If you took your before and after pictures and you have a facebook account, you have an Instagram account and youtube account post. Those inspiring before and after pictures for all of your friends for all of your family head fall in the whole world to see all right show them show them don't be afraid to show them, don't be afraid to show them all that you have accomplished.
