Just about ponytail, that's somebody's ponytail, it's from scalp! Oh, my God, Hello, everybody! Welcome back to our Channel. I am JC from Jack, [, __, ] ways to here or whatever. Okay, I have a video that's out or has come out about this unit that I'm wearing that I really really actually love so, if you're interested that will be in the cars anyway, we are back with another reacting to someone going back to relaxer video. Now this one I decided to do because I saw it: listen: Okay, once you click it, the algorithm it it knows so because I've been doing these reaction videos. I have some in the past, if you're new to this channel, so you can go click. Those and check those out, but I have done this reaction or reactions like this in the past, and so now the algorithm just thinks I'm interested in this and some of the you know some of the thumbnails that get me they get me and this particular, and This thing this is a particular one, definitely got me, it's someone going back to relax or, and it appears that her hair might have fallen out. I don't know if that's click bait, we will find out together, but it's looking a bit mad. It'S looking at it. Much still, you get me sorry, of course, I had to watch it so, let's get into it um. Also. I love the comments that you guys have been leaving on my video. I did a comment or a video rather responding to your comments. I will also link that in the cards responding to your comments about the back to relaxer videos that I have done, and it's quite interesting because you're sharing your experiences with me and, as you all know, okay, even though I'm doing these videos, I have no like Whatever you do with your hair is what you do with your hair, but I still like to discuss. I like a bit of discourse and I didn't go natural. When I was a bit older, I was able to make that decision. I'Ve kind of just always been natural, since I was young and my mom just stopped perming her hair, and so it's kind of just been my life. So I'm so interested when people say the reason that they're going either back to relax or which is why I like, watching these videos and listening and hearing other people's stories or the people that talk about why they went natural. Why they consciously made that decision? Um knowingly to go natural in today's hot mess - video, it's the reason. Oh my God, whenever people cry slash lab that is just comedy gold. I'M sorry for this woman, though I'm sorry for her, but you don't need to have time. This might be real. You know I'll talk to you while I'm doing it, this might be real um yeah. I have no choice. I have no choice. I have no time to maintain. I have no time to manage it. I have no time to do anything to my hair. My hair is breaking off. My hair is brittle. My hair is a mess kind of now. I'M always amazing how I look most days deep, no okay, I have a voices, but I'm saying I have girls, but she has children. She looks really young one's going to high school one's going to middle school whoa and she looks super young. There'S no reason for this to be a representation of how a woman carries herself like yes, they're old enough to understand that okay mommy got this baby. It'S hard, but no, I want to show them hmm straight. You know, even when it's hard, you can carry yourself better. That is not what I've been trying. I'Ve been looking and I'm in the room actually because they have a mirror. I don't have a mirror. In my room, okay, so I find it interesting, though, that she said like she wants to show them that even so, some, even though something is hard that you know, you don't have to look like what you've been through, which is funny because I thought she was Gon na say, even though things are hard, you know you don't have to give up and stuff because obviously she's now going to relax her. So so I guess you know, because she just said you don't have to look like what you've been through and because the way she's carrying her hair in this natural state is something that she's like. And if that's her most days. I could see why she's a bit like you know, so that's what I'm gon na say. I'M going to say that I empathize and I understand that, like okay, I'm grown, I want to carry myself in a way and perhaps the reason I thought she looked so young is because you know that's how she looks. It can also be the no makeup and everything - and she just has a young face, so that's never a bad thing, but I get what she's saying, because some of you may know that on this channel I was doing a whole bunch of styles this summer. All protective styles mind you, so my hair was thriving. Okay arriving honey, you're right, make no mistake about it, but yeah. I was doing a whole bunch of protective styles this summer and a reason I was doing it not just to protect. My hair was because I was like you know what I'm growing, I'm a lady, okay, I'm getting I'm getting my nails done now like who am I so so I also went through this period when I'm like you know. I want to carry myself in a particular way like I want to experiment with my look a bit more and see. If I can do things to appear, you know a bit more, you know grown a bit. You know - and I already admitted on this channel, that when I was younger my idea of grown like when I was growing up, I was like when you're grown, you wear your hair, like Vivica A fox and insert any 90s movie Nia Long. If you want to do a little pixie cut, you do that you wear your hair like insert all these like black iconic figures from the 90s. That'S how I imagined myself grown. I didn't imagine myself with twists in a butt. I'M not gon na lie at a light point where that's the majority or at the time anyway. That was a style. I did all the time I was like you know. I won't experiment with something else, different ways that I could protect my hair. Like don't get me wrong, I love the twist in a bun and I will continue that will continue to be a staple style of mine, but this summer I experimented with finding different ways to protect my hair and all the Styles. I love so you can check out um, I don't have a playlist per se, but I have them on my channel some different protective styles, all of them chest kiss gave me different, looks but still still protected. My hair the same way that twists do so. I love all of them and I'm so happy that I I did that. So I totally understand all that to say, okay, that I understand where she's coming from, where it's like when she's doing her natural hair. Maybe she hadn't taken the time to experiment, because for me there is no other option, maybe maybe there's no other option, I'm just not going to jump back on the relaxer to look grown. Okay, it's just not gon na happen. So for me I knew that. Wasn'T my cup of tea, but I also have seen people with natural hair that to me I consider that grown and sexy hairstyles that they're doing so. I just tried some of those that would work for the hair goals that I still have when I wear my hair out in a fro or twist out that will still allow me to have Optimal Health of my hair. So that's what I decided to do so. I can understand that if, in from her lens, she hasn't really seen that or maybe doesn't want to take the time to figure out those styles that can still look good but also maintain her being natural. Then I get that because the feeling of wanting to look and present yourself in a more grown sexy cool way, it's very real. I can attest to it because I went through it. Okay, so that's all I'm gon na say about that. I also think that is very brittle and breaking off. I don't know if relaxer is um, it's an interesting choice. It'S an interesting choice. It'S an interesting choice. That'S all I'm gon na, say relaxer when you feel like you're here brittle and oh okay. We already know where this video is going so, oh anyway, and they have a mirror right here so um hanging here, because I want to sit down because I'm tired with that being said. I don't have time to do my hair. I don't never have time to do my hair, this used to be a hair Channel. If you remember, I hit so many videos, but some videos are still here. I used to do my hair every week like I was that girl. I have no time to braid. My hair and it's not it's not I'm not exaggerating braiding. My hair takes hours. I it takes a while. I don't have that braiding hair. I wonder what style she was doing back when it was a hair Channel. I deserve it so beautiful. I deserve to not walk around the coming days. That'S not that's nothing. I can agree for the sake of keeping my natural hair in over 10 years, it's been over 10 years wow for 10 years. That'S crazy! That'S crazy! Like I said sure she looks like she has very thick hair. I see what she's saying the brittle ends. I'M really excited very black, very shiny. I mean once again give me your hair, maybe not that maybe not the brittle part job. I don't have my gloves. Who'S going downstairs in the basement with the baby. I just realized it. If I go down there with him, it's not going to. Let me do this, so I don't know why I just got like really overwhelmed. I should have listened to that anxiety attack. Like I mean, I mean, I'm excited if I'm doing this wrong, keep your comments to yourself: okay, like the foreshadowing of doing this wrong, I'm feeling good after a year of struggling with postpartum depression. I refuse for my hair to take me back down a dark Road. Not funny I've got it all in my hair, but her use of memes, so yeah have to do to feel your best self right. I want to feel better. I miss the confidence I had. You know to do my hair and keep myself up. Where is that you know to my girls? I want to get up and go to the store and my hair not being mad, because for medium to normal hair, 15 or 18 minutes. It'S definitely have not been not the White Chicks. I want to go rinse it out, okay, so she's rinsed it out. I think this is where it starts to get a bit crazy, but I also don't know if she detangled it um it kind of looked like she just like slapped the relaxer on and okay. I think this is where it's. I think this is where it's going down basement. What happened? Is it the mazani? Is it mazani? I would have thought it was shedding, but I think it's it's becoming apparent. That'S not it is that a joke. That'S what I'm saying her hair looked Tangled kind of already so joke no her face. No, she has some very thick nice hair. I literally just want to feel better. Oh Lord, this internal monologue - oh I'm crying! No! This is cruel. This is a cruel, cruel world. Are you kidding the fact, the first of all that she still has a lot of hair on her head just shows that this girl had her topping tears on that part of my hair here this woman, rather my life away and a lot of people experience, hair Loss after birth baby, I ran into this forum of girls. It was white girls, but they had dyed and bleached their hair after having a baby and all their hair fell off, fell out and stuff. So I'm assuming that's what happened? I'M assuming that my hair infection was not the same anymore or the strength of my hair is not the same anymore since pregnancy, because this was experiencing hair loss, because my hair wasn't strong enough this. This is not the good time. This is not a good time to try this after the postpartum shedding you're. Talking about. Oh Lord, this is a ponytail, that's somebody's ponytail. This is from scalp, Oh my days. Oh my God, everything as someone that is obsessed with having my hair thick and flourishing as it can be. I don't know what I'm gon na somebody is going to get their thing sing like tone, I'm cheering somebody sing like Maria now no exaggeration and it's there. No her end, oh my God, the longest. I look at this the worst and worse. I feel I hate thin ends. That'S like my nightmare, oh my God, oh my God, but a year of crying every single night for a year, no exaggeration, looking a mess. My kids saying you look crazy. I literally just want to perm my hair so that I could have time to get myself together, so my kids could see that their mom confidence come back come back. Why would this happen? I can't break because they're out there watching the lady. If I have a full-blown meltdown in front of my kids over here, then, if they ever have hair issues, anything can happen here. I want them want to know that hair is not everything it grows back, so I have to remain calm. I am, I am broken down: new insects, yo, okay, I feel like I'm a bit emotional. I feel like I'm a bit more. You know why it's yes, hair is just hair whatever, but this specific. First of all, I did not expect this video to get so deep, like her video, but I'm not a mom. Okay, don't know what that feels like ciao, also, probably a bit selfish, so I don't want to care about anybody else's issues. To be honest at this point in my life, so hearing someone going through something but not being able to fully Express like you like, yes, hair is just hair, but also you are doing this to feel better. You are doing this to try and set an example. There was so much writing and you literally came out of a depression. It seems like that you were trying to fight. This is something that is little because it's just hair, but it's a lot because there's so much more, that's on the back of it. There'S so much more, that's underneath the surface. The subtext is so much greater than just the act of doing this for herself and again, I do not think that relaxes are the way to make yourself feel bad. I don't think straight hair. Is that obviously - but that's not about this - this is just about like a human moment and seeing someone going through something but not able to express it because they have so much right like I have never thought in my life when I'm like. You know what I I'm feeling like a good cry. A good cry is coming right now, so I'm just gon na sit in my room and we're just gon na cry. I'Ve never thought to myself! Oh no! I can't do this because I have this person there that, like I, can feel the the breath of my emotions whenever I feel like it whenever the spirit moves me because you know who cares? It'S just me me myself and I it's all I got in the end. You know what I mean um, so I just this is sad. This is sad, but I guess it just shows like what motherhood and having someone else that you have to care for means, and you know shout out to my mom she's, the best she's, the best objectively she's, the best I love but yeah. This just shows me like it's not an easy thing, so all the moms out there you are doing a lot, all the parents, I guess out there. You are oh Kudos, oh my God, I feel so terrible. I did not expect. I thought this. I thought we were gon na laugh. I thought I was gon na laugh. First of all, oh okay, let's get back into it. This is a lot. This is a lot hey. We can laugh about it. Yeah wow that that thinness understanding how much hair that thinness is like doing my headache. That is a lot of hair. So it's the next morning! Look! I got no sleep. Oh my God! I was crying. Oh, she cried okay, but look! Okay! Look! No! I'M! Not! Okay, oh I'm! So sorry, I'm so sorry, foreign we're here she should do a Nia Long, a little pixie something or rather you feel me um yeah. I wasn't awake to post this until I came up with a solution, so I got my hair done so I came back looking wonderful, but let me just be real on my social media platform. This is real life. I made a mistake. I honestly still don't feel like it was a perm. I really think something was on my hair if you watch like while editing the videos my hair looks like so damaged and like brittle and just like. I don't think it's just a good time watching like seeing it every day. I didn't even realize like how damaged and how messed up it was getting. So I really think my hair just couldn't have couldn't take it yeah. I don't think this is the right time. I should do the patch test I did not. I should have did it, she should have waited it's my fault, that's my mistake. Until her hair natural hair was healthier, I really don't know what happened, but it is what it is. Maybe it was time. Maybe I needed to change. Maybe it was time to move on. Maybe my hair was holding me back because I put so much emphasis on my hair when my hair isn't done, I feel ugly. I feel I feel like I look stained I feel depressed. Sometimes maybe my hair was holding me back then hold my hair hell High, even without my hair done. You know what I'm saying and that's how I'm looking at it. It was time to change New Journey. You know self-love Journey, how how better else to love on yourself more when you borrow hate, you know what I'm saying we're supposed to get all of this like right here at the top. It'S had it probably in May, and I feel like with a short haircut with this tag and my sleeve finished, and when I put all my earrings in, do my makeup. Okay, don't worry, we might be, it might be a look, it might be a Vibe and what's crazy, what's crazy. What'S so crazy is literally all like all my twins. I used to always say man when I turned 30 I'ma cut my hair, I'm gon na cut my hair, I'm gon na give me a little shortcut. I said that for so long I accidentally put that into the Universe. I manifested that I wasn't trying to do it this way. I wasn't trying to do it this way. You got ta watch your words. It happens at the beginning of this video I was like. Oh, I hope my hair don't fall out. Why was I saying that? Why was I claiming it? We got ta watch our words. We got ta watch our words. See you guys thanks for watching. I hope you enjoyed this tragic video. Um don't come on here with all your negative thoughts about me pairing, my hair, because it is what it is. I don't need that. That'S true, but um we're here, we're happy we're. Okay, you got ta change, your energy, we got ta just stay positive and positive results will come period. Oh Lord, let me just knock this off my head, but um sit down trying to jump off the stairs. Oh yeah, thanks for watching, don't forget to like comment. Subscribe and I'll see you in my next video do not jump the Lord okay a lot a lot of going in, but it's based on, like a little thumbnail, I saw it seems like she did: shave her hair and she's. Finally, getting the pixie cut, she deserves, or at least the TWA she deserves. So ciao. There are some personality units out there. Okay, there are some personality units out there, so do not hold back. In fact, when you have no hair, it's probably easier to put on wigs because they look flat my wigs, they tend to look a bit bumpy because I got the hair and it's a lot. It'S a lot anyway, wow, okay, this video, I did not know whether or not it was going to be real or not, but this that was way more than I anticipated okay way way more than I anticipated one two. I think it just goes to show that sometimes you think that something is good for you. You think that you know like trying something or doing something else is going to be the thing that brings you happiness and it may not now for her. Obviously, she had immediate repercussions, meaning her hair fell out, but I do think a lot of the people that go from natural to relax, especially the people that I've read on this channel that have amazing, hair, nice, hair, natural and then they're like. I just want something different: they relax because they think that's going to be the thing that's going to give them whatever they're feeling or make them feel better or make them look better. But I think they sometimes forget how much work it does take to keep up relaxed hair because eventually it's going to weaken and weaken over time unless you are doing it correctly, meaning not re-moist, not not re-re, relaxing, not overlapping the perm, because essentially you're stripping your Hair of a lot of the proteins that it needs, that's why it's getting straight and so you're making it in this most brittle state. So if you think keeping your hair not broken or keeping it healthy and um from having less shedding and breakage is hard when it's natural, when it has all the proteins that it's supposed to have, that has all the proteins that are counterparts with straight hair. Have are causing Parts with, like, naturally, curly hair have all those those proteins. Our hair has it's just in a different form, but now you just break it down and strip it of that to get it straight, and you think that's going to be easier to make. Look good and keep up. I mean I guess, but I don't know I feel like you just took a boiled egg, you traded in a boiled egg for an egg. That'S like not boiled like. Yes, at the end of the day, it's still an egg. It'S still! Your hair, but I think we can all admit that keeping a boiled egg safe and nice is easier than keeping just a regular, uncooked egg, safe and nice, and I think that's what a lot of people forget so, even though her situation ended tragically so quickly. I do think that a lot of the people that joined this the new wave of relaxer relaxer people they should really keep into account. That is not going to be super super easy to have your hair, relaxed and look good again and look good is the key. So if you just want to relax weird looking hair, then go off fine, but if you want it to look good to continue to grow, to give you the body yada, yada, you're gon na, have to do some work to keep it up. So I think that just shows you know I am a lazy natural. Like I said I get it like. I get feeling a bit stagnant with your hair, but I found ways and I found Styles and I'm sure I'll continue to discover Styles, but the few that I found this summer. I really really enjoyed, and I will continue doing - I just haven't been doing them now, because I'm on a swimming Journey, so yeah there's just so much that you can do. I haven't even gotten into like the press, the straight hair era of my life. Who knows if I will, but if I did, we have silk presses. We have blowouts. We have there's so many things that you can do. I haven't gotten into that. I'M I'm anticipating! Not anytime soon, because I don't know, I'm just not feeling it right now, but I'm anticipating and you know an error in my life where I'm doing blowouts a bit more blowouts with like a curl, so we're having like a bigger. You know volume I anticipate. I can see myself doing that some years from now I don't know, but I can do all things. Okay, I can do all things with my natural hair and him who straightens me: okay, okay, but anyway, say hi to my YouTube channel hold on. Let me call you back, I'm actually recording. Let me finish close out this video and I'll call. You back. Thank you. So much for watching. You can check me out on Tick. Tock have a lot going on. There have a lot of fun Instagram as well got an Instagram doing bits uh whatever and um yeah. I think that's it yeah, like comment subscribe, continue to give me your thoughts on these things like. I really do want to know your thoughts on this, especially this video like, and also have you felt that like have you felt that my natural hair is making me look, there's nothing wrong with looking young, of course, but like it's making me look a bit less Grown and sexy than I want like, let me know if you feel her, you feel what she's saying, and you feel what I'm saying too, when I said that. So I'm very curious about that actually and tell me the tips and tricks that you found doing with your natural hair things concessions that you've made stuff like that to just feel like you look your best, but also like you're having your hair in the state that You want it to be in which is natural, I suppose, if you're on this channel anyway, like comment subscribe and I'm going to see you in my next one bye, guys

S.R.A: Yeah she had no idea what she was doing. Not only was her hair already damaged, she oversaturated it (relaxers are not freakin' deep conditioners, one thin layer is enough to penetrate the strands), over manipulated it (you can see how "smoothed out" the hair is before she washes it out), and I highly doubt she used a neutralizer after washing. Honestly, she seemed super stressed and going through it so the fact that's she's gonna be forced to do a low maintenance short cut will honestly be the best thing for her.

dollyrevenge98: Her hair was so damaged and brittle before the relaxer, it literally melted off. She should have gone to a professional or just big chopped. Idk why people think a relaxer is a quick fix to damaged hair, it's so damaging and drying to the hair and you have to keep up with maintenance to keep hair from breaking.

Steph Powell: Thank you for posting this, because I have been natural for years, still in love with my hair but I have been contemplating perming it because I wanted time and didn’t want to spend so much time in it. I also wanted to look more attractive etc. However, I promised God I wouldn't perm it years ago and seeing this has helped me keep my promise so thank you.

Everything Nat: I saw her video and my Gosh! And as a mom I can also relate. Breaking is not an option . And that makes it 10x harder

Jesus child: The fact tht she thought it was bc her hair was damaged even wen you perm damaged hair you never loose a whole head of hair so common sense should tell you it’s the perm NOT damaged hair

Adebanjo Bukola: Just the feeling of burned scalp is enough to terrify someone

Adebanjo Bukola: Just the feeling of burned scalp is enough to terrify someone

Frenchena Ganus: She had the incorrect relaxer strength. Most likely, strong. Plus, it's over processed. She should've used a mild relaxer.

Femora Vans: I cringed watching this. Did she over process her hair. That's somebody's entire head of hair!

TIA: Did she not use neutralizing shampoo?

Mz Jeri: I'm sorry she is straight "KOO KOO FOR COCO PUFFS" Waaaaaay off

Passive Income Girl: What’s her channel name?

Adebanjo Bukola:

Ruby Panterra: Heyy ❤️
