth it. I promise you it's worth it so. The last home remedy that I do are a couple of exercises to get me in this stressed free zone for my hair growth and yes, a source they have to be organic and again, oh, there was no resistance. Just stress came pouring out, hashtag stress free, so it is the next morning and I want to show you guys. The hair growth results that everyone should get if you do follow the procedures and the exact steps that I recommend. Oh, oh yeah. Here'S the results of my hair the next day, just a quick disclaimer, the hair does grow back only blonde you're. Welcome, hope you enjoyed, learn some educational tips and tricks how to grow. Rivkah Song: LOL This was hilarious! My favorite ridiculous hair growth tip I saw on a video was one that said to braid your hair every night so that it stretches the hair and tugs on the scalp. This tugging supposedly causes the hair to come out of your scalp quicker. She was all "When I heard this it just made so much sense to me so now I braid my hair every night." She was so serious too! I died laughing! She also recommended NEVER using shampoo! Just washing your hair with straight water. Ridiculous!

Fidgets Sailing: OMGOSH AND WOW!!! I didn't do all of the remedies, but I had an event I had to go to on Wed. So Tues morning I grabbed two pine branches. I had to wait a little while, but i was SUPER excited to see the effects. All day I alternated between using the branches and doing the Tarzan yell. A couple of my coworkers (who were just apparently in bad moods that day (they should eat more greens), complained to HR, but when I explained to the HR chickie what I was doing she said she was going to add to my file (YEA possible bonus!) and that it was indeed something that made me memorable. The next day - YES YES YES - I had 3 ft of hair growth!!!! Good thing too because now I can accentuate my arm pits and all the hair takes away from how big my arms are. GIIIIIIIIIIIRL people could not stop staring and I didn't even have to raise my arms to show it off. Bonus! I used the blue and green hair curlers that you showed in another vid to curl the hair. (great vid - so funny)
