Foreign s welcome back to my channel, I'm finally doing an updated, curly, hair routine. This is my current go-to tutorial for washing and styling. My Curls, I don't know if it's changed a lot since my last routine video, but I do have some extra tips and tricks that I have added into my routine, which I think works really well for My Curls. My hair is growing so much since my last video and I'm really happy with the shape and the length in today's wash day. Let'S get into it starting off with shampoo. Today I use the Bondi boost curl, boss, shampoo. I recommend this range to everyone. It is sulfate paraben and silicon free, and it smells so good. I like to use this brush from Denman brush as a scalp massager to promote blood circulation and also hair growth. If I have bad product build up in my scalp, I also like to use the Christophe Robin cleansing, purifying scrub, and then I shampoo after that here are some of my other favorite shampoos. I'Ve been using lately feel free to take a screenshot for today's conditioner. I used a hair mask from briogeo. This is the superfoods Mega moisture mask it smells so good. I absolutely love it and I've restocked on it a few times. I find it to be very hydrating, which is what I always look for, as my hair is naturally very dry. I always brush my hair in the shower when it has conditioner in it, as this helps to prevent breakage and hair loss brushing out curls when they're dry is also just so painful and a big struggle. I get questions about how much hair comes out when I brush my hair, and I just wanted to show you. This is how much came out today. I think it's normal and it depends on your hair type. I'Ve noticed that more hair falls out as my hair's gotten longer, and these are some of my other favorite conditioners at the moment. Leaving conditioner is one of the most important steps in maintaining healthy air and having defined juicy curls. This shea moisture, strengthen and restore leave-in has been a favorite for years. It was one of the first leave-ins I bought when I first went curly. I just wrecked this all through my hair, even glazing it along my scalp, but mainly focusing on my midsection to the ends. I always use a curl cream or leave-in conditioner for every wash day. I can't skip this step, otherwise My Curls turn out frizzy and dry. Next, I'm using the Wella Nutri curls mousse - I don't use mousse every wash day, but when I have extra time I like to add this in as it creates extra definition and volume for my hair, like the leave-in cream, I'm just raking this all throughout my hair. After that, I'm applying the way Dad climate control gel. First, I'm going to clip up half of my hair and then rake the gel through the bottom half. After applying this all over my hair, I start scrunching the curls to create tighter ringlets something new. I have started to do as my hair has gotten longer is shaking out the curls, so I grab sections of my hair near the root and gently shake them to break up the curls. This will help to avoid big clumps of curls and create more even ringlets. Here are some other favorite gels of mine foreign. I used to spend more time using the Denman brush, but these days I only use it to Define my front bits and any frizzy bits at the top of my head. I basically brush through my bangs and scrunched, to ensure that they're going to dry, nice and defined a new step to my routine is adding a hair growth serum to my scalp. I have found that the front sides of my scalp have actually thinned out slightly, maybe from getting older or from over styling my hair and wearing it in tight, buns and updos. So I'm hoping the serum from insert name here will help. Then this is another new important step. I'M using the Bondi boost Heat spray to quickly Spritz, all over my hair to ensure it's protected from the heat of my diffuser. I use the Dyson supersonic to dry my hair. I know it's very pricey, but I just love the design of it and I love how quickly it dries my hair with minimal heat damage, I use it on medium power and medium heat. I focus on drying my roots first, as this section takes the longest make sure not to drag the diffuser along your scalp to avoid frizz after around 10 minutes. I flip my hair all to one side and focus on the roots. Then do the same. On the other side, then I flip my head upside down and use cupping motions to dry the curls scrunching, the curls upwards, towards the scalp diffusing takes around 25 minutes. For me, once my hair is 95 dry, I make sure to shake and scrunch Out My Curls making the cast on My Curls less stiff and more loose. So that's how I wash and style my curly hairs. I know it seems like a lot of products and a lot of steps, but this actually doesn't take me long because I kind of just throw in all the products and diffuse. But yes, taking care of curly hair is a lot of effort, but it's worth it to me it's better than sitting in my bathroom and burning my hair every single day with it straightened up after 10 years of straightening, my hair, I'm so happy. I finally embraced My Curls, and I encourage you guys to as well some of you ask how I part my hair, so this is the normal part right down the middle or sometimes actually a lot of the times, since my hair has gotten longer, I've parted it On the side - and that's how I do it, I kind of just use my hands to sweep it to the side some days. It does not work with me other days. It sits nicely yeah. A lot of my fashion reels that I tend to do that.
