How I cut my wolf cut:

https://youtu.be/shTB_JxD1w4

Hi guys so today, i'm gon na be showing you guys, two different ways to style your wolf cut or your shag. I did cut my hair about like a month ago, so it has grown out quite a bit. My hair grows really fast feels more of like a soft shag right now, so the first one is a little bit like curly messy wavy, a bit more on the classic shag look and the other one is the salon blowout without the blowout and we're only going To be using a hair straightener today, any hair straightener works. I'Ve got a lot of question on this one. My dad bought this for me as a teenager, and i still have it to this day: um still going strong, there's no label on it whatsoever. So i have no idea where it's from, but honestly any hair straightener works and i'm just gon na divide. My hair into this and the first look we're gon na be doing. Is the salon blowout look? So what you just want to do is just detangle your hair. Now, as you guys can see, i do already have like a slight bend to them, because i styled it like that a couple of days ago and that's what's left, but now we're gon na redo. It and refreshing it up, so if you don't have smooth hair or if it's like a little bit, frizzy go through it once so that you get this smooth finish and then you are just gon na be straightening, it ish and then at the end you want To kind of bend it so that you get one of those and now you just continue so smooth it out, first cool it a little bit and then you just bend and there we go. So this is a couple of days, and this is when it's freshly done. I guess, if you have shorter hair, this will actually look even better because you kind of get like the volume from having a little bit shorter hair. I feel like my hair is a little bit heavy, so it's kind of like and now we're going to do that on the other side, and i can already tell you right now that one side is going to look a little bit better than the other one, Because i'm not a pro and my hand, movements are not that precise, but you know what practice makes you. Oh, that looks kind of funny, but practice makes perfect and um. Eventually, you will find the right bend for you. So this is the first section done boom section it off once again and then now, i'm just gon na put my hair that i've already done in the back and then work with this section. Now, if you have everything in the same length, obviously you don't really have to section your hair because everything bends in one, but because you have layers because you got your wolf cut or your shag hair cut. You want to section it off and create like dimension in your hair and when you are styling, you want to bend it inwards towards your face like that and not like this. If that makes sense, because when you do that, you get a curl instead and that's pretty too, but that's not what we're trying to achieve that's annoying. So this is how it looks like at the moment trust the process. Okay. So i hope that you're watching this video, because you're excited about your haircut and that you just want to know how to style it and not like oh, i hate my hair. Now i need to style it some way there we go. I feel, like i get immediate volume. My hair looks way thicker than it is because it honestly is just like a little wrap now the top section is a little bit, i wouldn't say tricky, but you have to think a little bit different here. So, instead of just like bending it inwards, i mean you can do that it i mean you can get great results as well, but because they're so short, if you bend it inwards, you can kind of look like a mushroom, so i suggest you guys do this. So you're just going to smoothen it out first and then you do the same thing you bend, but instead of just going downwards, you go um backwards so that you get kind of like a swoop. So you have the under part that is going inwards, and then you have that part going outward, so it just kind of creates a little bit different textures, and i just i just love it that way. Now, if you guys are asking, why don't you just do a salon blowout, and that is because i am lazy and then same thing with the top part. So what you want to do is you just bend it inwards, but then you travel backwards so that you get a swoop, because my hair is a little bit dirty right now it looks kind of flat. But when i do this after i blow dry, my hair, it looks beautiful, so there is that swoop right there. So this is how it looks like i absolutely love it, because it's still straight, it's still simple. It'S still classy, but it's not boring. You know it's not just pin straight hair, so yeah. This is the first look all right so now that we are done with the first look: let's go ahead and destroy my hair for the second look part your hair as per usual, so, like i said before, when you go outwards like this, with your straightener, that's Going to create a wave and that's what we're going to be doing so just place your hair here and just and then release at the end. So with this one we curled it outwards, and now we want to curl the next section inwards. So the curls kind of bounce off of each other and not create one big curl. If that makes sense so now you want to go like this and turn it towards your face and then leave the ends: yeah. Okay, that will work so because this style is a little bit messy. You don't have to create perfect curls. You want it to be messy effortless, even though it's a lot of effort, i'm so used to wanting to making the curls perfect that sometimes making them imperfect, is even harder and release at the end, so that you get kind of like a um straight and look. But it's not straight, but it's just you don't want it to be bouncy at the end. I know it looks a little bit spidery, but trust the what the process yes keep going and i'm just gon na repeat all of the things that i have said and if you want more volume, take smaller sections and if you want no volume, i guess take Bigger sections - and i feel like by the face you always want to go - outwards just to um kind of open up your face, your bright, beautiful face because my bangs have grown out now. I think i'm gon na do like curly bangs. I like that. I'M gon na do that, so this is how it looks like at the moment it looks a little bit wavy a little bit messy or whatever, but it even looks better the next day because it just looks like you've slept in it and it just looks better. I feel like curls in general, just looks better the day after, but let me show you guys how i do a curly or wavy bang, so i'm just gon na do the same thing and curl it in small, small sections. Oh no! No! No! There we go, sometimes you just have to kind of like lead your hair, so just doing like that helps a lot that looks crazy, but trust the process trust the process. You can't really go wrong with this hairstyle because i feel like it's supposed to be messy. So, even when you mess up it's kind of like better, i feel like selena gomez in her feel so feel so feel so good to dance again. It looks a little. It looks a little bit weird, so just play with it until you find your shape. So i kind of gave up on the concept of having like a full bang like that, but i feel like this is kind of cute too. This is the wolf cut. Why is it so yeah? Okay, you guys, can see my hair a little bit better now. So this is the messier look, and i love this too. I don't wear it as often as the other one, but you know i love it, and it just gives you way more volume, because you have layers now they have grown out a bit. It was even poofier before, but i feel like this is really nice. If you guys don't want this curly bang situation and you guys just want like a normal swoop, then you guys can do this. So what you want to do is you want to bend it lightly. This is going to be interesting because i had curls before all right. It'S a little bit harder now that my hair is a little bit curled, so you get more of a swoop and the style automatically looks a little bit more clean. Now, with the bangs i feel like it looks more like a wolf cut, but without the bangs i feel like it looks kind of just like layers. It looks like layers a soft shag haircut. I guess i feel, like my hair is screaming at me to stop so i'm gon na stop and end this video right here. I hope you guys found this video helpful if you guys have any questions comment down below. I respond to every single comment and don't forget to subscribe, and hopefully i will see you next. Video bye, guys
