ABOUT THE L.O.C. METHOD:
The L.O.C. method is a popular layering technique in the natural hair community, that for many, is a guide of what types of products to use to retain moisture, one of the more challenging parts of figuring out your natural hair.
The idea is that by layering oil, then a heavier, sealing cream after your leave-in conditioner, you will get more days of moisturized hair, which should prevent you from re-wetting and setting daily. The trick to this actually working is you have to use products that have both penetrating, or low molecular weight ingredients, and sealing ingredients that stay attached to the hair to trap the penetrating ingredients.

Buzzer buzz looks back up at Borgata back. I got my car so jumping right into this tutorial. I started this out on freshly washed hair, as I do for most of my style. I section my hair in half and I find my sectioning my hair in two halves in the front. Helping could be able to do this election. I'M using Shea moistures jamaican black, castor oil since then grow and restore leave-in conditioner, and I really like this women, because I feel a condition of my curls without leaving a greasy residue and make sure to work in all your products very well. I like using a wife you comb just to help, ensure that I've worked in the product is one the still in the moisture, I'm using Jamaican, maple and Jamaican black castor oil with coconut I've been using. This oil inside is a big trap and I love olive oil from the company. Actually, it may work now: music, design, essentials, coconut and monoi heat moisture most play, and I really like this cream because of its consistency, it's thick, but not too thick and it doesn't leave a white residue in my hair. I now I'm starting to part my hair from my perm rock and I'm going to part about an intersection and then I'm going to clip the rest of my hair out of the West. Lastly, I'm using the design essentials pearl farming testers to help with the style of hold. The key to a successful perm rod out is to make sure that your hair is very smooth on the curler and smooth in general. Here'S the first throw of my hair on the perm rod and here's the second row and because I really want you to understand my method of how I put my hair on the perm rod, I'm going to show you how I can in several more time you Really want to make sure the end of your hair is snug on the roller, and sometimes I will twist the rod up a few times just ensure that my hair is firmly on the roller. Then I won the curler upwards to my roots and I used my pointer finger with my free hand to anchor the rock up, and then I secure the roller and here's a completed back section now to the front section. I part my hair and Institue different parts as a guide for how I will apply the rock and my hair dried. So I will refresh it with my mission: don't forget your hands because they need a lot of moisture. Now I'm going to apply other products and in this section for extra moisture, hold and softness, I use a lock method and I'll put more about this method in the description box below make sure to really work in the product, so that they're of a benefit to Your hair back towards the last section I applied the custard and now I'm going to apply the perm rods in my hair. Here'S how my hair looks. After all, the cameras have been applied, I'm going to leave the perm rest in overnight and I'll sleep on a satin pillowcase, it's the next day and I'm wearing my no heat, no problem shirt from the POC brand. My hair has dry completely and all of the rods have faded. Just take the rods out. I start in the back and take them out in the spiral motion this way the curls aren't. Here'S on my hair, look after all the wrapped up and taken out in my hair feels amazing. My hair has definitely grown in the past few months and I'll be doing a live chat. Video for you soon now, I'm going to separate the curls for extra volume and I like to use a clamp just help me stay organized I like to separate my curls four to five times it was separating the curls and make sure that I'm very gentle in Our wrap my hair around my fingers to help keep the curl intact. There are the separated curls to make you so soft. Now to continue separating the rest of myself, I like to make sure that our separate the curls a lot just to get that mega value. Once I've separated the curls a good amount, I picked my roots for extra volume, but only the roots, because you don't want to ruin your curls once I picked my roots, I flipped my hair and I also shaped the curls so that they frame my face and Here'S how my hair looks in the back in the air time. My hair looks in the front, like I said, I'll, separate, more curls if necessary. Overall, I love my result.

I'm transitioning because my last relaxer gave me a severe scalp burn and secondary infection AND allergic reaction that lasted 6 weeks with a simultaneous 8 weeks of antibiotics and steroids.
