Do a very mild relaxer on her, where I'm basically going to put it on process it and take it off, and then we're also going to do a semi-permanent color on her Roots, because she is 100 Gray. But I have gotten far far away from doing any demi-permanent colors on clients who have relaxed hair, and then we also talked a little bit about hair length like a lot of people want to have long, hair right. They think that long, hair isn't a is a. Is a um? What'S the word, I'm looking for long hair is the response that says that your hair is growing. All your hair is healthy when you can have short hair and still be just as healthy excuse me. So what we're going to do today is a very mild relaxer um. I am a firm believer that your style is going to be dependent on you, your lifestyle and what you can manage if your style is, is um more tailored towards short hair. Then that's your style. If your style is more tailored towards medium length here, then that's your style if your style is more tailored to long hair. That is your style, but I want people to get out of the notion of thinking that long hair always means healthy hair and that's not the case. Long hair does not mean healthy hair. Long hair just means that you have long hair because you can have the genetics of just long Indian style or some type of Indian in your family, some type of Irish in your family. Something of that nature - and it's just one of the genetics that you got where you guys Thrive with long hair. Does that mean that your hair is healthier than the person whose hair is short? No, absolutely not? No, no, no, and no so we're gon na give her a cut today, but I'm gon na do her relaxer first and then after we do her color and everything we would do her cut. Amongst other things, it doesn't necessarily have to be just that there could be a conjunction of reasons, but this is another reason why I do not recommend extending relaxers too long, because the hair starts to get confused and it starts to break yeah. What'S the saving doesn't make sense because you're gon na do this for 30 years, so that don't make sense what if I'm getting an electric car that I'm probably gon na go to Port Atlanta energy? I mean there's a lot of ifs and ads now. Okay and you don't necessarily have to get a charge station at your house either. You can always go to the superchargers they're at every Target now and they're at every Whole Foods for two three dollars a charge. Okay, they charge you, you have to put the credit card. When you have a house of that size and you're, you know your energy bill is stemming from two three thousand dollars a month to now they're paying you to use it. Yeah, that's a win. Yes, it's not a win if you're only trying to save 100 to 200 a month because you're picking up a 30-year payment of a hundred to two hundred dollars a month. So even when you're being energy efficient, you still have to give up that money. For 30 years you might not, like the mortgage, tell you about now. You know to each his own, you do what works for you, but I look at the the bigger picture like okay, I'm gon na pay for something for 30 years to own it outright. Not knowing that in 30 years, it has to be replaced because your roof needs to be replaced. Yes, and then it wears down the life of your roof because of the weight of the solar panels. Remember they have to fix it with brackets and all of that and every time it rains every time all this stuff happens it's going to wear down on the roof, because the roof can only support butt so much and then it's going to be uneven because under The panels will be an amazing condition, but everything outside of it, including around the brackets, will not think about all those things. Yeah yeah before you rush, it sounds good and they you know they make it sound good. Oh, you don't have to pay anything out of pocket. I didn't do my moisturizer. I did it last night, so I got that out the way this morning I got up. I used a little witch hazel and a cotton swab cleanse my face, and then I went back over it with a little bit of water cleanse my face. Okay, I use the studio fix primer, and I put it right here right here right here, right here and right here, all in my T-Zone, because that's exactly where the oil is right. My T-Zone, okay, I put my primer on. I put a fan around my neck. So I got a neck fan and I put that on I allowed my primer to set in. I did as while my primer was setting in. I did my eyebrows. I use the Nyx bear with me. It'S a tinted Veil. It'S a sheer Foundation. I put that baby on or if I don't use that I'll use Mac Studio fix, it happens with either one and they're both supposed to be sheer. I put that on when I put that on everything was nice and matte. I finished it off with the Urban Decay all-nighter setting spray oil control. I sprayed that baby on before I put my lashes on, I sprayed that baby on I made my skin nice and dewy and I allowed it to air dry and then I put my lashes on you see within about two hours of me getting to the salon. I look like this so talk to me about this oily skin. Please because I've tried it all I'll be going back to Ulta because I'm taking back the studio fix because that's not helping me, the girl was like oh well. Maybe you should use a setting powder and I'm like okay, that's nice. That sounds good, but I I know in my opinion, setting powders make my face. It feels heavy. It makes my face feel like I have a ton of product on it. I don't like my face to feel that way. Hence the reason why I use tinted veils, sheer coverage Foundation. I don't use full coverage Foundation because I don't need full coverage Foundation. I just use sheer coverage of veil, I have Studio fix and I have Nyx. I'Ve tried them both I've even gone as low as Cover Girl. All of them do the same thing. So I don't even have a ton of makeup on my face for my skin to be protruding oil in the way that it is mm-hmm um, quick, Vern, Varner, cleaner, Barner um.
