Hey sammy fam welcome to my little wiener party. I just love little wieners, especially when they're all wrapped up and crispy um, just the flaky crispy layers of that pastry dough. It'S a guilty pleasure of mine and i can have a dipping sauce party with it, which is super fun. I get to taste a bunch of different things, mainly sauces. I need to get rid of in my fridge because they're getting a little old, any low variety rice spice life. So, let's lay out our sauces sriracha cupid, mayo, cupid mayo is the best male, of course, we're just gon na have some nice sugar-free ketchup, not sugar-free, but no sugar added come on. I accidentally have two containers of nosh ketchup. This one is a little bit more full there. We go: that's a nice, strong stream that daddy wants and classic yellow mustard. Now this is a soft party. I want to attend, i'm going to start with the sugar-free matcha. I keep saying sugar-free no sugar. I love it because regular ketchup, i just say it's way too sweet, but this is perfect, tangy tomato perfection. What should we do next? I kind of want to do mayonnaise. Let'S do mayonnaise i'm liking that mayonnaise straight sriracha, i'm loving this sriracha spicy mustard mustard is defined. Do you know what i really love is when you get like a sushi roll that has that sriracha mayo mix on top of it so tasty, and this is basically a sushi roll with no rice, no fish, a little tiny sausage and a pastry dough. But it's still here, it's me, i guess so. Basically the same thing isn't that beautiful uh, that's one of my favorite ways to put one of these hot little sausages in my mouth. We got ta, do ketchup and mustard together too, oh, no, getting messy so good. Everything goes together so well, mayo and mustard. The mayonnaise will bounce the dinghy mail. That'S amazing, i'm so happy i'm having such a good day right now. I had the funniest thing happened to me this morning, probably sent me a good mood for the whole day. Also taking my morning walk walking across the brooklyn bridge all around new york city, but i got to a stop light at one point, and one thing you need to know about new york city is there's no right turn on red here. So i'm waiting at the stoplight for my turn across and there's a right turn lane facing me without the light telling them when they can go and they hit a red light. So i can finally cross the street. So i start to cross the street and this person starts trying to turn right on red and honking at me, like i'm in the way when they're trying to run the red light. The specifically right turn light that says red and i have the lock journal and so i'm kind of mad, but then they slow down and they pull up next to me and they roll down their window to yell at me. I don't play that so before they can say anything. My middle finger is up, and i start to yell and i yell red light [ __ ], as i flip on the bird. This is new york, just what you do, but the funny thing was it felt like two voices were coming out of my mouth instead of just one at the same exact moment in the same exact rhythm and the same exact pitch intonation, a bicyclist was right behind Me yelling at the same person running the red light, trying to run us over red light, [ __ ], and we just matched up perfectly. So i turn around. I look at her. She laughs and smiles really big and speeds off on her bike made my whole day may have been a bad choice, sometimes just the lowest positive interaction in your day. You make all the difference in the world. That'S why i love one of the many things i love about new york city. Sorry, i got to start finger. Painting now is that since you're always out in the world, you're not just isolated in your car you're walking you're on the subway you're on the bus you're around people, there's so many human moments. You can experience so much better than just you know, driving your car to walmart and back home being alone the entire time and that's it. That sounds sad. I don't know if i could live like that. I think i'm just gon na have to mix all these together, they're, so good together. It'S the ultimate way. I just love mayonnaise, so much especially good mayonnaise. You know what i haven't dried in a long time, though miracle whip is miracle good. I know it's different from mayonnaise, but different isn't always bad. If you look at it as it's, you know own thing: i've tried vegan mayonnaise before i got just basically the same thing and i really like them. One of my favorite mayonnaises ever was from the company. Just um, they don't make this mayonnaise anymore. I think they mainly make like vegan, like replacement eggs, which are very good, but they used to make a vegan mayonnaise, but it wasn't labeled as like vegan. Unless you looked at the ingredients, it just said just on the front of the bottle, just mayonnaise i was like great. I thought it was a company that only made mayonnaise, so they'd be really good at it. So i bought it and it was amazing, and only later did i learn it was vegan and later i learned that their company makes a lot of different foods. I think they mean just as in like justice. You know it's a just food company and that their food is just and good and righteous because it's vegan, i guess - but there are a lot of different good managers out there. Of course, qp so good um, qps egg yolk only mayonnaise, no egg whites. I believe super rich and delicious there's duke mayo, that's very good, and i've made my own homemade mayonnaise. Before for um, i made tuna salad, sandwiches except i used tuna steak and i just barely seared the outside and left the inside, like nice and red and beautiful. This is the best tuna salad i ever had all my mayonnaise a little bit runny but still delicious, but this sauce mixture wow the slight natural sweetness of the no sugar added ketchup, the spicy tanginess of the mustard, the spicy, garlickiness and chili. You know this of the sriracha and then that creamy mayonnaise helps bounce it all out. All my favorite fry and burger recipes like this are sauce. Some of them will have liquid smoke washed shower um a little bit of pickle juice in them, they're so good. I don't even feel guilty about eating all these little wieners. This whole box that i made was 1800 calories and this might be over the whole day. That'S fine! I just got to make sure that tomorrow, i'll probably eat low sodium to make up for the salt. In this i love these ones where i like to see them popped up like a little so puff. Pastry is just such a magical thing. I love that you can buy it pre-made in the grocery store. It'S one of those things. I'Ve heard everyone say: don't make your own love pastry just buy pre-made frozen. It'S not worth the effort to make it yourself. It'S not gon na be better. Really it's gon na be so hard, it's so fun and simple to use like you can just roll out a sheet of it and use just like a tart and put creator asparagus prosciutto on top of it. Just have a nice crispy crunchy layered little tart with tasty flavors on top and cheese of course, and this is the perfect time to end because i'm just starting to kind of get a little bit sick of the flavor of these little smoky wieners. If i had that just nice acidy sauce to balance out the smoky weiner, i would have gotten sick of it sooner, but this is perfect. Thank you all for watching. I love you so much! Hey sammy fam! Look at this delicious shrimp. These are nashville hot shrimp. It'S a new thing. I thought whole foods. I just had to try it really. You know if i was better at marketing, i would have called these hot cheetos. They kind of look like it crispier outside soft shrimp interior. Oh my gosh, so i know you're not supposed to eat the shells. I mean the tail shell probably, but don't follow my example. I just like the crispiness happy birthday to anybody watching i'm filming this. Actually, on my channel's birthday, my channel's seventh birthday starts this channel 2015. wild i'm using light ranch because you know i'm very health conscious so good. The crispy exterior around the delica shrimp is the perfect combination and a little bit of heat, although they're not too hot. I'M going to go ahead and up the heat and up to savory factor right now, crystal hot sauce, one of my favorite hot sauces little liquid smoke liquid smoke is not some like weird chemical or something it's literally smoke trapped in water fish sauce for that savory Flavor, this is just like liquid umami and a little more dinky mommy ranch fancy, but i mean it's already good, but i want a little bit more than just tangy. I want smoky spice savoriness check that out. You want a bite smaller, the real, oh cheese in the audience know what that means. That'S a tasty bite. That'S so good on this. Do you want another bite? I know i joked earlier saying like the line b, nothing, i'm just using light ranch. I think light ranch tastes fine, so it's like you might as well use it, but i have actually been being much healthier. Lately, i'm loving it. I always ate really healthy off camera, and you know lots of vegetarian foods, low, carb, low fat. That'S just how my wife and i like to eat all the time, but - and i was exercising too every day um days that i film i tend to exercise i'll, do 13 miles of walking or so and then do like an ab video and do some arm. Workouts and stuff, i would walk six to seven miles, but now my wife started wanting to walk at least six miles a day. So i add that to what i'm already doing, because i'll go on walks with her um after work and stuff and i'll end up with you know, 17 to 20 miles on a filming day, then, on a non-filming day i'll end up with 13 miles, and it's Great because i'm not eating that much off camera and i feel skinnier and healthy and i started taking a new fiber supplement. That'S amazing! I'M not i'm not selling anything or whatever, but i've used like fiber gummies for years and those are great. But i switched over to using psyllium husk. I just buy the generic stuff because it's so cheap, but you might know it's like metamucil and i'll. Take a tablespoon of that and water and then i'll drink a ton of water during the day, and it makes me feel so full without having eaten any food. So it keeps my eating down to like a very low level and especially on days that i'm not filming anything like this, then i'll just eat like a little snack meal, i'll exercise, a ton, i'll drink, my metamucil and i'm done and my calorie balance and it's Great, i have a huge calorie deficit, i'm loving it i feel so light and i'm airy and happy and awake and amazing. Oh look at it grip boys and girls yeah. I don't want to make a boy with these. That would be so good. So i'm trying to get nice and thin and tight and sexy for my wife, because we're gon na we've been talking about taking a and adults only cruise. This splendor there's like adults only cruise line that looks really well designed and more or styled than other things, and we've never taken a cruise before and we're like. Oh wow, you can get a nice balcony. Sweet room for like three thousand dollars, might try it. I don't know we'll see, but if we do that i'll look up with my wife out there, because she's hot as hell, i need to get up on her level and if i can lose some weight, i'd be much more comfortable spending the money to buy. Like a cold bespoke suit or tuxedo, which would be a lot of fun, although, like i don't know where i'd wear it, maybe on a cruise but most of the like fancy restaurants, i like their food, may be amazing, but you know they're casual in attitude, which Is great i prefer that makes me feel like less intimidated going there i mean, i guess you still wear a suit to a casual place alarm in it as long as you're having fun and i'm having fun loving life, even though everything sucks, but oh, these are Some good things i happening my wife, my kitty, 20 000 bucks on the way hell yeah. My wife told me not to save any of these for her, so i don't mess up her calories, but i'm gon na save some for her. I don't think she'll be mad at me. Maybe a little bit mad me, but then she'll be happy when she tastes it. You got ta have some fun in life. Otherwise, what's the point, most people don't have the chance and that's very sad, but i'm gon na take advantage of it. While i'm here, i do have some fun coming up. Next weekend, my wife and i are going to visit my parents in missouri, which i know i say missouri doesn't sound exciting immediately, but i don't want to talk. My my mouth are: gon na meet us at the airport, pick us up and then we're gon na go. I don't wander around saying. There'S some together, my parents used to live there. While my mom was in medical school um, i would probably go see the old neighborhood my dad said: there's some bar that has really good food. It'S not like a chain of lesbian bars or something, but it's still open. He said we might go. There sounds fun. I think my wife wants to go walk around the uh, the arch and then my dad got a uh, an airbnb down south a little ways near some state parks. Hopefully it's nice, i don't know exactly what we're gon na do other than there's an emo's pizza near the airbnb um, so we're gon na get emo's pizza and get that purple cheese which i love and then we have reservations to go see a cave. My wife has never been in a cave and i haven't been in the cave in years. You know in missouri you grew up going to a lot of caves because of the cursed topography. There'S caves all over the place, missouri all that water soluble rock make sure, but one of the things i'm most excited about right now is that the temperature in caves is a constant. What is it 55 degrees fahrenheit, and i'm just so tired of this long. This long heat wave, it's been far too hot for far too long, even with air conditioning just sucks being uncomfortable going outside. So the cave is gon na feel wonderful and there's a difference between you know like natural temperature and like forced air conditioning temperature like just the natural cave air. Oh, i can't wait. Of course, it's crazy out there everything's drying up colorado river, like mead, the danube. The rhine, whatever that river in france is called the yangtze chinese mecca city, that's nothing bigger than new york city, probably they're having like rash and electricity, because they don't have enough hydroelectric power. We did this and we knew we were doing this for the past 100 years almost and we still did nothing now. Our chickens have come home to roost and i am scared for the future, but hopefully i'll be able to remember these good times right before the end, we'll see what happens. The internet still exists in 30 years. Maybe i'll be able to look back on this video and laugh or look back on it and cry, but i try to prepare mentally for the worst, i'm getting pretty full, so i'm gon na call it quits, glass, water hydration is so important guys and it's also To important to your body when it says it's full just go ahead and stop there pain is not worth dying. Look at this huge pile of tacos that i'm kind of regretting piling on top of each other right now, because i think they might have stuck together. But we'll see they have onions in them, but i like extra onion. These are spicy chicken, air fryer tacos, with lots of extra cheese. That'S just so good, it's so hot. I need a drink so that water is so cold. It hurts my teeth. Oh, i love spicy spicy chicken and all these nice mexican flavors and meld a little bit, and then you get those crispy edges on like the toasty bits of cheese and the edge of the tortilla. Oh perfection: oh jeez, one of my favorite things about this meal. I said it's very inflation friendly. I chose one of the cheapest meats at the grocery store ground chicken. So you could use ground pork. You know even cheaper. I think that'd be great ground. Pork is like great in latin flavors. I use canned chilies. I bought green onion, it's not too expensive and this kind of tortilla comes in, like giant 40 packs for like four dollars, and i had a half used up back at home. So i feel very proud of myself for being frugal, because we've been kind of starting to notice, like hey groceries, do seem to be costing a lot more. I think we probably went from spending like a thousand dollars a month last year on groceries, maybe a little bit more than that honestly, like 1500 a month right now, just for the two of us, but we really like food. So we try not to like budget ourselves. One thing i really love about tacos and these little tortillas is you can eat so many of them before you get full like any small food. It'S just fun to eat a big number of something i got one of my own, like the fifth or sixth taco or like. If you're eating pizza rolls you can eat 40 pizza rolls. If you're getting bagel bites, you need 40 bagel bites and you just feel like a powerful monster. Of course, i think i'm going to save a few of these for my life because she smelled me cooking them and she put up her work for a second and had to come check out what i was doing, and i assured her and there'd be a few Left over, but you know it's youtube. I have to stack all of them up in front of the camera first to get the screenshot to get the uh the thumbnail and since i use chicken there's not much fat in these and that equals less calories. So these are this one's kind of falling apart, so it's semi-healthy, it's not healthy, but it's not as bad for you as it could with be tortillas to be filling me up, though, and the cheese i guess cause you know, there's cheese on the inside and on The outside, so a lot, that's cheese. Wait. Are there really only four left? That means i've already ate. Oh, my god. Okay, i might eat two more. Let'S see i'm guessing. My wife will only want one or two, because i already made her um homemade garlic, pepper, popcorn. We'Ve been making a lot of popcorn like on the stovetop because it has less cancer causing chemicals in it and it's way cheaper and you can season it. However, you want, and our favorite seasoning mix is a little bit of butter. A lot of garlic powder, a lot of cracked, pepper and a little bit of salt, makes an amazing popcorn and i've noticed on the stove, like i can pop every single kernel that i put in the pan without burning them. But if i'm microwaving like a popcorn packet, a lot of the corn is not gon na pop and if you try to pop at all you're gon na burn most of it, it's just way nicer to do on the stove top okay. Well, maybe there's a lot of chicken, oh cheese and a lot of canned chilies. I don't think i want mexican food or american mexican food for a long time. We had taco soup all week, which was delicious homemade amazing i've made nachos recently i've made quesadillas recently and now this so i think i'm feeling some italian food soon. I need to mix it up thanks for watching everybody see you next time and hey. If it's your birthday, happy birthday, hey guys, i was gon na record an asmr today, but my neighbors saw fit to um. Well, one of them has gotten very, very high. I think it's like crack or math or both or everything, and you just blast music for like four to eight hours at a time, so he's doing that right now and my other neighbor also seems to be high and she is just screaming um off and on So i don't know if we'll continue to hear her or not. So that's what i'm living through right now, but at least i have this delicious, wonderful, smelling, steak, mac and cheese or mac and cheese steak. That sounds a little bit better mac and cheese steak. Nice, thin skirt steak, barely see it on the outside peppers and onions. I used a savory blend of seasoning, plus some extra garlic from momofuku. I love that stuff, and this is just velveeta mac and cheese guys, but with these toppings on it you know takes it. The extra mile yeah that's why i wanted to do asmr this, so the steak is so succulent and it pairs perfectly with that cheddary velveeta cheese. The steak is literally buttery and melts in your mouth. I seared it for like 90 seconds per side, so the inside is still pretty raw and then i wrapped it up in foil with a couple packs of butter, so good. My neighbor who's been having a lot of fun yelling today and opening and closing their front door a lot slamming she's, the one who, last time my wife and i went on vacation. We were only going to be gone two and a half days, so i gave her the keys to our apartment and i think it was a hundred dollars. I pay very well because i respect people's time and all she had to do was come over. I think two times to earn that one hundred dollars it was three times and feed. My cat didn't have to clean the litter box, didn't even have to refill water. I put all these waters out, for him just had to feed him like two or three times, and she let her our doors are right. Next to each other, there's my door, her door's right beside it. Well, somehow, somehow she lost my keys, i'm realizing now that i think every time i see her she's high on something, but that's what hindsight i didn't realize that then so she lives in this apartment with her husband and one of their mothers who's. Actually it's the mother's apartment. You know they're just crashing there permanently, because the mother has, you know some unbelievable rent of, like you know fifty dollars a month, while i pay two thousand dollars a month for the same unit, but she has her husband go out on the fire escape and break In through my window, mind you, i have this on. Camera scared, the crap out of my cat. So so so she text me what's happening while i'm on vacation with my wife's family trying to have a good time. So it's like a stress bomb, just exploded into my life and she just wouldn't listen to my directions. I kept telling her okay. Thank you for telling me now. Please just leave the apartment close, the door behind you. I will be home tomorrow. The cat will be okay for a day. He already has food he's not going to starve in that time, but she's saying like no, no i'll leave the door unlocked i'll, come back and feed him, and i say please just leave the apartment, don't worry about it anymore. It'S not your problem now and she wouldn't listen to me and i could live stream. My security cameras to my phone and i saw her like coming in my apartment and like folding, our laundry and stuff, and i immediately text her like you - do not need to be going back into my apartment right now and doing things. Please just leave and then she texted me she was like. Oh no, i was going to spend the night in your apartment to watch out for the cat. What that is the opposite of what i want. I do not want your stinky ass in my bed or on my couch or anywhere so i made up a lie. I said we have another friend with a key coming over and they're gon na look after things and take care of the cat this evening. So if you can, please just leave and go back about your day um. That would be great. Thank you. I was like never mean to her. I was always so polite, but she kept texting me back like oh you're mad at me. I can tell you're mad at me like be professional, like i paid you to do a job, you failed at the job. The least you can do now is like bow out with dignity and obviously i'm mad at you, but i'm being very polite about it. I'M just asking you to go back home and not bother any of my stuff anymore, because to me it seems like she's setting up. You know a burglary situation like there's no way in the world. How could you lose my keys when you're next door? How so i get back the next day? Luckily, nothing was stolen. The front door is, of course, unlocked when i get home, which is like so unnerving my kitty's a little anxious if someone came in through the window the day before, but the first thing i did was i just emergency called this. The super i said like we have to get new locks on these doors right away and thank god he came in like 20 minutes and we got new locks on the door. I got new keys, so my neighbor's bad burglary plan um fell through because i don't think she assumed that i would just change the walk and that's how i learned not to trust anyone, especially not desperate people not to be mean i've. Given this woman, so much money, i'd had her watch out for my cats like a couple times previously, and i pay like 50 a day for a visit where you come and open a can of food and that's, it seems very generous one time she knocked on My door and she said she didn't - have any food and she didn't have any money here, like food stamps, hadn't come in yet or something, and so i just gave her some money, never expecting it back, and this is how she returns a favor to me. She never gave me back the money i paid her for the job that she messed up and now i know the money i gave her for groceries. That was most certainly for drugs. Lord have mercy, but you know what i got. My mac and cheese got a beautiful wife got a beautiful kitty. That'S all i need. I know my life isn't sad. I don't have to get high every day and lose other people's keys. You know quote: lose other people's keys, probably just trying to steal from their apartment my father-in-law who's og or sometimes pretend that he is, i'm not sure, i'm not sure, what's real, what's not, but he said: he'd send a crew out after him. I said no no need to do that, but i can't wait to get up out of this place someday somehow some way get up out. The hood someday nice big chunk of steak see that nice red on the inside so so out of respect for my heart and my arteries and my desire to not disappear like [ __ ] cotto has i'm going to quit right there, i'm going to say this For later, there's no point in overeating: it's just food, you know should be good, but it shouldn't destroy your life. I just wanted to show this pizza to view before i chop it up because look how much this dough rose. All these big air pockets. I started using a different pizza supplier. I used to buy my pizza dough at my um local grocery store, but their prices are just so expensive. I found it's actually cheaper to shop at old fruits. Now it sounds crazy, but it's actually two. I spend like three quarters or even half as much sometimes shopping at whole foods and sometimes trader joe's shopping at my local store, but whole foods has pizza dough and even though i really like thin crispy crust, this is so fun. It grows so much. I'M gon na have to like recalibrate my cooking to figure out. I can use it in different ways, but i like this - and it's really pretty. This is a roasted garlic, mixed with basil and olive oil sauce a little extra salt in there, and then we have sauteed arugula this nice big, thick piece of bacon, red onion, really tasty and fresh mozzarella cheese. And today i'm going to add just a touch of a coarse grind of black pepper. Okay, i'm gon na go chop. This beautiful pizza pie up into bite-sized bits, not bite, just pizza pieces. That'S a piece of pizza, no need to overcomplicate it! Family boy, don't overthink! It and then we'll get eaten, and hopefully my ramplane has given it enough time to cool down, so i can actually eat it without hurting myself. Who wants to see my underwear wow, this piece is so fluffy. It actually made it a little bit harder to cut so cheesy, it's still so hot, but it's so tasty. Such a classic combination, arugula bacon, garlic, onion to go together. Nice crust on there and the marshall is so cute something about this flavor combo in this fluffy crunchy fancy fluffy crust makes it seem frenchy. I guess there's like the french pizza, that's cream and bacon, so good, i'm trying to leave with my right hand today cause. I hurt my left hand, i don't know if you guys can see it, but i got like a big pocket into my finger yesterday. I was pulling out some aluminum foil to wrap garlic and roast it for this recipe and it just sliced in my finger and i couldn't get it to stop bleeding. I didn't have any band-aids all my panties got ruined recently when there's a big leak in my bathroom um, so i wrapped it up. You know i cleaned it and i wrapped it up in paper towel and then tried to tape around that to make it tighter, but it still wouldn't stop bleaching. So i went and i got a like - i would put the wall clamp from my tool kit and i just clamped it down and i made it stop for a while. Eventually i went to target and got some bandage, and that is shielded so and take out my sunglasses. I had them on because under these slides it is actually bright and i get so sweaty with the oven on to make a pizza. It has to be so hot and i have to turn off the air conditioner to record this video and just pour and sweat in my regular glasses. They fit me a little bit loose, so i just slip right off, but my sunglasses, which are also prescriptions. So i can still see really good um. They feel a little better, but they just got a little annoying, i'm so happy with this, it's so nice and fluffy. I think i'm gon na have to dry this dough, i'm like a grandma pie in a sheet pan i'll spread out no rise above puffy and square. I love that fluffy. I think it would also make a really nice like cast iron pizza, pan pizza, i love making band pizza, especially in the winter. Look at this crispy edge here. Beautiful, okay pizza reminds me of being a kid going to pizza. Yesterday, i don't know what this should be like when you could write book reports to get free, personal band pizzas from pizza through the booking program. I read a lot of books in elementary school because my health conscious parents were not getting me to for any other reason. So so this pizza makes me sleepy, which is bad because i gave up caffeine. So i don't everything i don't have any substance to help me out this afternoon to get me back away to do more work. I wish we could live like people used to live. You know where you weren't pushed to constantly be productive. 24. 7 and you could take a nap, but nowadays, if you aren't working all the time, you'll be called lazy by people who vacation on yachts. So so i love even those fluffy on top the bottom, it's nice and crispy the picture of steel. My wife got me for my birthday: it's a pizza, steel, you put it in your oven, heat it up for a long time and then it basically fries the bottom of your pizza on there gives you that crispy crust just so tasty, so i need some water. I think gold, new york city, tap water might be my favorite beverage, it just tastes so good and so refreshing. I had good water growing up in jefferson, city missouri. I know the river water. What i'm drinking now is mainly cat scale, water that is obsessively protected by the teepee. When i was in college, i had terrible water, i hated it. I think a lot of the water in my college, town of columbia, missouri, was well water, at least when i was living on campus campus has its own wild water system. I think when both my grandparents were alive and we used to visit them at their farm. They retired to reform after running a medical practice for years and years and years um they had well and the water is kind of cloudy and tasted. They tasted fine, but not bad, but it will give you the runs eight hours later, if you're used to it. So sometimes i was there, i just drink root beer. Today we are having beautiful, spicy cajun, shrimp, three cheese, texas, toast and i made a little cajun cheese sauce. That'S so tasty! I literally just took the marinade for the shrimp piece i added parmesan and cream cheese to it and it made a nice sauce. Would you like to try one so yummy shrimp is one of my favorite summertime foods. It just feels so good in hot weather, and it's been like disgustingly hot for a while, i'm getting so tired of just wearing like workout clothes outside, because i need clothes breathe. I can't wear anything that actually looks good, even though they work great. It'S like all the workout shirts i have, and they have that that texture of little tiny holes and then which is great most of the time, but every once in a while. After a long walk, i realize it's so much easier. I will realize that it's kind of act like a cheese grater on my sensitive nipples and then my nipples feel like painful and sensitive for days. It happened to me last summer, and so i tried putting some vaseline on my nipples. It really helped, except then i went to the mall, the queen center mall, with my wife. It was so hot. We just wanted to go someplace with you know, industrial air conditioning we got ta drive the toast, let's get shrimpy on the it's all toast, so i'm at the mall with my little nipples and we keep seeing like kids and teens pointing at me my wife's, like Wow, okay, you must be getting recognized from sammy boy and we thought that was kind of cool and funny until after a while, she turned and looked at me and she was like. Oh no look down at your shirt and my looped up nipples and left two big nipple rings on my shirt so embarrassing. I generally try not to care what other people think of me, but i couldn't help but feel like really bad after that. So i rushed into an athletic store, bought a new shirt. I'M trying to like hold my arms in front of my nipples went to the bathroom wiped down my creamy looped up dimples with toilet paper. Let me put on the new shirt and continue my shopping without dimple spots. I will never make that mistake again and now i know when people stare at me in public - it's probably not going to be because they recognize me um. I really don't have that big of a following on youtube, so chances are they wouldn't recognize me it's because there is something wrong with me and i need to figure out what it is. The other reason people stare at me in public, if i'm with my wife, is because she's much prettier than me super hot, so um. Why is she with this older white man who looks kind of like a loser, but i'm okay with that i'll? Take that as a compliment, do you guys mind if i tell you about these delicious shrimpies because they're so easy to make? And i really want you to try this at home, because this could just spray on its own, but toast could be on a sandwich or toss it with like a fettuccine or an enjoyer. There you go, but i literally just took some trim soaked in crystal hot sauce to make it kind of cajun-y. I added a bunch of oregano a little extra garlic powder, cracked, pepper, a touch of old bay um, and that's it. No additional salt, because the hot sauce itself has not salted it and the old bay has salt in it. I just let that rest in the fridge for like 20 minutes make sure i get the flavors into that with the shrimp piece a little bit more. So i started cooking up the shrimp and that happened super fast five minutes over medium high heat, maybe less. If i had a girl, i would have secured them and grilled them, but i just did it in a nonstick pan removed the shrimp once they were cooked, leaving behind kind of the marinade cooking liquid spicy. I added in a couple drops of cream cheese and a handful of finely shredded parmesan eye leftover for making caesar salads, and i just turned off the heat, and i stirred that in it's a little still hot and it all melted and melted. Together, i mean this nice little cajun, cheese sauce, but it's so simple and quick and good that i would like a quick pasta. That'D be a quick week. I could possibly be great. Sometimes i don't want to spend an hour. You know making a more involved like alfredo or cream sauce, where you start with making a roux very simple, just use cream cheese. Instead, of course, the textures are. Quite you know it's nice, but hey i saved an hour, so this is just store-bought, texas, toast. I really like it salty but again didn't add much salt to the rest of the food, so it all kind of balances out. The spice just gave me a little bit, so i'm gon na try something my wife really likes to make smoothies. That'S so good and we have been using almond milk in the smoothies, but recently you know if you look at the colorado river like mead water usage in the american southwest is such like a growing concern. We didn't want to be contributing to that too much by eating something made of almonds, because almonds use a crazy amount of water and a lot of them are grown in southern california for some reason, so we switch from almond milk to oat milk. My wife says she likes it way better in the smoothie. That was my first time trying it right there, that's really good, it's sweet and creamy. I think they make different flavors, it's so hard to be completely environmentally conscious with everything you eat, especially like you know. I'M not a vegetarian, i'm not a vegan. I try to eat meat sparingly and not just eat. You know a bunch of beef like i'm eating, shrimp right now, which i know some people wouldn't consider me, but it comes from an animal, but at least this was a lot caught. I mean i want pleasure in my life and in my food and sometimes that does come with a moral compromise. But i do i do my best, maybe not my best, but i try to put in some work into eating to a degree and it is easier to eat. Ethically, if you eat quality food, because there's tons of unethical horrible food, that's terrible for the plant at the same time, like you know, mcdonald's and stuff, those mass-produced factory meats are bad for animals, bad for workers, bad for the employees of mcdonald's who paid next to Nothing to put up with us all the horrible customers - it's just like such a depressing use of an animal's life to put them in such a sad bad burger. I'M gon na make a beautiful burger at home, where the flavor is gon na, be so good that it respects that animal's life and these shrimp are so good. So i don't feel terrible about you know kind of being responsible for killing them by my consumer demand. Fueling the market for shrimp - i hope you didn't have a painful death shrimp. The spice made my nose runny and the contemplation made my brain sad. I think i have a piece of chocolate in the fridge to cheer myself up one second, so i bought this. The other day in the checkout line, the cherry cream - god i hope this chocolate like came from slave flavor or something i hate that that's something we have to worry about, look at the inside so creamy, so that is perfect. After a hot and spicy meal. I love the layers it feels so fun to bite through and the cherry cream and chocolate balance is perfect. Nothing is too strong that thank you was for watching. I would have kept using the chopsticks, but it's just too hard i'll try to be kind of clean, so toasted ravioli one of my favorite fruits, and they make me feel like a kid again. It'S basically just ravioli with breading and italian seasoning. Fried look at that yummy cheese. Our dipping sauce is a nice store-bought tomato sauce that i've dressed up to be a little fancier. There'S a video linked in the description that shows you how to take store-bought sauce and make a corner so italian-american food. They actually come from a specific italian-american group in st louis missouri. Saint louis missouri is a great food city and there are a large italian population gave them some great inventions like toasted, ravioli, rafael, cheese, emo's pizza and then lots of wonderful, italian, american sandwiches and pastas and restaurants like cudettos. I grew up in missouri, so i love stainless italian food. It'S so one of my favorite parts about high school was that they would serve toasted ravioli at lunch sometimes, and i would use up three lunches worth of my money on my school's lunch card. So i can get three orders of toasted drafts. It was one of the only good foods i could get in high school. One time i went down to the loading docks to get something from the teacher and i saw all the beef being delivered for burgers and stuff. Then the boxes said grade d, butt, butt edible so other than toasted ravioli. I didn't like eating school food, so when i went to college at mizzou, i quickly figured out that of all the like the five dining halls on campus or whatever. There was one that would serve just ravioli pretty regularly, and so i would look at the calendar and make sure i went there on this ravioli day and i would eat so much. I would not eat on other days so that i had more money. In my lunch account to get more dose of giraffes, i love those t-rex by now, but it's my favorite, eva j's, also had like a little side kitchen window, which, after hours at night, you could go and you could order pizza and breadsticks. So there are lots of nights spent watching movies, eating pizza and bread sticks with my friends in the dorms. So i just love pasta dishes that mix like baked and fried textures with chewy and soft macaroni i'll have to show you my macaroni recipe. So sorry, i'm getting so sweaty the food is just hot and i have to turn off my air conditioner when i record, because it's so loud so so so i think there's only four left after this, so tasty made me feel like a little college. I'M gon na get these leftover forward to my wife. Bye. Look at these beautiful chicken nachos got my cheese, oh yeah. I got beans, that's some cilantro, onion, hot sauce, salsa and, of course, chips. It'S one of my favorite, easy, delicious meals. I just cook it all together on a sheet pan make some sheep and nachos and of course i do mine in layers it's hard to show you but chips, cheese and toppings chips, more cheese and toppings and the main meat topping all on top. I'M also going to try a little sour cream on it. It'S not super spicy, but sometimes the sour cream is just nice and it certainly sounds cool makes it extra messy happy birthday to you. If you're watching on your birthday, there must be at least one of you, it's actually a birthday in my household today it is my cat miso's birthday. Well, actually, we don't know his birthday, but it says adoption day so sorry, fourth adoption day with him, so he's probably um, six or seven years old, they weren't sure how old he was, but miso is having kind of a bad day. Today. The boy cats sometimes have problems with their babies, stress dietary, but it only happens to him like once a year, and today it happened, no triggers that i know of, but so i ran out and i bought his special food. Um urinary tract food that usually within like 12 hours of a meeting, it will start peeing, normally again a big sheet of cheese. But while we're waiting for that to kick in, you know she's kind of antsy, because it's uncomfortable he's just pacing around a lot, not sleeping and trying to go to the bathroom and only getting you know a little dribble out the last time. This happened was actually when he got so scared and stressed out when my neighbors broke into my apartment. If you haven't heard that story, you've got to go check out my mac and cheesesteak video, where i tell you the whole story and show you the security camera footage for me. So being so scared when they've broken through the window, but i've just been trying to give him a nice day since he feels bad. I never mean to my cat, but today, especially i let him bite on me without pushing them away. I played with them. I bet them a lot gave them a special food. I bought a special food for gotcha eighty dollars for like 24 cans. So it's not the worst thing in the world, but it's more than most cat food. I got some new little mouth toys that he loves and i discovered that he seemed to still love being in the tub when it's empty. He was getting in there and i caught him doing it. Video like he was caught, doing something bad and he ran away, but i coaxed him back into the tub just by calling his name softly. You know got him to come back into the bathroom. I sat on the edge of the tub he got in. I started petting him and he laid down and he just like rubbed his body all over all over the inside of the bathtub nice. It feels nice and cold as a touch. That'S a big monster bite. It'S not happening because it's sharp. I still remember when we went to pick him up at the um at the brooklyn animal shelter. I should not pick them up. We went to look at cats, we didn't know, we'd be going on with the cat that day, so it was on the weekend and it was raining in the morning, but we decided we were gon na go. So we took the subway for so long way out. Deep into brooklyn and we get to this animal shelter and they let us in and let us back into the like cage area and we have to just wander around meet all the kitties see how they're doing you know see who we thought we might like, and There were two kitties that we really liked. One was this like long-haired diva, looking at so beautiful, their volunteer photographer, like a middle-aged man, had her out of her cage and was taking pictures for his website, and he was like way into her because she was such a pretty cat. I love that cheese and then there was for me, so it was so sad and little and he had cone on and his hair didn't look great. He had like weird splotches on his face. It'S very petite, and so we went back up front and you can ask for them to bring one of the cats out for you. Do they're like play, get to know you area. This is a little room with some cat toys and stuff, and my wife said you know we got ta, ask them to bring up that sad little kitty. Sorry, my neighbors are like doing construction right now, but they brought them out and there was another family there that had just been with him. I guess so weird: they were checking out other cats too, but they had a special needs child with them, which is very sweet. You know they were really enjoying it, but he was watching us through the like glass wall into the play room playing with this cat who uh at the time our cat miso was named orsoa and he was so cute and loving and he immediately just walked up And plopped onto my wife's lap - and she said: okay, this is the one, so that was really easy. Very pro move on his part to get adopted. I need drinks less than leftover like zero calorie vitamin water, but the really nice thing was since this wasn't august. I guess that's what they call like kitten season or something, because so many cats are born in the summer that the um the shelter is overflowing, so they were literally waving all adoption fees. He was already uh neutered and that was paid for we didn't have to pay anything. He had all his shots, that's why he had the cones. He had just been neutered, so he had these gargantuan swollen balls. It looked so funny we're like, oh, my god, just huge balls. It'S insane. They have since shriveled up to a more normal looking size and they even gave us like a little temporary cardboard carrier to take a moment and he was so sweet on the way home. Of course, it was a little hard to get in a car. We didn't want to take him on the subway pulled up and saw we were in the parking lot of the animal shelter they just turned around and canceled the ride, which i can understand what, if we had a big dog or something like poop in your car, But our little boy was so so good. He was pretty quiet um. He didn't even pee in his little carrier, so we got them all showed them. You know a slitter box very important, but once they know where it is they just like instinctually know to go there. You don't have to train them, which is great, and then he just explored - and you know he's a little skittish at first, but i think he started sleeping with us right away. I know he's just he's inseparable from us he's so needy, like i usually leave the house early in the morning to work out and he'll wake me up. First, breakfast and then watch me leave and when i close the apartment door, i can hear him to start to scream after i'm gone until he wanders into the bedroom or my wife wakes up annoyed and calls him, and he realizes he's not home alone anymore. If you're in a room with him and you move to a different room, he will always follow you. You cannot be alone in the room, but it certainly does make you feel appreciated. Just cat parent definitely yeah, and so they doesn't care about you cat. Well, i'm in full, i might see if my wife is interested in this and i saved enough of all the ingredients that she can make her own. You know with that whatever ratios and customization she wants, but i think i'm gon na have to call it which, after this bite, is extra so tasty, so satisfying, not the worst thing in the world to eat very good love. It'S so good, just dripping i'm being salted by chicken so messy to eat, but it tastes like a treat. I'M just having good bread as the base makes any sandwich. I am so tired of being hot, though today i think the humidity is like 100. I just can't wait for full, but this ice cold water will help me right now.
