Well, hello, there what's up guys, welcome back to my channel so today I for you guys an easy tutorial on how you can achieve this easy crown braid in under five minutes. This video is also part of my easy hairstyle tutorial series in partnership with matrix. So a huge shout out to them for sponsoring and partnering with me in this video series, if you guys haven't checked it out, I'll link them all down below and without further ado, let's go ahead and get started. Alright, alright! So, first things: first, let me brush my hair because it's been a couple days: yes, nothing all right once I'm doing that, brushing my hair and getting all those knots out, I'm going to quickly spray some dry shampoo on my hair, because my hair is a little Oily and I'm using the matrix, playback dress shampoo. I love this dry shampoo because it smells amazing and it also really really like absorbed all the oils. Hashtag oily hair girl problems. Yes, anyways after that, I'm going to go ahead and texturize my hair, so that the hair style will hold and be easier to manage. So I'm gon na take the texture Builder from matrix and I'm gon na spray that all over my hair product is amazing for adding like a little grip to your hair, especially if you have straight sleek hair. Like me, it just kind of gives you that grip. So that your hairstyles can actually be hairstyles instead of just a plop of hair yeah anyways moving on I'm quickly going to brush my hair to get out all those nuts or any tangles that I might have, and then I am going to go ahead and separate. My hair down the middle with my brush and then I'm just gon na take a little pencil and go straight down the middle, so we can do two ponytail braids. So after I separate my hair, I'm going to clip the half of the hair that I'm not gon na be working with right now and then I'm going to start braiding my hair on the side. So yeah I'm just going to separate my hair into three pieces and then I'm gon na kind of overlap them over each other. I'M basically braiding my hair, I suck at explaining, but you can see what I'm doing and if you would like a tutorial. I'M sure there's millions out there on the YouTube world, so just Google or YouTube how to do a braid. So I'm just go ahead and braid. My hair and I'm gon na use a clear hair tie to tie up at the end, and then I'm gon na go ahead and do the same thing on the other side. Now the key here is to start your braid really low, like really close to the bottom of your ear, as you can see right there. So that way, when we overlap these on top of our head, it's not pulling or tugging on the top of our head. Alright, so now we're going to take one of the braids and we're going to overlap them on top of our head, as you know, closely and tightly as you can and then pin it down with a bobby pin. So what you're gon na do the same thing on both sides and what you want to do is take the bobby, pin and kind of pin the hair and tuck it under the braid and under your hair, so that it's not visible. You will see some pins to try to get pins and hair ties that kind of blend into your hair color. I obviously didn't do that very well, because I kind of have like two, your colors going on there, but you know what who cares you? You know rock Ed's and become fit int and just you know strut it. You know. Okay, now, if you have short hair, like me, you're gon na end up with these two little weird and tenna looking ends of the braid and all you got to do is kind of pin those down. However, you can I kind of crisscross them and tuck them under kind of under the braid, but if you have long hair, it's gon na be so easy for you. All you got to do is kind of tug it under the braid and then pin it down. Then go ahead and pin down any pieces of hair that are sticking off from the braids, because you know it happens and I'm also gon na pull out some bang action going on here, because I want to go for that. Boho look and I'm gon na take this a shape switcher, which is a molding paste and I'm gon na just take a little bit and kind of rub it in my hands and then I'm going to go in and separate and kind of like loosen up the Braid and make it look all messy and boho ish and make it look fatter. That'S the key to making this hairstyle look like okay and then like super super cute. So that's what I'm doing and that pace is also really good at kind of tucking in any flyaway. So I'm doing that as well and to set everything I'm just adding some hairspray making sure my hairstyle stays and voila. That is pretty much it guys. This is the end result of this easy milk braid tutorial. I'M telling you, if I can do it, you can certainly do it. So if you guys do give this hairstyle a try, snatch some Instagram photos and tag me, so I can give it that you know Tapp, alright guys. Thank you guys so much for hanging out with me today.
