This lady needs no introduction. The beautiful, ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Salon Today, SHINee first we're going to address an issue that has been plaguing us over the last all months. Um everyone thinks she's a grump she's, actually not, I think, have to add moisture. No she's probably put more trust in me than any female. I know when it comes to their hair, because I remember when I like how to hear from being a long brunette to a short bob, and then we made a blonde. That is probably I don't know unless you shaved your head, that's probably close to the most dramatic transformation he could ever do going from long and like black brunette, too short and Blondie's massive. So the times when we're doing hair, I think she sort of just sitting there like just being calm or whatever, which means sometimes she can look a little bit surly but she's, not so um. You could see she's all smiles, so today is a very special day. Janae decided to cut her hair into a pixie. How many months ago was an L week we went pretty short was probably five months ago. Was it January summer summertime? We cut it into a what I would call a long pixie cut. A lot of you guys said: hey, that's not a pixie cut, but for me it still is it's all about shaping silhouette. So it's just that it was actually a longer version, but today we're actually going above the ears and we're gon na do something really short and fun, and then generic and she's gon na grow her hair again. No, she won't Carla here once she's cut it off. You'Ll love it so much you'll keep it short forever. So we're gon na get started eerie. Awesome! Let'S go all right! So back from the basin and they're just gon na give it a little timeout and, as I always do, we're gon na pre dry, the hair, a little bit humm for those you've been asking, will show you diseases. These are by excellent edges. It'S Australian company. They make incredible handmade scissors. This particular Caesar is an EF Pro sorry, an edges premium, so they're in the premium range and I'm using a 7 inch plate today, yep. So that's the Caesar there. Are you ready we're ready? You guys not come on. I asked before how you got that scar in the back ear: how'd you get, it Terrence dropped yeah. I got dropped too when I was a kid, so I'm working through the back here taking vertical sections we're doing. Graduation Shinae actually has quite a pronounced night. So I just want to make sure that my graduation is heading towards a 90 degree angle, which is obviously layering, because that I want to make it to to wedge there in the back today, I'm filming on a few different devices, the first one we're streaming live To YouTube on a iPad pro using the front camera, so the reason why I like to use a front camera, so I can see where I'm at in terms of on the screen, I'm pre recording to upload to YouTube later on on my iPhone X. Unfortunately, Jimmy was unable to to be with us today. He had a family occasion and remember family's always first so we're recording it ourselves, which I think it's probably obviously better when Jimmy is able to come in and film it. But I think this this is okay, too alright. So I've done my first section now: we've taken a section just up around about two centimeters below the night. You guys can see them jeez it's busy out on the street. Today it is a nice day. I had to pull the blinds down because um it's like a fishbowl. They were on seven lucky and see what was coming home for those of you don't already follow me on Instagram. I'Ve got almost a hundred thousand of you guys following me on YouTube. It only thirty thousand of you following on now the Instagram I'd love to try and get those numbers closer together. So if you're, not following me on instagram head over and and hit that follow button and also go and check out Asha nades page you'll find several links to her page on either. My youtube, channel or you'll also find them on my Instagram page, because the amount of um the amount of posts that I've put of sinead on my page you'd be able to find to account very, very easy, just cross-checking horizontally. It'S always good, and I've also allowed around about a centimeter of length, the texture, so this is clearly gon na get a lot shorter than these steel like this is not my final length by any means right. So now we're gon na work around into the side. Here the first time right on the occipital bone area - and I am free driver here if I find that it's getting a little bit - why way, rather than use water I use, I just saw spray from matrix of wonder a lot better. Just makes it here supple and it dries super quick. I feel yes, the Cawood, yet all right, so this is where I like to get it to so now, get it to a point where I can see how this is going to be shaped in and now I'll actually cut around here, and then I work from Here back and from there back, I've always done it. That way, my guess is some people say it's called setting markers I'm giving myself a guideline and you'll see how I work that back into this length. So we can see these in the rear. You see what happens there now this odd the same. Is it good? What I find is, if you cut it actually, if you cut it through your fingers and give it a little bit of graduation, it doesn't look so harsh and blunt when you just straight away just cut it around the ears like that, I find it looks a Little bit harsh and blunt so this will leave graduation that we need to remove, but you'll see, you'll see the difference will not do this you'll see massive difference. You can see in here it's already graduated and soft year, and now it's just a matter of trimming. These little pieces out of here see that much better in any song, you're noisy, lucky cuz. Now everyone can see them. The world can see the ears my seven-inch, it's one there just wait. I'Ve got my 5-inch one just because I like a smaller, shorter Caesar for what I'm doing more detailed work, especially around the ears. You have a little bit more control so now I've done that. What allows me to do is it's easier, then, to work back into the right length in the back. What a fine sometimes happens is we try and get this length right from here all the way around and then, when we get here alike - gosh, it's too long. So then you have to start again. So what I do is I start to work this nape area, where I think I like it to be. I connect this. I come over here as you've seen I cut it this way it that way. Then I took the graduation out and now what I'm able to do is this, so I can say: okay well, this is the length I needed on the side, so I've got it right in front of the email and I can work backwards. Sometimes the things that I do some are a little bit. I guess you could say unconventional, but I've tried so many different ways to create this shape, not only to get the right shape for the client but to make it done in an efficient amount of time. You can see my my guide here now, I'm working into my graduation in the back, and I can see that that's now come around in here now hold me there. Is it a little bit underneath there? Don'T worry about, looks good. I feel shot here. Little bit. You actually probably won't matter so much, because the entire entire top he's literally gon na be almost the exact same length. It is because I'm at least to be super dramatic, so now that we have the right length, what do you think we can do now? Well, we don't have to do that same process again, so what we should be able to do on this side is to use the guide that we've just created for the other side of the haircut. Thank you. So we get to this site again, I'm not going to cut it onto the skin straightaway in a part in the corner of the ear is up here we create out length and shape behind the ear using a slight graduation, but the advantage is now. I'Ve got a guideline here because I made it on the other side and I brought it across more traditional or the way I've seen it done in the past. Is you just cut it blunt onto the skin and then use texturizing scissors to soften it? You can see by doing this, you create graduation and then you just clean it out. I think it's a far better way of doing it so far, so good but snow. What we're gon na do I'm gon na dry this off! That'S cheek bones food! There you go, that's why we go short, so you can see. I'Ve joined today's hair off, it's obviously very, very raw and I'm polished so before I start doing anything on the top. We'Re going to make sure that these sides are perfect here and at the back. Is nice? This is going to be critical, because this from the ear forward will be slightly disconnected, so we can leave it a little bit more dramatic, I'm happy with the length that you can see it's very raw, I'm not surprised that sticks out a little bit. I blog cut it, but obviously, when I'm done, that'll be fine and we mentioned at the beginning of the video SHINee's mum is Chinese, so her here obviously he's kind of stick out when you go quite short, so we're gon na fix that yeah we're gon na. Take these out so we can resection here is right, so I'm going to show you how your balance, the top, so you love this way, yeah this your favorite way or which way we only go this way, but you cut it, you guys, okay, so what we Want to do is want to make sure that when we pull this, all back that, if we're gon na, do it both ways that we're symmetrical in our parties for the side. So I just want to double-check that let's bang on maybe a little weed out a couple of yes but the Devils in the detail. It needs to be perfect. You in section did here on the side. Oh, so we're ready for the underneath jeez all right. So Ferb scissor over comb back to my um, seven, each blade something that actually I talk about a lot is the importance of actually using a good quality in Caesar oil, especially around the clutch or the bearing of the Caesar just so it's traveling, nice and smooth. I probably don't know mine as often as I need to, and that's because I have the amazing excellent edges here in Melbourne, Australia that services all my scissors and makes them perfect all the time all right. So, let's start in the back here. Huh smoothly surround the big, safe and watching sees right the car, so I'm gon na go pretty tight, but I really don't want to go taut so tight that you can start seeing scalpel regrowth. He seizes a making light work of very, very thick air. What'S the what's the thought behind the tattoo, on the E, I mean how many texts you said you have to go. Looking for more hmm good name, far out your hair. Stick! It'S amazing! It'S amazing how I'm dense the hair becomes when it's shorter, like even I mean we haven't done it. This short we've gone close, especially just down the bottom. You get some the shorter it gets. The denser it gets. Certainly does it's nice that is all nauseous. Just always take extra time of care when you're working on new someone's ear. I guess it's not a hairdresser out there. They can honestly say they've, never cut someone's ear I have, although a long time ago, I absolutely have so I'm pretty happy to leave it there. For now still not finished, but it's 80 % there. You can see there's a white line here which I'm not prepared to sort of deal with. Until I know, what's gon na happen up the top II yeah vertical section, get it God straight through the middle, using our guide going straight through the top. Want me to select a new vertical section like carry over half of the previous cut section, so that I'll make sure I'm following my guide - and this is a mobile guideline - so we're cutting vertically sorry horizontally to the scalp. We want to make sure that we're going all the way to the sides of the head and I'll show you what I mean when I get to the last section. So you can see what I mean by going all the way to the sides of the head. Just got on this angle, so you can see so when I mean going all the way to the side of the head, you want to make sure that when we're doing this last section that it's actually over the side, I would take the next section and then, When I mean go into the side of the head, so it means that we're actually going all the way to the side of the head so straight up to here, not bringing it back into the middle, never do the same. On the other side, something great! I love the silhouette now. This is where I'm gon na start over directing it so remember. I said I wanted that that little temple area here to be disconnected because I want it to be a little bit modern. So this is where we are the director. So this is where it stops. All you need to make sure that you do. Is that you're following your following that there we go the right angle, because we want to make sure you don't go chasing the hair. That'S underneath here because you're missing it and you'll see once I do a few sections you'll see why that is is because this is where we actually start to create it's disconnected, but you actually start to create a diagonal forward line and if we start trying to Angle, our fingers down to above the ear there and blend it in you're gon na cut all the length away, which is not wrong. It'S just that you're gon na lose that drama. We want it to be disconnected in the front. So looks a little bit different. You can see, see how now it's starting to come down low down in the front. This comes all the way back, and I always say it when you run out of here, don't go chasing it. Can you see now see this line that I've created coming through view, so this you got to comb this all the way over here everything the whole lot and we cut it there on that plane and then we repeat and do the same thing on the other Side, so this dish would be probably nothing to cut if anything, just a little bit yeah and you could see there just a tiny little bit and that's how you create that flow. So when Shanae wears it on this side, it looks like that when she wears this over here, it flows down longer you see that they went do the same another slide. Someone wrote a comment on my last video. Why does it take you so long pretty much, because I'm going slowly, so you guys, can you follow normally a haircut like this? For me, you know someone would take excluding the shampoo. So I guess from the time someone arrives to the time they walk out the door. I would say probably 45 minutes max, which I think for an experienced stylist Cesar is pretty standard. However um I wouldn't say that faster is better. I would say that, provided that you're able to create the shape and you're able to be accurate, if you can do it faster than that, congratulations, but I know that faster seldom means I'm better when it comes to everything in life. Really it's it cars, cars really! No matter what you go to this spot, it motor boxes - oh no, it's not the same cars. Cars are different. Cars are far more they're, far more engaging yeah. I'Ve lost a couple of my tongue unbox, which sort of turns me off a bit. Obviously so you can see now through that we've got the same line, there's what we've created on this side. If I just comb that back, you see that same same so now we're going to dry it off paddle brush at the moment, made by the one and only glam palm, get over to my website and buy one. These are amazing and clients always say how nice they feel on their Scouts, which I think I'd like to show you why it's, because what we need to do now is we need to connect this to this, and you can see the texture that's created through there And I love the drama of the disconnection it's too thick. So for me, it's now all about texture. So show me where's it here this way she might want to tuck these to soften on this side. What she might want to, I could just grab my comb. Actually, pull this all over this side and wear it quite sort of bias. So I think for me, when I cut Pixies, I like to give my clients options in styling, so you might want to wear a little bit softer so once I've texturize it you'll see better. She might just tuck that behind you, because I spoke about this being the disconnected part. This has to flow into the back, which is why I directed it back to here and then that side opens to face up. You can see that yeah. So then, on this side you know it looks like a more traditional pixie on this side and again it's because I've used this hair blended into here now I can see the undercut and then most women, because we are not symmetrical when you part the hair on The opposite side, you actually look completely different, and I know that this is that this is a dramatic side for Shanae. So I just quickly, I don't want to get into styling too much because nothing to the cutting, but I just quickly blow this up. That way. You can see yeah, but that makes it look completely different again. It'S just because we've no-one's symmetrically different on both sides, but all we're working on now is texture. The length is perfect, the disconnection will soften you can see when I pull that forward. The disconnection will soften with texture yeah. Now it's all about texture, unlike when we did the the back and I use the texturizing scissors. The barracuda we use this before, which is amazing, the barracuda you can now grab them on the website. You can take advantage of the strong American dollar and save yourself a fortune, we're going to only texturize the top and the sides using point cutting intelligently here. That is incredible. Look at that cheekbone booyah! All right! You guys nothing head to the side boom text. Your time so again, you've heard me say in my previous videos: the texture must be put into the hair. The same way is the the the way you've cut. So we cut through here horizontally yeah, so I'm not going to go now and texturize vertically, because I'll ruin my shape. So I'm just going to move this camera for you guys a little bit so you can see. I know you guys have seen me do this before, but for those who you haven't about a centimeter in making sure that we don't chop sideways and go nice and slow, it's really important that you do this accurately. Otherwise we're going to break up our cutting line. Sorry, our design line - we are what we do want to break up our cutting one, but we don't want to change the shape of our hair and if you start going in this way, like chopped diagonally you'll, actually break all this up. You don't want to do that. You just want to soften the the cutting line. I'Ve just done this little back quarter and we're gon na move into the side. Big shout out to all the people who have been commenting on the last series of videos. I did thank you very much. Your your feedback is important, so I know what sort of things you guys want to see, but now a couple of you guys were saying we want to see more short hair, but for a long period they're. All we were doing with short haircuts and I was getting inundated by people who are wanting to see more commercial long haircuts, especially that work with balayage and ombre techniques and foiling techniques, because that's what their clients are asking for, and I think it's it's important that We have balance skill set, so you just don't want to be. You know competent at Short here. You want to be able to do great long haircuts as well, and one of the things that I used to hear from hairdressers when I was training was a really awful. What would you call it? Cliche is another cliche. Is it a cliche? I'D be correct me wrong, but they used to make a statements like well there's only so much you can do is longhand. I saw well. Actually that's not true. You'Ve got more hair, so more here you've got the more you can do right. So I found that in my CD Canberra there was a huge demand for ladies who wanted to have beautiful long editorial shapes in their hair without having the restrictions of having classic layering. And things like that. So I started to develop a new series of dry cutting shapes, which I've now shown you on my channel and those haircuts are probably the most requested haircuts that I getting myself, because not everyone's as confident as Sinead and hey. Let'S be honest and I don't mean to offend anyone out there, but not everyone can wear their hair like this either, and I think it's important to have that conversation with your clients, because if you don't, if you don't be honest with them, instead of being able To provide them with a solution to their they're looking they're here, you can actually create a problem or become a part of their problem. So it's really important to be honest, so we'll try and do some short haircuts for the next couple of videos, but I'm gon na try and keep it balanced. So we're gon na try and have an even representation of short and long hair, because I think it's important that you have a balanced skillset. You just don't want to be known for just doing one thing, especially if you're building a team or a clientele or a salon. You want to make sure that people know that they can come and have any haircut they're like not everyone's gon na, be talking to having a and Adam Char Char, pixie cut, which are probably young. No, I'm saying this is going to be a contradiction, but this week in the salon has been pixie. We could access, because I've actually heard, maybe oh man, I think I had like at least a dozen ladies coming that all wanted short pixie hair cuts. They were all some of them. One of them was a regular client, but I've had a lot of people who are travelling from all over from Sydney and from Melbourne. I'Ve had a couple of people have actually come from overseas to see me, so you know what flowing from other countries to come and see me, which is always I'm really nice. So, thanks to all those people, if you're watching for making the effort to come down down under and say, g'day and have a haircut but yeah, this week's been short hair week, so I'll often meet just having a bit of a rant about how long has important? I did a lot of short hair and so on this week, but it's generally it's generally, I would say 70. If I break it down like this, so 40 % of people would have haircuts that are below or on their chest or longer, 40 % would have anything between collarbone and bob and then 20 % of. What I would say short is when you can see the ears or the jaw want that short, oh yeah. So when you say short to a hairdresser, they mean like what I've just done: Titian a short so back to the texture. You can see what's happening here in the sides, but you're starting to get that beautiful blend and you have to be patient with texture and I'm lucky enough to run around Australia with the most amazing company called matrix. And I get to train hairdressers within a matrix network and a lot of them want me to teach them how to texturize hair. I can teach you that the do's and the don'ts, in my opinion, but texturing, is actually a feeling, and I think that that's one of the things that makes a haircut is style really personal. Is you actually have to have that? You know it's like. I look at you, know, sound like hmm and I'm not groping her and being gross, but I'm just like that still feels like it needs a little bit more. It'S a feeling. It'S not it's, not even a visual thing to me, so I need to be able to get my hands through there and and feel like it's getting a little bit lighter. That'S amazing, who should I carpenter you're on another level today, another level again, you can't grow this before December. I might do a photo shoot in December and you might mean my hero, short haircut then after summer I'll, let you grow and won't leave you alone. It'S done to film starting to feel right now for me on the sides almost yep. Now I'm working through the middle I'm staying away from the front. Have you noticed, I've left the front fall out staying away from the front, because you need sometimes wait in the front of the hair, so that allows you to go left and right. So you can push it both ways if you make it too light in here. Sometimes you can get into a situation where it just constantly falls on the face so I'll. Let the front and sort of drop out there and just work through the top. Now I'm going to cross-check horizontally, then we're gon na not perfect. After all, let's give it a blast, get that cut here. Okay, so join it off. Obviously, you've gone through now and done all the texture, and then what I do is I start looking at distribution distribution is the most important thing in a haircut. So I start looking at how the hair is flowing, so I might want to create like a sweat fringe through there on Shinae, see so we're able to do that. I mean just come in close for you guys, so you can actually see its extreme closeup. So, let's, let's have a look here, so we might start to look at okay. Well. Distribution for me is where the hair starts to separate, so you can see through there just pop your head down, see if we hear it's starting to part naturally by itself. So this is distribution, so I'm gon na pull that back see what just happened. So if Shanae is gon na wear the hair on this side, I'll come back down a little bit, so I can get in there. There might be cause for for you to say. Okay, well maybe we should have just dis linked a little bit, but I'm not going to I'm just going to texturize it because I don't mind the disconnection. I think it gives it a little bit of a different angle, so it allows to have it soft. So we can hide the undercut if you want all. As we said before, we can install this and blow-dry this coming to the side put some product in it and undercut. We want to wear it a little bit more sort of like a stronger look: yeah, okay, but distribution back the distribution, so we're just going to have a look at how much will actually go to each side. So, even though I've just tried it we're just going in from a height, give it a little mist because it's static, we're gon na pull this back, and you see this hair here when we pull this back so that will go over there. You can see that that will stay, but these ones he won't. So that will definitely but these ones he won't. So distribution is easier to deal with when it's dry. So if we just put the head down to the side, you can see that part. So these long ones here they really don't - have any reason to be there. So I'm actually going to blend them in with the sides, because, if Shen a wants to wear it, a little bit closer to the middle she'll still have all this hair to tuck. And this sort of like when she goes to wear these to the side that little bit that's falling out, you won't, you won't go there, so we need to make sure that that's not looking like here. That was me storm. What really happened to that yeah we're gon na do that with texture, so I spin around again, so you can see, but this time we're gon na text your eyes on top. So when this sits in there, do you see what just happened? Hey guys bring me see here, you say that so I've just given it a place to sit just use vertical graduation just trim that in but after its texturized in the Sultan yeah, we got all that Caesar wrote the con just give it a nice polish shop. Make sure it's perfecto excellent inches, barracudas, again we're just going in about two millimeters into that here. I don't want to go deep and thin it out. I just wanted soften the cutting line a little bit and this is not about blending in your scissor over comb or, if you've not done it accurately, and you can see little marks everywhere. If that's the case, you pull your straight blade out and you re polish. It up this is literally done just to soften their hair, as it all fits together, yeah yeah, much happier with the distribution on that side. Yeah. Okay, let's do the other side and then we'll be finished. So let's see how this is sitting now. So let's say this is a finished. Look for sale, Shanae is wearing it here, it's a big fluffy there cuz I've stirred it up. You won't be that fluffy. So we go back to this distribution. You can see that here. That naturally wants to go back, and now, when that sits there, it still provides us with some softness, but if she wants to wear it all the way over all these here that we've left out or comfortably sit d, don't have any little bits hanging out over The edge yeah cool, all right, let's go to this side, shall we check the distribution on this side. We did the same thing so first things. First, we have to make sure it looks good this way and it does and then we're gon na comb. This forward again and then we'll put your nice head forward and we'll see where the distribution comes from here. Okay, this will go over there. The reason why I do this is sometimes - and I was one of the people used to Isis - do like just a standard sort of triangle shape in the top so start here and end our buddy, and that was too steep and I just realized well one size. Doesn'T fit all and that doesn't necessarily work for everyone's here, so just from like being quite experimental and playing around, I realize that you actually can see distribution patterns. If you take the time to sort of explore that. So I'm now confident that all that here will stay there if Shanae wants to style it that way and just these little pieces here, I'm just gon na tuck behind here yeah, I think that'll work. So I don't think we need to cut anything on that side. I think if she wants to wear that it it's um soft now, let's see how much of this will go over just a tiny bit like the tiniest little tiny strip of hair right through here I'll show you guys how slight that he's look see that one Little bit here, no cutting blunt lines. Now we bring it to the side. We texturize that in all right, so distribution is done. I'M happy with that now it's time for a final polish, because I really want to get these sides and the night. Looking super perfect, perfect, nice all right, so I'm just gon na do a little bit of freehand texture with a amazing Caesar called a crocodile again made by excellent edges and strong product, and he says this a little bit about creating some movement in the hair. So this is always underneath you can see me just going through sort of lifting some of that hair out a little bit just to give some texture and make sure it's underneath not on top. But I want to create any sort of lines of chatter marks and shanae's hair cut almost complete. I could see he literally for two hours and just Caesar overcome these to perfection, because for me it's like therapeutic scissor over comb he's probably the most therapeutic part of cutting hair. Ever I just love it's like polishing. I just love seeing those tiny little shards of hair come flying off and the massive difference it makes all right. If I think we are ready to unveil version. Three. Oh there's, I don't know fur they're watching but they're often people who have come to Australia as tourists and they come down to Canberra, because Canberra is a capital city of Australia. They drop in and say g'day. It was really sweet of you guys when you do that. Sorry, oh, I can't stop and talk for very long, but it's always nice to know that people love and respect you enough to drop in and give me a handshake and have a photo and those things are really cool. So just one final final cross check. Oh, you could see I'm just going through there checking my graduation making sure it's perfect. These haircuts, like I said I pride myself on things being really accurate, and you can't do that if you rush, so we haircuts done, I'm just showing it on using Tom there. We'Re just getting all that cut area. Sometimes you know when you texturized here it can take a little bit of getting out. We don't want to have a client leave our salon and then have hair falling out on their clothes all day, so I'll just use cold air and a fella brush it to really shake it off. The deal has a few, so we're going to use two products today to stylish a nice here. One is height riser, which is what I call like teasing powder and the second one is the matrix, mat definer and it's like a beach clay. So I'm gon na get you a to do a heads it all right, I'm gon na style it for us. Okay, have you got rings or anything? No, so they probably only need about this much. So what you want to do is like rub palm to Palm, and don't we don't just go plunk on your here. You just sort of want to you just want to this is for the end, so this is just about staying away from the root and just through these hair that moves creating some definition and texture. So keep your head forward and just sort of run. Your fingers through there and then you can also rub some through the back in here. This is gon na give us a little bit and if you can again just do exactly what you're doing and just now, scrunch that into your roof. And if you feel like it's still looking a little fluffy, we can use a bit more beach clay, but I just don't like shiny products in ladies here it's just not my thing. It'S perfect! What about the other way? Yeah get these over a little bit more. Let'S have a look this way, which why do you like, a better you, don't kidding goodbyes wise yeah, I, like a birthplace. I think I think I love it when you wear your hair and it's up off. You face a little bit more like I like it. When it's up like these there's someone trying to get in the front door, they're already flocking to see the results, your name domey ecks, perfect, so because I think we spent some time doing that distribution. You can see that it just works like see how we just used our fingers to get it into place, and it just works. You don't have to actually get it climb out and make sure that always my part like is it there? Is it there? You know. I mean you want to make sure that it can be done with their hands and that's why it's important to do that. Distribution when it's dry, look a side angle here, all right! Let'S take the cape off and have a look. What do you think guys, stunning, that beautiful, beautiful classic pixie cut, obviously tailored for Shanae? So the things that I did different is, I don't know if you could see just on the side profile there setting and go real tight in the side. I actually wanted to leave it graduated because this slight little bit of graduation here, rather than going square, really flows with the cheekbone a lot better. So these are things to consider it's very easy for us as a hairdresser to get in there with the Clipper and just buzz that off, and then you actually detract from the face shape. So it's really important to UM to do that. How do you feel cool? What about the top? It'S very sass, you know you always look beautiful, darling, always and thanks so much for coming in you guys. You are have been big supporters of sherry and I we've done some pretty cool stuff over the years on YouTube, and this is by no means underwhelming. This is probably my favorite yet so once again, thanks for tuning in you know use hope your you're, a beautiful, beautiful human and friend, and everyone YouTube appreciates you for giving the time and letting us do until next time guys take care and remember, I'm hit that Subscribe button make sure you share with your friends, get over to Grand Duke Shanaya Paulo and got a hundred thousand followers on my youtube and under 30 Galvan Instagram. So maybe some of you guys follow me that'd be great!

Patricia Harmanci: Adam learned through experience that “one size doesn’t fit all”. So he developed his distribution technique. He honed his exquisite skills through experimentation and hard work. Great video, Adam, and great hair cut. You’re also a fabulous teacher. Thank you.

Amy Jo Moody: Could something like this style ever work with curly hair? How would that differ? Would LOVE to see what you can do with curls! You are amazing!! <3

Chi Ngoc: Beautiful work Adam! I really admire your patience and so focus on your work. The results speak for itself!

Sal Tom: What I like about you Adam is that you completely get it that some women look better with short hair.

Jane McGuire: LOVE! I have watched this cut several times. Just love it. Looks great on her. Beautiful features!❤️

Lupita Perez: I always take my time with my clients like this..well the 45min. To a hour depending on the styling after and the amount of hair. I love that you take your time and make people realize that this is not just a little 10-15 min cut

Tammy Mcpherson: I love your work. As a former hair artist, I agree with your approach to achieving a look under your own direction, instead of like copycat instructions. Their are many ways to prepare an Apple, and hair is the same. You remind me so much of myself, my clients sat down to get perfection, not a drive thru haircut. Thanks for sharing, and great cut!! End point, beautiful hair cut!!

Oana-Maria Sava: absolutely gorgeous haircut! it's so obvious that you love hair! keep up the amazing work!

Sabine R: Really love the way how you cut hair. It`s amazing. I´m still searching for someone to cut my hair like you do.

Ms Shelley: THE most beautiful pixie cut I’ve ever seen! thank you Adam & Sinead! ❤️

Terri Shafer: Outstanding !! That cut looks so beautiful. And her features stand out. I’m sure she would look amazing in any hairstyle but she really stands out with this.

GuardianAngelWings: Really perfect cut, Adam. You never disappoint. It's hard to "read" Sinead - she seemed almost underwhelmed and only said that it was "...really short..." when feeling your master cut - I hope she knows how stunning she looks with this shorter style. If her manager needs her to model a longer style, tell 'em to grab a wig - because keeping this shorter style on Sinead is absolutely the way to go. Love your explanation and appreciate you taking the extra time to not only show your work, but explain the purpose(s) behind your actions. Outstanding, once again! Stoked to see more short cuts coming our way! And lots more platinum, too, please! Love from Florida

Lady First: Beautiful cut and style. I wish all stylist would take time to perfect the cut for clients!

Karen. McGlone.: So well cut, it is a shame that anyone would call her grumpy, when u model for a stylist demo, he needs to continually commentate his cuts, why he is doing this, explaining angles, over direction or whatever he is doing at the time. She is being a perfect model,. Also, looking great Well done both

Kymberlie Montreal: You are a hair wizard! I have so much fun watching you create magic! Salute!

John Cortesi: It ended up great! The natural part side looks best. I’m glad he fixed that side ...it needed it! He is an excellent hair cutter, sometimes we get too caught up in the end result that we rush to it, but he fixed it and that’s what matters! Love watching you cut. The best!!!!

Melanie Wrenn: This cut is stunning! No doubt! He did an amazing cut on her. Correct me if I am wrong, but, I thought a pixie cut was much shorter.

Julie Fizpatrick: Amazing cut!❤️

milene souza: Perfeito!

Eloise Smith: Thank you! My co workers and instructors said I would take too long with my cuts but I have more coming back and more rifferalls because of it

ehrlichlanier c: Maureen C, Every woman is beautiful, every woman is like a work of art, individual, not to be compared to another work of art. The artist that created you gave every single person different fingerprints, you are meant to be exactly as you are. Your canvass is yours to create your art. Just go look into a mirror, look into your own eyes and you will know I speak truth. You are beautiful and I don't even have to see you

WooKongNinja: Stunning - perfect for her head shape. The profile is high art.

Angela Liccardi: I just found you today you are a fricken genius I've been getting pixies for about 6 years now. And I realise not one person in this entire state knows what the hell their doing. Cant wait to watch more love you already. Angelina Marie Antoinette (Gigi)

Cath4life: Omg I just had this same transformation and I love it. Great job from USA.

Sheila Abraham: Awesome cut. Great education. I can't wait to try it on a client.

Sista Tonya: WOW I've ALWAYS wanted this cut. I CAN'T FIND A GOOD STYLIST TO CUT MY HAIR TO SAVE MY LIFE so I watch these videos and cut my own hair but that can be really hard when it's time to cut the back of my hair SUX THIS GUY GETS IT tho asmf I cut my hair mostly dry too because I never straighten or curling iron my hair..I let my hair dry naturally so it has one side that flips up and the other side flips under into my face, it's a bit wavy THEREFORE my hair always turns out better when I cut it dry !!! ❣️ LOVE U Adam GOD BLESS Australia continually in my prayers. SO SAD, SUCH A BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY & THE WILD ANIMALS IT'S JUST SOOOO DEVASTATING. My husband sent some money but it was one of those donations on the newsso my concern is that it didn't get to the people that really need it. so Adam if you read this and you know a good address to send donation$ too. That be GREAT ❣️

Zinaida Zhukova: Such a beautiful cut from any angle. Genious!

Elizabeth Harrell: That is a gorgeous cut!

Maxine Harrison: Absolutely beautiful brilliant cut I need it ✂love it xx what a great stylist xx

suzanne stone: dude you are soooo talented. I prefer someone to take as long as they want to cut my hair, if you want it fast, go to great clips, you'll see the difference. You are a true artist sir!

woodsinthenorth: Beautiful cut. Adam is such a master.

Golden: I keep trying to get this style, but the stylist always ends up leaving it disconnected and with harsh angular lines on both sides. I don't know what to show them to say that I want a long pixie that isn't harsh "speak to the manager" looking.

shaukat asghar: You are the best Adam, check out the rest of his pixie cuts they are out of this world, especially CJ’s and Tomasima cuts. Your are amazing Adam love love the styles!

carmenmonroe7: I just love how you feel your work...amazing!

Jane Kelley: Great haircut and skills Adam thanks

Lisa Rolls: Love it stunning x

Cindy Sayavong: Thank you Sinead! You look beautiful!

Little Byrd: The only thing that bothers me is I can never find anyone here who cuts a beautiful pixie and it’s never the same twice! I would give anything to find a person who could do maybe a little like this. I have always loved a short cut but my nape hair is very long but I don’t like it longer in back either. I will keep searching for a good hairdresser.

Petra Sambale: So beautiful ❤️ and this is so difficult to cut. Love from Germany ❤️

Linda Potter: THIS is my favorite pixie EVER! ❤️

Life growth: I love this cut!

Piper Robinson: Adam! I showed my stylist the video from March of Sinead’s pixie-bob, but I ended up getting a haircut closer to this true pixie. She doesn’t see that Sinead’s hair reaches her earlobes in the March video. She thinks you went much tighter like you did in this video. Any suggestions on what to tell her other than showing her both the videos side by side?

Deyanira Legoas: I love it !

Diana M.: Over the years, I've spent roughly $80-$120 on hair cuts that I pretended to like because the stylist would look at my face and tell me "That wouldn't look good on you." I would walk in, show them what I wanted and they'd ALWAYS say, "Yea, sure I can definitely do that." Halfway through the cut, I realize they're doing something completely different and that's when I hear it..."It just doesn't match your face. If you were a bit thinner in the face..." So I keep my mouth shut and pay for a style I hated. This is the first time I've seen a stylist actually communicate with the client so that even if they don't agree on if it works they can find a compromise. I desperately need to plan a trip to Canaberra because THIS is the EXACT hairstyle I was wanting for nearly 12 years.

GiGi Herrington: Beautiful job !!

A D: Beautiful model; unbelievable haircut, Adam you rock
