My beautiful friends, how are you doing it's me me here today and today's video is going to be something very, very exciting. This video has been requested for years and finally, I'm here to dedicate a whole video on how to help your hair grow longer faster. I personally been growing out my hair for years now, and I've tried and tested so many different things, and today's video is actually going to be a really quick, really easy and simple tips that I've tried and tested and they're really do work, because I tried million Different things, most of them didn't work, but only a few simple things now that I can look back and see the whole progression. The whole process of me growing, my hair, I can really see which things really did work and made a difference. So, let's begin I specifically for this video didn't wear. My luck, see hair extensions, because I wanted to show you my hair in its natural state. I'M just gon na raise myself just a little bit, so you can see how long my hair is. I think it's about 17 inches right now. I just got a trim, so it's a bit shorter than it was, but it's honestly, the longest I've ever had my hair hallelujah. Finally, and I'm really happy with the length I'm gon na, keep growing it even longer and I'll be sharing with you all my experiences as I go along, but up to this day, tip number one that I can share with you. That, I think, is one of the most effective things that I've been doing from my hair in the last few years. To help grow, it faster is getting regular mini trims. I know this sounds a bit counterintuitive. However, getting regular mini trims doesn't really cut off too much of it here and I'm talking about not like every two three weeks, I'm talking about every two three months. So it's not that regular. So it's only maybe three four times a year and when you're cutting your hair, you don't want to cut a few inches depending on how damaged the answer. You want to go anywhere from half an inch to an inch whenever I'm in Toronto. I go to Toronto. Every few months - and I was just there so I got my trim just recently like a week ago, not even a week ago, it was just a few days ago. I go to my hairdresser and I literally tell her just cut maximum of an inch depending on how damaged my hair has gotten. Since the last time I've seen you, you can cut anywhere from half an inch to an inch, but not more. I know for a fact that a lot of my friends go to hairdressers and they tell them, you know, cut an inch and they caught inches or even more with my hairdresser. I know that I can really trust her, so I think it's important to establish your relationship with the hairdresser that you can trust and you can go through regularly again every two three months and when you go to them, you just tell them just trim. Just a little bit a tiny bit: this is how it actually works. So when you trim your hair you're here, actually things it's wounded, so it actually promotes hair growth and starts growing faster. That'S what doing it regularly will help you grow your hair faster, also what it does it keeps your ends. Looking healthier so you're here overall looks beautiful and healthy and longer all right tip number two, and this is probably going to be the only favorite tip, and I know that's something that I still work on is actually minimizing or avoiding all heat. This is really hard if you have frizzy crazy, hair like mine, so I still use heat. I blow-dried my hair. Almost every time I wash it. I also stopped using all flat irons I barely ever use. You know, hair straighteners curlers. I still use once in a while, because obviously I have this channel and I want to show you guys different things to do with your hair. However, in day to day I barely use curlers, I prefer to use you know, heat free ways to crawl. My hair and there's also different videos where I showed you guys how to create heat, free, curls and ways you want to avoid heat, because heat really drives the hair. When the hair is dry, it gets damaged and it starts splitting at the ends and what it does in the end is you're gon na have to cut your hair because it's damaged, and it's gon na prevent your hair from growing. If your hair is trade or if your hair is manageable without heat, I would definitely suggest trying to go a few months without he just really gone, there's no heat thing and really try to avoid it at all cost. Also, what I do is I avoid over washing my hair, and I would suggest you do the same, because over washing your hair strips you hear of natural oils, they're actually really beneficial for your hair and for the hair growth. So, like I said before, I can actually go 3-4 days, sometimes even a week. I know it sounds a bit gross, but with my hair its point the first few days, I can wear it down and then I just put it in different hair styles, and I know that my hair is getting the nourishment from the oils and it's actually good For it, and then I avoid the extra hot styling from it as well, so once in a while try to go a few days without washing your hair, it's really really good for you and definitely avoid washing in every single day. That'S probably the worst. You can do for your hair. Remember! Even if you hear a spine, you can go at least two days without washing you so the first day wear it down the second day, put in a braid or a ponytail or a bun, do something fun with it and then wash it on the third day. Now the next tip I want to talk to you about that will make your hair grow longer and healthier is hair supplements. There'S many hair supplements out there. I'M actually going to talk to you about just two that I know how work for me, the first one that I want to mention is he's in love butter, and this is something I mentioned before in a video, I'm gon na link it down below so check. It out, I use this hazelnut butter in my biotin hair shake it's pretty amazing that this hazelnut butter contains a high dosage of hair biotin. As many of you may know, biotin is very beneficial for hair growth. You can get it, of course, in a supplement form in a tablet, but personally I prefer to you know, get it from the source which is from vegetables or from knots that actually contain the biotin snow. You can either eat regular hazelnuts. You want to eat a handful of them to get the biotin or you can also buy hazelnut butter. This one actually contains. I can tell you here: 170 grams contain 156 percent of your daily intake. Obviously, you don't need that much so you're not going to eat the whole thing in a day, but what you can do is, I would say, one to two tablespoons a day of hazelnut butter will give you enough biotin that you need a day. So this is what I've been doing last year, actually used to eat it all the time, and I saw significant difference in my hair, not only the length but also the thickness of the hair. My hair got a lot thicker and healthier. I'Ve stopped it for a little while because, as you know with us humans, when you do something and it works you're like oh, I don't really need to do it anymore. So I feel like I'm starting to do this again and I'm starting to see the results again, because it's just amazing it's so easy, just included in your daily intake. So you can add it to your shakes or smoothies or you can just eat it, or what I used to do is also make pancakes with it. So yeah, that's one another two supplements that I would definitely recommend to help your hair grow longer and faster is ayran, and I have it here because without iron, your hair is going to be brittle. It'S going to be breaking it's just not gon na be healthy, especially if you're, vegan or vegetarian, and you don't get enough iron in your diet. You want to make sure you get some natural. This is a natural formula, actually get it in Canada, so I have to order it. When I go there. I haven't been able to find it here in the UK. But to be honest, I haven't really researched March, so I'm sure maybe it sold on some websites. So yeah this iron formula is very natural. It'S very good. It doesn't cause constipation, because a lot of iron supplements can cause that and it's been working really great for me in addition to iron, I also take folic acid. I don't have it with me because I finish the bottle and I don't have the bottle with me, but it pretty much. What folic acid is it's vitamin b9. You can get it as a whole group of the vitamins or you can also get it on its own, just go to a health, food store or Whole Foods, and you can get it there again. Folic acid is very beneficial for hair growth, just like iron or biotin. All of these supplements will help nourish your body from the inside, which will help your hair grow longer and faster. Now, before I finish, I want to just mention one last tip and it's drinking enough water. This is something that I mentioned in millions of my videos before, but personally, because I still struggle with drinking enough water. I want to mention in one more time for myself and for you just getting enough water in your diet will make you here. Look shiny will help your scalp be healthy and having a healthy scalp is what helps you here grow faster and longer so make sure you get enough water in your diet. Just remember: we are made of 70 % water so think about. If you don't get enough water you're dehydrated, your hair is gon na, be brittle and it's gon na break and it's gon na prevent you from being able to grow in hair longer and faster. In the meantime, what you can do is make the best of the hair. You have right now so really play around with it. Have fun, do some funky hairstyle side, braids, ponytails bonds? I show you so many different ways to style your hair, and I know you're gon na say well. You were a hair extensions, most of your videos. Yes, I do because it just looks more dramatic with hair extensions. However, if you still create all of this hair cells without the extensions you might just not get as dramatic of an effect also, of course, you can add clip in hair extensions. While you grow your hair, that's what I've been doing for years, and even now that I have one here, I still add clip in hair extensions, just because it's a fun way to have long hair instantly. The best part that it's safe to use - it's not damaging to your hair. You can clip it in your hair when you need it, clip it out of your hair, not have to worry about anything else. That'S really it for today, guys these are my tried and tested tips and tricks on how I grow. My hair definitely give them a try. Let me know how it works for you, I'd love to hear your feedback. Also, if you have any tips on growing your hair longer and faster, I would love to learn from you. Definitely leave me a comment share it down below I'm sure everyone would love to read it as well. Thank you so much for tuning in I love you guys and I'll see you soon, bye that I just actually just I just actually just just just act. Oh

annalaurakummer: I am IN LOVE with your videos! You're such a happy and motivating woman!

estahh: Mimi's Easy Tips 1. Get regular trims (1/2-1 inch) 2. Minimize or Avoid all heat 3. Avoid washing your hair everyday 4. Hair supplement (Hazelnut Butter/Iron/Folic Acid-Vitamin B) 5. Drinking Water

Jasmine Graham: I went 30 days without using any heat and my hair grew 1-2 inches longer! It works good

Cintia A. Morrow: Hi beautiful Mimi!!  For me, what really helps my hair grow healthier and shinier is combing it from the scalp to the ends (it has to be dry) every night before I go to bed. That gives a nice massage to the scalp and also helps to get rid of all the dust that gets in your hair during the day. I hope it helps!!

bik: I'm in no way disagreeing with this great video, but I thought I'd share some of my experience with the tips she has said. My hair is 36 inches, past my butt, very soft and naturally thin. I trim my hair once every six months and when I do it's barely an inch. Of course I have split ends, everybody does, but if you take care of your hair well you won't have too many to begin with. I also wash my hair everyday. My skin overproduces oil and sweat everywhere, so even when I did "train my hair" for five months only washing it every other day, it was still very oily and I reverted back to everyday wash. My hair is not dry, it's very silky and soft because I mosturize it very well. You can wash your hair everyday and still have beautiful, healthy hair. (Beware of Sulfates, though) Just thought I'd debunk these a bit :)

Salome B: Thank you for all your tips. I also find that a nice head massage with warm coconut oil once a week helps with hair growth! Trimming your hair doesn't really help in growth at all. Just makes the ends of your hair look neater. A small request: Your hair styling tutorials are all really really fantastic!! However, like you said, you do wear extensions for the purpose of your videos. Would it be possible for you to make tutorials without extensions sometime? I don't wear extensions, and i know many women personally who, like me, prefer doing styles on their natural hair. I know, yes, extensions do create length and thickness for your styles. But if you could maybe come up with a few styles with natural hair, that'd be really cool :) Thanks! Take care :)

Filippa Dalie: Thank you Mimi for your video! As well as longer and faster hair growth you've spoken about healthy hair also. One of my tips is to eat millet at least three times per week. Birds eat millet and their plumage is always perfect. It's natural and works well. ;-) Filippa

c: i love you so much, i love your hairstyling videos and ive been watching them for about a year now. i have gotten so much better at doing my hair and now i can do 3 strand fishtails, hair bows, 12 strand braids, and so much more. you've helped me so much, thank you so much. i think ive finally found something im good at. now, because of how good i have gotten with my hands, i want to be a surgeon. thanks you so much, it means a lot. I love you so much, and again thank you xxx

Alejandra Ramirez: Thank you for the tips! I would really love some tips on how to hydrate and nourish your hair. My hair is extremely dry. I've been trying to avoid heat (or if I use the straightener low heat setting) and wash it every two to three days (depending on my daily activities at work and home). Also, at one point I had curly hair and I used to flat iron it almost every weekend and sometimes throughout the week and now my hair is half wavy and half straight. Will I ever grow curly hair again?! Please help. Love your channel! XOXO

Courtney: Great suggestions. I'm trying to grow out my bangs. They're curly while the rest of my hair is straight (ugh.. always have been) so I've flat ironed them for years and now they're all broken off into bangs when I don't want bangs. Lol. I've been taking biotin, biosil (although I've stopped because it caused a cyst to grow on a joint in my hand... ugh) and I've been using Shea Moisture's 10-in-1 renewal system hair and scalp serum. I've also been pinning my bangs back to avoid the flat iron!

heylookitslita: Thank you Mimi for this video! Can you show us (curly/wavy haired girls like yourself) how to get straight/straighter hair like yours in this video w/o using heat? Or what do you do instead of using a flat iron? Thank you!!! =)

Waffle Luver: I've been struggling for longer and faster hair. Thank you for this video Mimi!! <3 :)

kapuskasing13: hi mimi, i love your videos and all the advice you give. however, i was really confused by what you said about hair trims 'shocking' your hair into growing faster. how is that possible if your hair is composed of dead cells that can't send messages to your follicles to encourage growth? i understand that scalp massages will stimulate more hair growth, but i don't see how trims can help increase the length- aside from the fact that getting rid of damaged ends prevents the hair from splitting up the hair shaft. anyways, i found this video had a lot of useful advice :)

Anita Sky: Great tips! I'd personally say it's important to deep condition your hair weekly with either a deep conditioning treatment or by just using coconut oil.

Soha Salem: Thanks for the tips. But I wanted to add another one. It worked for me amazingly. I comb my hair upside down for 4 min I repeat the process 3 or 4 times a week and most of the time I do it before shower using some natural hair oils that help growth I message the roots area . I use coconut oil, coaster oil and olive oil. It grew up my hair longer and healthier

Nadia: Hi Mimi, I've been watching your videos for such a long time now. And I've been loving every single video! :D  I have used a hair bomb (a color that rinses out with time, but can stain your hair) Do you know how I can get my natural hair color back? It's almost been a month and it's just a bit of it left, but I'm so sick of it, and I wondered if you could give me any tips! xx

Alicja: I love every one of your videos!!!! And I was waiting for this video for such a long time, thank you Mimi :)

Sin Summan: I love watching your videos! I have long hair and I have one tip: Massage. Massaging the scalp once a week is great it gets the blood flowing around the scalp and is great for new hair to grow and thicken! Try it Sin xxx

Haley Stacy: I've been taking Evening Primrose Oil for a few years and it works like a charm! I chopped my hair off about... Oh five years ago and my hair was growing SO slow. Two-three years later it was barely touching my shoulders. So I started drinking a lot of water and taking the Evening Primrose Oil and my hair grew SO FAST! I over-processed my hair so I had to get a few inches chopped off, but I stopped with most of the heat and my hair is to the middle of my back now. It's awesome, I would strongly recommend it!! xoxo

Dana: Another wonderful supplement to your diet to make your hair shiny and smoother would be fish oil. It can also make your skin less dry. Thank you for your tips!~Dana

Ebony J Hardiman: I've been trying to get my hair to grow for the longest time but it is staying a consistent length which I guess is better than it getting shorter lol great tips!

Avanii Thakur: Your videos are very helpful , and actually help, keep doing what you do <3

Luke Howel: I shaved my head last year, and I kept my hair short for most of last year. I started taking biotin a few months ago, and it's crazy how much faster my hair is growing now. The stuff actually does work very well.

Hairapy: can't wait until my hair is hip length!! ive been growing it out for 2 years already but ive mostly just had to cut off a lot of it because the ends are so damaged!! hopefully itll get there eventually!

Darcy Anne: Thanks Mimi. You have such great videos. Such an inspiration!!! I watch them all.

Jarah: I absolutely LOVE your videos :) Thank you so much for all your information! xxx

Trisyia: Mimi can u do a update video for how to grow your hair healthier?? I have hair loss and split ends. I tried trimming my ends last two weeks, it grow longer but i still had hair loss.Thank you Mimi!! Love you!!!

ajdene: Once the hair grows out of the scalp it is just a bunch of strains of dead cells of protein, much like your nails (in that case - plates of protein). There are no nerves or capillaries or any kind of living tissue in there for the end of your strand to signal your root to grow more hair: - That's why shaving doesn't make beards thicker, but what it does is it makes all the strands grow out from the same starting point, making the grown hair more even and thus looking thicker. It is the same with a haircut: when you have hair thinned out (from breakage due to small or big amounts of damage), getting a clean line cut will instantly make it seem more thick. But the thing is it already was, it was just appearing thin because the strands were all different lengths, with less longer ones towards the ends (contrary to the beard example, or a bob hairstyle, for example). - That's exactly why it is impossible to "cure" your damaged hair with masks and conditioning treatments. There are deep conditioning treatments like keratin ones, but those just make keratin proteins stick onto the outside of the strand, making it smoother and silkier, but this effect washes out after a certain amount of time, depending on how damaged your hair already is before treatment. Maybe I should open a YT channel and debunk all these crazy things like onion/cinnamon/mayo/honey masks and start making a buck man

LifeasJoulene: Helpful tips. Really need my hair to grow longer. I always cut more than an inch off my hair. After watching this, it helped me to know what I need to do to have longer hair.

Cacz06: I agree with all of that. I have been trying all of those tips and when I began washing and blow dry my own hair, drinking supplements and drinking those supplements plus zinc, I have seen the difference. Thanks Mimi

Alana Watson: I absolutely love your videos you are such an inspiring and uplifting woman x

Fany: Omg. I want my long hair back! I'm definitely going to use these tips!

thegirlwiththeplant: Ok great tips but your hair doesn't think it's wounded... there are no nerve endings in your hair. It doesn't know if it's short or long or freshly cut or whatever. Lol.

Nica Regine Jaucian: I agree with your suggestions. I personally do not wash my hair often since it makes my hair look dry and brittle. I also take Centrum instead of DIY Biotin shakes since Centrum contains biotin too (plus I also need some of its essential vitamins) . :D

ChikitaPassion: Thank you for your tips. :) I start grow my hair and your video is very helpful and ofcurs your hairstyles i love them! <3

Nelanuit: I love your videos so much. I'm in middle school and I'm always looking for cute and unique hairstyles to stand out from every other girl in school and your hair tutorials definitely help! Xoxo thx

Sabrina: The tips, especially the hazelnut butter one, were really good! :) But one is not correct, if you cut/trim your hair, it won´t grow faster! Hair is growing from the roots/scalp and if you just cut off a bit of your ends or many inches, it won´t affect the hair growth, because hair is dead material. But if you don´t cut your hair when you have split ends, then your hair is going to break and it will seem like it´s not growing, but it is! It´s just always breaking and the same length because of the split.

Aylin Ozer: Thank you!!! I heard about the inversion method though, but never tried it because I'm afraid that it might not work! Have you ever tried it before? And if so have you ever had any results (positive/negative)?

Julia G: I LOVE your hair tutorials. I am currently trying to grow my hair longer. I have started using Elvive oil on the end of my hair and it has really helped.

Dani Bowers: I have a question for anyone to answer: I wash my hair every 2-3 times a week because the natural oils are beneficial as stated in the video. But when my hair starts to get greasy at the roots I use dry shampoo. Does using dry shampoo that soaks up the oils defeat the purpose of not washing your hair every 3 or so days?

Alina Borodulia: Mimi, thank you for your tips!!! they are really helpful. thanks a lot!!

Sasha M: I love you but trimming your hair doesn't "make it think it's wounded" and cause it to grow faster. Hair is not a living thing, it is already dead so you can't wound it. By trimming the ends you can't communicate with the hair follicle causing more rapid growth...you can however prevent further damage with trims.

Tuktuktuk9: Mimi thank you so much for this amazing video <3 I'vee been looking forward so much for you doing that kind of video :)))) thank you<3

BarbiQued: Spinach (and kale) has the vitamins mentioned in the video, and personally I found eating organic eggs a few times a week has dramatically decreased my hair loss and increased hair production. I noticed this after 6 months.

Tii T: I'd recommend massaging your sculpt every now and then as well :) it helps with the blood circulation and well.. it feels nice as well <3 thank you for your tips mimi! :)

Shannon Collar: Thank you do much! I've been trying to grow my hair longer for so long!!! I've watched many videos like this but I know I can trust you

Paige Lewis I am: Long hair tick and tips 1. Trim hair 2. Avoid using heart and over washing your hair 3. hair supplements- eat hazelnut butter and/or iron (for biotin) or vitamin V9 4. Drinking enough water (healthy scalp and shiny hair)

Saloni Dhopte: Thanks for the tips. It'll definitely help. By the way, I just looooove your videos.

Aisha Ahmed: Coconut oil and Omega-3/Fish oil capsules are the BEST things you can use if you want longer hair my mom and grandmother swear by it and their hair is literally up to their hips. I'm too lazy to keep up with it and don't do it weekly or every other week but I'm telling you, put some coconut oil on a few hours before you shower then wash it off with shampoo && within a week you'll notice a change.

Sraboni Hossain: Mimi thank you so much for this super amazing video!!!I liked this video alot and its really good. From today i ill try to follow the tips that you gave in this video. Thanks again:-)

Anja: massaging your scalp also really helps. put a little oil (any hair oil or even just olive oil) on your hands and massage it into your scalp for 5 minutes with your head upside down. do that for a week every day then take a break for a few weeks, then repeat again. your hair will be really oily for that week, but bear with it (just put it in a bun or something), because it really works

sayounara1232: Also eat eggs and drink milk they are doing great things :) I have got calcium defiency recently so I been doing that everyday and they are hepling my hair as well as giving me calcium and I also did some research on eggs they like have all the vitamins in it and they also help reduce acne which I have a bit and it has reduced too as well as making my hair really healthy

Olja Duseckin: Mimi you should try using nettle tincture on your scalp! This made my hair grow like crazy.. Nettle tincture stimulates blood flow in the scalp. It's best to use it during the night, day before you wash your hair.

Elizabeth Hurtado: My name is Elizabeth from San Francisco, CA. I really love your YouTube channel. You have inspired me to make so many positive changes in my life I had to thank you. When I share the tips with my mom I tell her my friend Mimi said this or that she asked me once who you were and I told her you were my friend on YouTube and she said "really I thought you knew her personally" I said to her I wish I did because you are so awesome. I hope to hear from you soon. Best Regards Elizabeth

lauren marshall: Coconut oil is amazing for hair growth, i use mine once a week and I've already started to see a difference! it's also beneficial for the skin and body to!

Ilana Enoukiv: I've been following your videos for a pretty long time and have to thank you because you have become a huge inspiration to me, beautiful.

Butterfly: Mimi please make a make up tutorial on this look you always have the same make up look but it is gorgeaus!

Grace Casella: Mimi I have been watching your videos for a while now and I love them so much. I am also looking for ways to help my hair grow. I was wondering if you could post a video on how to do the Inversion Method and if it really works or not. I don't know if you have heard of it, but it has been floating around YouTube for a while now and I just don't know how to get my hair to grow. Thanks for posting videos on how to do hair. I can't tell you how many compliments I get when I do your styles.

Fiona Dove: I agree with everything in this video from personal experience. Especially getting vitamins from the source Rather than a pill. Most hair supplement pills I've tried made me feel nauseous. I also love coconut oil. I put it in the ends of my hair after I wash it or apply it heavily for 1hr as a mask before shampoo.

Fahima Kay: Your tips are really helpful thanks x

M: Thanks for sharing these great tips!!! I love your channel!

Roseangelie Figueroa: trims DO NOT make your hair grow faster! In 2015 I got trims every 2 months from February to October just to see if it worked but didn't.My hair stayed the same length until January 2016 that I did a hair mask with egg, honey and olive oil every month and last year my hair was 21 inches(curly/wavy)but is 24 inches(curly/wavy)!!!!! What it helped my hair grow faster was DEEP CONDITIONING with natural hair masks. So trims are just if u have split ends which is your hair giving itself a haircut which will make your hair grow slowly.I'm not a hairstlylist or an expert btw,I'm just a 12 year old giving advice

Taylor Dougherty: I just wanted to say, I bought a pair of your Luxy extensions months ago, and EVERY TIME I wear them, I get SO many compliments, and I feel guilty taking the compliment without saying, "It's actually extensions!" And then they are always shocked, and come check it out cause they can't believe it's not real. I just want to thank you ladies for them! I used to have the most amazing long hair, and I think because I have an iron deficiency, I broke off so much of it over a period of months. The extensions are giving me life again while I grow it back out! :) Love you, Mimi!

CandidGestures: Unfortunately I have typical South Asian hair that grows TOO fast! But these tips were really helpful.  Also, castor oil works WONDERS for hair growth and treating split ends!

L: Thanks for sharing the tips! :) Btw does anyone know how to add more volume to your hair?

Elena Corrado: Hi Mimi! I'm also from Toronto.  Is your hair dresser accepting new clients? And if so, which salon does she work at?  Thanks x

DaisyJohnson-SQ: I would highly recommend a tip given by Mimi in another video: do not always wear your hair in high and tight ponytails and bun because your roots would suffer a lot while in it. I used to wear my hair in a ponytail everytime I was at home, now I just use a clip or a very low and loose ponytail, and I make side braids when I have to go out with bad hair, and they have become so ticker and healthier! Second tip: if you have oily hair, try dry shampoo or rinsing it with just water between shampoos. I used to wash my hair every two days, last week I washed it on Monday, rinsed it on Wed and then washed it again just on Friday, with a very little bit of dry shampoo on the last morning.

Veronika Gudimenko: Great Video, Mimi:) Awesome tips:) Please do a video on proper salon etiquette. (how much to tip, how to find the best hairdresser for you, etc...)

Charu Shekhar: I'm trying to grow my hair back! It used to be pretty long. I'm making progress. I use a lot of good hair products. I recently started using hair oils by the brand Love, Beauty, and Planet. I absolutely love the rose and almond oil :)

Amy-Lee Angel: I just started watching your videos today and I HAD to subscribe.  Very informative and stunning girls.  There is one thing I wanted to share from my own personal experience.  I had hair down to my butt till I bleached it.  What a mistake.  You live and you learn.. haha.  My hair broke off.  Hair dye damaged my hair as well.  It became extremely dry and with split ends.  I cut my hair close to my scalp and started over.  Well, I don't dye my hair anymore and use a flat iron about once every 3 months.  I have to tell you that I haven't had any split ends, dryness, or damaged strands.  I also haven't trimmed my hair in 2 years.  Crazy, right?  What I am trying to say is, when your hair doesn't touch harsh chemicals, heat from irons and blow dryers, and be gentle with tangles (and of course you live a healthy lifestyle), you won't need frequent trims as much.  If you trim every 2 or 3 months, you are basically cutting off most or all of your new growth (average of 1 inch every 2 mo.)... which looks like your hair isn't growing as fast or at all.  The healthier your hair is and the more you stay away from harmful products, the less hair trims you will need and the longer your hair will be.  You will have hair down to your waist or butt before you know it.  I just wanted to share my positive hair experience because you said that was the longest you've had your hair.  Btw, high five to the no meat club!  Stay gorgeous :)

Jenny Wennerberg: I only use conditioner on my hair. When you only wash your hair with conditioner you can't use every product, and that kind of sucks but the hair feels so nice!

TheLettuceWedge: I find that using an oil on the hair and letting it marinate a while before a shower always works for me, plus there's a ton out there that its easy to find one that really works. I personally  like red oil, made for hair. Its got a plethora of oils that lather the hair in awesomeness :) Inversion method isn't so bad, helps with the blood flow to the follicles. Sulfate and paraben free shampoos and conditioners rock, or even just using a leave in after shampooing works great.

ziba sami: Mimi, PLEASE MAKE A VID FOR THE HAZELNUT BUTTER PANCAKES! I love pancakes (but hazelnuts r not exactly to my liking) so if u can, please make a video on it! Ily

____molly _: I love you're videos btw I know this is a hair channel but I'd be really interested to see some of you're favourite general beauty/hair products that are cruelty free? Animal testing is so unneeded

Emma Larj: How do you control and style your natural curly hair

sam&emm a: Okay I love your videos and they help so much I've probably watched all of them keep up the good work because you are amazing and Ilysm!!!❤️

Ali Giavanni: Thanks for these tips! I've been growing my hair for forever!!!! I've been using a brand of supplements called viviscal and it's been working wonders for me :)

Segev Malachi: Thank you! your videos are helping me so much!

Alex Ellis: is it okay for your hair to conditioner it in between washes ?? :)

bluejay: hair does not feel anything "it doesn't feel wounded and grows." Getting trims prevent further splitting of the hair. take care of the roots ladies and watch what you eat.

Emily Hansel: One thing that is amazing for hair is actually coconuts! I put it on my hair sometimes and it makes it shiny, thicker, and longer!

Tiani M: I used to put my hair up in a pony tail or a cute mwssy bun for couple days straight and when i wore it down i noticed that it grew about an inch or so (: Also i use the its a 10 leave in hair spray that detangles your hair, its really good for when you just finish taking a shower and you have to brush out your hair and you have those tangles, its really good i have very little to no tangles and thats actually good for when you brush out your hair. Hope this helps you lovely ladies out there (:

Honey Lea: I started taking regular pre-natal vitamins (as it suggested for all women of reproductive age) and I noticed a HUGE difference in not just my hair, but my eye lashes and fingernails!

Tina Herz: I just LOVE you! You are so real and so helpful! LOVE this video, I posted it on my FB timeline!

graduation18: love the video !!! just wanted to correct where she said vegans and vegetarians don't get enough iron in there diet bc they get more even more than some meat eaters. especially vegans or eat a lot of green and the dark greens like kale and spinach! they have a lot of iron . iron from animal products doesn't digest into the blood stream as good as plant based iron.

Asayel A.Zamkah: Thank you mimi for sure i will try them Plz mimi can u do hairstyle for natural wave curly hair ? .. i mean on your natural hair

Nacquata Bryson: So I have heard that fresh onion juice massaged in the scalp can promote shinier hair and faster hair growth. I am still in the research phase of this but what do you think?

Zoe: YAAS a new video!! You alway give out good tips!! Ilysm!!!!! <3 deserve way more followers.... Xxx

Jaspreet Sembhi: Thanks for this!! Could you do tutorials for when the top of your hair is greasy side braids wouldn't work for me bc the top of my head is limp so the only thing I can think of is a bun. What do you do that's still fun/cute?

Alexandra F: I don't know if you have tried this but I use castor oil for my hair and it's really working!!! It grows about 1 inches every month!!! My english sucks!! I iknow! I am from sweden, thats why:)

Bailey Smith: Well I have curly hair and I really want it straight so I used to straighten it about 4 or 5 times a week for 2 years. But I have stopped alot I probably only it straighten it about once a week and I am really proud because it is much healthier and growing a bit now! So now I braid it before I go to bed. So ladies I know it's hard but try and stop using the heat! You can do it!!!!!!! <3 Great video!

Brice_gamer_4.0: Thanks so much! This helped me so much and I'm trying not to use heat "as much" lol

Sam I: mim, PLEASE MAKE ANOTHER HEATLESS CURLS VIDEO!!!! LUV YA!

Mari Lopez: THANK YOU DANA FOR ALL YOUR TIPS :)

Carlie Cunningham: I have to wash my hair daily because even if I take a shower in the morning, my hair will be looking greasy by evening. Any suggestions?

Patrycja: Great video @Luxy Hair  But I think it's a little misleading to say that trimming your hair triggers it to grow faster - that's not true at all. What I notice with my own hair is that trimming it regularly evens out the ends and keeps them looking fuller and thicker - and my hair as it grows appears longer because of the blunt ends. The problem with avoiding regular trims for hair maintenance is you end up growing out hair that has split ends and breakage and looks thinner at the ends, and therefore not as healthy as it would had the ends been full and even. Then when you go for the cut, your hairdresser will obviously suggest 2-3 inches off to achieve those healthy even ends you could have had all along. :)

Sivan Elkabes: Great tips❤️ thank you !!!

ErikaErica Howard: I highly recommend  argan rain natural shampoo  as part of any hair growth/hair thinning treatment. I've noticed substantial hair thickening/growth in only 2 weeks. Be patient and stick with it over the long haul!

Charlotte Allen: I have reasonably long hair, but the split ends are EVERYWHERE. Any tips? X
