Half Up Half Down On Short Hair| Transforming My Pixie Cut At Home South African Youtuber

Hi pixie lovers welcome backsies to my channel. If you are joining us for the first time, welcome to the pixi noxie channel today, i'm eating extensions. I hope you really do enjoy it. I'M doing a half up, half down hair tutorial to start of this hairstyle. I will be sectioning my hair um. I will have a top section and a bottom section right, as you can see, i'm just trying to section it so i'll be opening a line from one end, one ear to the other here. So it's a it's a horizontal line, basically just sectioning the top and the bottom. So guys, i'm going to ask you to please like subscribe, comment down below and press the notification bell to get notifications to my next video um. Once that's done, i will focus on the bottom section of my hair, where now i am pulling out a this, i call my anchor line right, so it anchors uh my wig cap right. I do not know how to braid, but you will see how i will be able to make this my anchor line now in order for me to secure my hair without damaging it. I will be using the soft and free styling gel. It is maximum hold and i will just spread that at the bottom section on the bottom section of my hair right. This will prevent my hair from friction from the wig cap and, at the same time, make sure that they will uh as the the wig cap. Actually holds on to my hair without damaging it right, i'm going to dry that off and then i'm going to apply a small amount uh so that the wig cap is able to sit. This is now the anchor line, as you can see it. I did a bin and bit or is it blocked? So whatever you call it's right, it's not like a cornrow but um. I was able to put it together so that i can put my wig cap and anchor it onto my ankle lines. Okay, so now i'm securing this wig cap onto the anchor line right you'll see me just sewing it. I'M using a wall and a needle to just go across you'll, see me going from one ear to the other. This will make sure that the wig cap actually stays on and does not come off at any point until i want it to come off right and there you have it here. Let me just going over it once i'm done sewing up the wig cap on the anchor line. I am going to remove the top part of the wig cap by cutting it off right. This will now um just expose the top part of my hair, but ensuring that the wig cap remains attached to the bottom section of my hair. Now i'm going in with this mpl uh hair food on the top part of my hair, because i now want to create the pony - or should i say, the up part of the hairstyle, but before that i sectioned my hair again right. So, just like the anchor line, i did just section a small amount of hair, but that now is going to be the leave out section. That'S the section that i'm going to curl in order to cover my tracks and for my natural hair to blend with um. The the the extension my hair extension sorry, my hair extensions you'll, see me they're, just trying to fix um the leave out section and the top part of the pony just make sure that the line is straight. On that side, i am struggling with straight lines guys. I really am but yeah i finally got what i wanted. I was satisfied with how it looked and then i moved on from it i'll use these perm rods just to blend my hair with the curl extensions that i'll be using right. I use the perm rods because they're the only size that match the extensions i'll also be using this originals olive oil, foam, wrap lotion, um i'll just take a small amount, put it onto my hair and then i will attach the perm rods on my hair leave. It to dry and then once i'm done doing my hair, i will take that off and blend the blend, my natural hair, with the curls now to protect my pony okay, what seems to be my pony from glue damage? I will just cover it with the cut out wig cap, the leftover cap, and i will secure that with some wool, just to make sure that my hair does not get damaged by glue the extensions that i'll be using today. My first set of extensions are from the expression, collection and the extension is called vivi curl in the color number one. I use um a glue to attach the extension you can use any hair bonding clue um of your choice right. But these are the extensions that i preferred using because i've seen them on someone else before and i really like them right, uh, just a tip avoid. Attaching extensions, especially with glue directly on your hair, it will damage your hair unless you know how to attach them and you're, not just trying out things, and you know how to remove the extensions right um. You will see me just measure and then cut out. My extensions i measure cut out and then i glue them on um. I realized that my lever section was not dry, so i'm just gon na dry that off and then you'll see me attach my extensions to my hair. So do ctp now wow now for the best results from these extensions. You will just see me combing out the extensions pulling them apart pulling the curls apart stretching the extension, and you will see me just trim the extension a bit as well. Let'S just make sure that it looks as natural as possible so that it does blend in with my natural hair the leave out section, and it is puffier because i do want it to be like around my face. You know i do want that. Bushy kind of look um, i believe that's what goes with my face, so you will just see me continue doing that pulling it combing it just so i get what i need from it after pulling cutting combing. This is how it looks. I'M really really pleased with the results.
