In this summer hair tutorial for medium long hair I'll show you how to create a cute and trendy waterfall braided bun. It's a hairdo suitable for shorter medium length (shoulder length) hair as well as for long hair. You can wear it everyday to complete your casual glam look (to school, college, university, work, for meeting friends and going out clubbing) as well as for formal events and special occasions (wedding party, as a wedding guest, bride, bridesmaid, for prom, homecoming, graduation).

Hi guys, if you follow me on instagram, you should have already see be wearing this hairstyle. In fact, many of you requested me to make a video on how I do it and that's what I'm going to do in this tutorial. I'M going to start from sectioning the hair for my braids for the convenience of style and I'm going to secure the remaining hair into a high ponytail using the loose hair. I'M going to create my braids. You can part your hair on one side, creating a deep side parting or grab the hair that lies right above your ear this. What I'm going to do today. I divide the section in three tiny strands and start create a regular French braid as it. So I cross the outer strands over the middle one. I do it two times and then I start adding extra hair from the sides to the middle of strand. I cross and I add I cross and I add, and now I'm going to introduce one additional step. I'M going to release the further strand and replace it with a new strand of hair. Please I pick right next to it. I bring this new strand over the middle one. I bring the right strand in the middle and add some loose hair to the middle strand. So nothing changes from the right, but on the left side I release the leftmost strand to the further strand and replace it with the new strands of hair that I bring in the middle I cross. I add I release I pick anti cross. I cross and I add I release I replace and I cross and so on. I cross and I add I replace and I cross I'm going to incorporate all the loose hair into my braid and then secure my hair with a tiny, clear elastic band. Now I'm going to direct all the loose strands tour with my ponytail, I'm going to remove the elastic band and create a single messy bun. I braid my hair through the elastic band to create a loop. I twist the elastic band direct the ends to the front to create another loop, secure my hair with an elastic band and bring the ends one more time through the elastic band to create the last tiny loop. Now, I'm going to stretch each individual loop, bring it to the front and secure in place with bobby pins. Now this hairstyle is complete.
