Hi guys welcome back so this video is so awesome. You cannot fast forward. You have to take in every minute of this every second of this video. So when detangling, your hair is so important to detangle from the ends to the roots, yes, and when you're working with a tighter texture cord, you have to put that hair in a braid after you detangle, or else it's going to cause right back. So we put shanna under the dryer for 10 minutes no longer because you don't want to over dry the hair. You just want to take the water off the scalp dry, the scalp. So when you're pressing here, it's not going to swell or revert. So if you guys notice as i'm blow drying, i'm stretching the hair look at that. Oh my gosh! So when you're doing your silk out, you just have to pass through once because it's going to be so nice and manageable. Oh, my goodness! So i know a lot of you guys are like ooh on the cool mode like we have to cut those ends, but then look at it. Oh, my goodness, like you would not believe this is the same here. So we did do um a rinse to cover her graze um. She had some braising, so we have to detox the hair and we did a protein treatment. We add back some moisture all right guys, look at that. That does not look like the same hair here, because i was like oh my gosh. You have to cut this relax and uh because i don't believe in having two different textures in your hair, but she wasn't ready to do it yet, but the hair came now so amazing. So after i was like oh, we didn't have to cut everything out. So that's my favorite paul mitchell flat iron, like i have new lines, but i just love design. It just works so perfect and look how nice and healthy here look. Oh, my goodness so um, the next step we went in and we did a trim, although it's not a trim, that was a cut because she haven't had her hair in a while. So we had to get rid of all the ends and also i wanted to cut as much relaxed end as possible, so um. I just want you guys to like look at how nice and healthy her hair is it's flowing. It doesn't have static and i'm so happy. Yes, it doesn't have static. That'S because i didn't over dry the hair. I didn't pull all the moisture off the hair. So definitely when you are doing your silk out or your relaxer-free hairdo or your silk press. Just remember don't put that client under the dryer for too long just 10 to 15 minutes to dry the scalp. I wouldn't even go for 15 minutes i'll just go for 10 and then blow the hair out and then go in with yourself. Look how nice and healthy her hair is looking. There'S no statics, there's no fly away because the hair has all the moisture and definitely always prepare that hair. To oh look at this. Look at this. All those prepared they're here to receive that heat so definitely always give your client whether it's a moisturizing treatment protein treatment. So when you apply that heat, the hair is ready for it and, of course, i'm using my to pop in vitamin e oil, which is our favorite, that's also shana's favorite, and i think it came out so amazing. It really short, so we decided to do a pixie and i'm just having fun with this cut, um, there's a right and wrong way. What i do know is have a vision of your finished look and then you will know like what technique you have to use what angles, what lines and keeler here is on the finer texture side. So if you guys see i'm using a a lot of flat shade angles, so what that does it give you the illusion of having thicker hair? So definitely if you're working with finer texture here, stay away from point cutting flat triangle is going to give you that, like hard lines and it's going to make it look like the hair, is so much thicker. So um, oh my gosh. I can't wait for you guys to see the end, but you can fast forward it, because this is so good and um kyola does have a relaxer yeah. She does a relaxer after the cut. We did go in and do a rinse and kill her hair is like you can't do any wrong. So if you guys notice, i'm cutting some of you guys might be like oh she's all over the place, but i do have a plan. If you look at my fingers, you're gon na see the angles. Oh my gosh, yes, you see, the cut is already coming in so her sideburns. We have some sparse areas. So definitely you guys see i'm over directing so um just understand what you're working with. I definitely you're gon na have to do a console you have to like move the hair wrong. So when you cut yours like that, oh my gosh, so you know what you're working with and um i over direct her sideburns. So look her sideburn is looking nice and full yes, and i just wanted you guys to see the a and the v so um. Yes, it's already happening. So what i would just say just like understand your lines, understand techniques, understand here, hear texture understand what will make it pop understand. What will give you illusion of having the perfect hairline or having the perfect hair and just go for it, and i so love that scissors um michelle gave it to me. Oh, my gosh, i i don't know um the person's name, but i definitely will when i'm back in the salon. I will look at it because that scissors is so cool because it has the protection on the tip, so you never ever cut in your hand. So that's cool about that scissors. So again we are doing a pixie card and we are doing it, the gg wig and when you guys see the end results you guys gon na, be like yes, we're gon na. Do this scissors of a comb when you're using scissors over comb make sure your your comb is traveling as you cut in, because if it doesn't you're gon na get some hard line and look at this guys look at this. This came out so amazing. Oh, my goodness, so amazing look look at it and when i'm curling i do not use hairspray. So i love that that i could just move the curls any which way i want it. I could decide to style it to the left to the right. I can move it around and it's just perfect killer hair.
