Twist & Curl Tutorial Short/Medium Hair Heat Less Curls

Hey guys it's michelle piers here and today i'm going to be showing you how to do a twist and curl on your natural hair. I am starting off on freshly washed and conditioned hair. I let my hair air dry and now i'm going to begin to section small sections of my hair all in twist. Today'S products of choice that i will be using is cream of nature argan oil product line, as well as beautiful textures. In order to help me achieve a nice clean look, I need to make sure I have my hair sectioned off from the hair that I'm not using, so I'm going to be putting my hair and a big poof. While I work on a small section so taking my small section of hair, I'm going to comb this section out with a Y tooth comb and apply my beautiful textures product and I'm going to make sure that I work this product all the way into my hair. All the way, through the ends and begin to two strand twist, my hair, once I get to the end of my twist, I begin to finger coil the end to make sure that the twist is locked in place. Now I'm going to continue to twist my hair throughout my whole into our head using the same exact process. So now I'm on my very last twist, as you guys can see, I have actually rolled my hair too. So I'm going to show you how I did that I'm still going to do my same exact twist two strand twist, all the way to the end of my hair - and I am just going to take one of my skinny perm rod, rollers and wrap the end Of my hair around the roller and in a circular motion twist the rod up and secure it in place. Now this is the finished product after you have twisted and rolled all of your hair. Now you can tie your hair up and go to sleep with all these rollers. That'S the painful part and now you're all ready for bed. So here's the next day and I am taking out all of your rollers in the twist. So when I'm taking out the rollers, I am just unraveling it the way that I rolled it, I'm twisting the twists be sure to use some type of oil or product as you're on twisting your twists in lowers just so. You won't get as much frizz. My hair always frizzes anyway, but it helps minimize the fruit. As you can see, my hair is very defined from my twist in curl from using my products from beautiful textures in our cream of major argan oil. Now I'm going to just separate each one of my twists and by doing this, I'm going to separate the twists and wrap the twists around my finger to minimize frizz. Now I'm just spraying on some of my argan oil anti frizz spray to help give my hair some shine and help prevent the frizz you now I'm going to take my handy dandy, pic and begin to fluff out my hair to my desired shape. Since my hair was freshly washed and air dried, I still have a little bit of string kitch, so I'm not hair is going to kind of be a little bit more packed in. So I'm going to try to pick it out as much as possible without having too much frizz. Now, I'm going to begin to kind of shape my hair and style. My hair, I usually like to do a side part in my hair, but you can't really tell because inhere just kind of has a mind of its own, but this is the finished result.
