I'M excited to show you this next video I carry is a friend of mine and actually her husband's work together, it's kind of fun, but she was sick of her long hair and wanted to change, and just she can't go too short, because she had some curl And so anyway, you guys just keep stay tuned and watch the cut. It ends up being really cute a great length, not the awkward length, but not the long, long length and not too short for it to go poofy with her curls so and we did kind of a side bang on her anyway. I read on it for boys and girls hairstyles today I am not carry with me and we are going to give her a change. I'M really excited, as you can see, I'm going to turn her around. She has really thick hair. You guys and she just wants a change. It'S hard like when you have long hair to really want to do it a lot, because it's heavy it's long and you just feel like it's not in a style, so we were gon na stop her up today. I'M really excited now when Carrie is cutting her hair before she said. If she cuts it up, then she doesn't have the weight on her hair. So it goes poofy because she has some curl, so she doesn't like a ton of like short pouf out here right. So I'm really excited to show you guys that if we take it to about here, that's gon na give it enough weight on the hair that it's gon na help, pull it down nice and not go so poofy, but yet give her a change and then I'll Show you what we're gon na do in the front when we get ready? Okay, because she has thick hair, we are going to come from the top of the ear over okay, go ahead and put your head down, so just let them put their head down. Now. Remember once you cut this: if they have crew, it's gon na shrink a little bit and come up. You can see that curl there, so I'm just going to hold this down and we're going to come to about here. Okay, so there it is Kerry, doesn't have to blow dry up anyway and then I'm just going to hold that down again with my comb. Now don't get a ton of pressure like don't push it like way way down, because when you let go, that's going to shrink up, so you bring it down and then kind of let it loose, I'm just holding the hair with my comb. If that makes sense. Okay same thing: here it will do the sides in a minute, so I'm just holding the back down. Okay, I always check to make sure everything is even okay. Now we are going to take another little section. Have her put her head down? Okay, you guys. Can you see that that is a guide point underneath and you just follow that straight along there? Okay, now I'm gon na pull this down on this side. Again, I kind of loosen that up, so it just goes right, um, where the other is the other length. Okay, you know, okay, this is already making me so this, so they can. You feel better start a little wider, alright, so same thing, just follow that guide point hey there! We go alright. So now we have that link now that we're going to do is lift their head and then we're gon na kind of tilt it to the side, okay and then make sure their chin is not there just make sure it's even okay. You don't want it down. If it's down when they lift their head, you've cut it so they're gon na lift and it's gon na be short so make sure it's even just like carries right here. Okay, so now you can see that shorter, but it's not so short. It'S gon na cause a ton of pouf. We are going to give her some layers just so it's not so you can take some of the the heaviness off of it a little bit, but not a ten that we're not gon na do like as they're iam layers up there right. We just want it. Um some layers in there to give it some movement, so she doesn't have all of the bulkiness around. You know the the bottom area case, I'm just taking that OOP, don't check, you can double check in the mirror or when you feel you can fill if it's even okay. Okay, so that's feeling really good all right now, all right or you think, about and and before you cut, that you can always double-check, like kind of drop your fingers and see where that hair is gon na fall. Okay, then, you can just kind of point cut into that point. Cutting it just adds a little bit of movement just so everything is not an exact straight right and you see that that's falling down. That'S the length of the hair, so you're not touching the length of the hair back here, I'm so glad Kerry. She have no idea, she doesn't no idea, she was gon na be videotaped. She just says you want. I want to change I'm sick of it being long, and so, when we start talking through it and stuff, I'm like Kate, this is gon na, be such a cute cut. I really want people to see it and be able to have a good change also for long hair. Just because sometimes I feel like you get in a rut, or you know and like with layers and lengths up like this, it's gon na be easier to curl. If you know people out there like like, if you want to curl it, it's a lot easier to deal with and can handle down the length now you can see I'm pulling back on this later. Okay, okay, then I'm gon na come on this side grab. Some more hair, the best sound, I loved the sound of like scissors. When I was like younger. Like that's weird, I guess that's why I'm okay same thing, so I'm going to take this side and remember the other side. I held that back so just hold that back. Okay, so see how how that gives us some layers throughout, but not like layers clear up into here and you can. You can go shorter layers, absolutely if you're wanting less bulk back there and heaviness. You sure can now this I'm going to angle up, I'm so excited to show you the front. That'S gon na be fun. A lot of us have a hair line like this. Okay. This is really good to have a vein to help cover that, especially like what she said. She'S like make sure I have enough bang there cuz see if you don't have enough bang and you pull that up, see that showing that's fun. She doesn't want that to show, so we are going to do a thicker Bain so when she pulls it up, she's gon na have enough bang down there to cover that. So that's this is such a good haircut. Okay. So I just kind of like to loosen it, because if you bring that up when you drive it, you're gon na see about where or you're gon na start that thing so we're gon na start it around there and of course, I'm gon na like comb. That forward, because we want a thicker bang. Okay, now I'm going to continue to go down the side. Okay, so I just want layers around her face. That'S gon na soften it, so it doesn't feel like it's heavy, especially if you do have thick hair. I'M gon na all hanging down here. It'S really good to have some movement through this area. Okay and I'm sure we might go a little shorter over here, but we're gon na die first to see and then just kind of match it up over here for her sides, so yeah her husband and my husband work together kind of fun, they're knuckleheads, oh well. Thank you laughing and again you guys after you, dry, you're, really gon na be able to see how the hair lays and we can do a lot of cutting after that awesome, okay, so new, so I you want to see where that that sparse place is then You'Re going to take a section - and this is what I like to do - for a swooping that needs more more vein, but not anyway, a thicker baby. Okay, I'm gon na hold this up and then I'm gon na start in on this, and there goes my belly again. Okay, so it takes that book out, see that so when I dry it, it's not layered back here, but it's layered through her bank. So it makes it a little thicker, so that's how you get a thicker mane and we can even do like. I say once I dry it we're gon na see. We might even want to go a link shorter through that area. Better. I don't want to go too short, so we're gon na do that. First, okay, when you hold that Europe, you are going to see where there's weight, see that lady through that area, I'm gon na come with my texturizing shears and I just kind of go up. The hair strand like this, that's gon na lighten and taking out all that take out all this hair. So it's gon na lift a little easier through this, because my belly, like you guys, can you seriously probably compared on the video you not even away so I had cereal this morning. It didn't stay with me. I guess I don't know okay, so when, when you're doing this, you guys don't go by any parts or your hairline, you don't want to do this by parts or hair grades. So you can see the part here, but I'm underneath here does that make sense. So you can still get on that side. You just don't want to go right by that part, okay and then so I've, given it some texture through here, so we'll give it some movement and then, through this bottom, I like to come and texture this a little just to take a little bit of that Bulk out, okay and then we are going to dry it. Now I'm going to float right to where it's about 80 % dry and then I'm going to take leave-in conditioner. You guys, I'm gon na rub this in my hands. I like to rub it in first, because it's very concentrated and then I'm just putting this throughout the ends, so a lot of people when they hear leave-in conditioner, like scares them, because they're used to like thick oily leaving you snore this one is very very light. It'S extremely good now this is a blowout cream like seriously enough all you have to use rub it in really really good. It'S very concentrated. This is going to protect from the blow dryer and the flat iron, or you know if you're, reducing a wound or whatever it protects your ends. So so you know the smell right. We all want get me smelling stuff in our hair. Okay, now Kerry doesn't love a ton of. Are you yeah? She doesn't like getting heavy, but she doesn't like a tunnel bottom, so I just believe it's right and and quality and then we'll check the bank damn so I've just been taking sections. I'M going to show you about that big. Just all the way up: okay, you're gon na get like fuzzy. I do and okay all right. So I'm just going to take these sections. The GHC platinum flat iron is phenomenally nice. It is, I mean I've used a lot of flat irons in my career and this one's one of the best that I have used. Okay, no yeah, you are drying and you feel like it's off. You can do that see that tiny bit of a corner right there, I'm just gon na kind of, come in and take a little bit of that, and nobody probably would have no respect when you want to exact one exact right. So you can always double check when you're flying you can double check your haircuts, so yeah, the GHD you guys it works out up like heats up in like 10 seconds. It'S really really fast and it'll. Just give you like a little beeping sound. It'S definitely worth the money I get mine at Cosmo Prof, which you have to have a license for, but I think you can get them elsewhere. I need to find that out free right. I know that I have links at the bottom for, like the power brushes, the epic wack, brushes, that you can click on, that. We made it easier for you guys to get those brushes and all of the products that I'm talking about. You can also jump over on instead and it's evolution of rare Donna and find more tips there and do more tips. There also - and I hope this video was helpful and fun, and I love this kind of her. So be good now, so the other cool thing about this GHD is it actually will fill the porosity of your hair and maybe heat to the porosity of your hair, which is extremely nice. Okay, now the last product, especially good for long hair, is this oil? You just take two drops: you rub it in your hands, really good, and then you just come it's good for flyways, it's good for shine, it's good to condition it's good, to put your moisturizer, it's good for everything, but anyway you do that to give it. The finished look and then I'm gon na turn around and have her clay. What'S her bang for a minute? Does that feel like it? It'S short enough. Your banger t1 is okay, so I'm gon na kinda jump in here and kind of sure. If you guys can see see how it seems a little bulky through this area, I'm just gon na kind of come in and texturize this. So it's not too full right there. So it blends with the sides real good there, that kind of soften that right there. Can you guys see that it's just kind of soft okay? Now the other two don't want to hurt him check. You guys is, if I pull this up, if she has enough banging down okay, so and usually you guys, if, if somebody is wanting a bang or something if they're not kind of for sure, I would have them, go home. Try it for a few days and then, if they're not liking, it come back, get it shorter. Obviously, if they want it shorter, they're, gon na know right then, but if not it's best to just kind of leave it.
