Deliver my 30 pound cat, hey guys, so I'm going to do a video about the pros and the cons of a pixie cut for all of you, guys that want a pixie cut or thinking about one. So I'm going to start with the cons. Alright, so the first one is kind of obvious you might miss your long hair. For me, I know that I would keep my hair up the majority of the time, because my hair is very thick. I would straighten it and it would take like 45 minutes every single day. I don't have to straighten my hair anymore. I don't have to curl it. I don't have to blow-dry it, and I mean that even goes into a pro, but sometimes I do miss curling. It and like for prom, you know my hair. I cut it right before prom and I do wish that I had longer hair before prom, but I thought it'd look cute, here's a picture with me, haha, so yeah. I think that if you do your hair all the time just to do because you like it and if you wear your hair down a lot, I feel like you might miss it, but you can definitely dress up your pixie cut. I also made a video on hairstyles for pixie cut, so if you want to watch that video, the links in the description, the other con that I can think of is the growing out stage. I had it under cut um before got my pixie cut and that's one of the reasons why I got one because I don't want to do with the weirdness of it going out um. But once you want to start growing your hair out you're going to have awkward lengths and you have to deal with it, there's really no like out of that, and no, I do not plan to start going out my hair for a very long time. I really really love the pixie cut, so let's get into the pros for me, it gives me a lot more confidence like that goes into gives me a new style. You can dye your hair to make it more grunge or more girly. I don't know I feel like it gives me an entire new style and a straightforward as this is. I think it helps me find myself, because I don't have my hair to cover up me personally. I'Ve been dealing with insecurities for a couple years, but once I cut off my hair, I felt so more secure in who I was even though it was just Hagar, and I don't know why, like I felt like, I could like start over and like be different Person almost um, not in a bad way, though so yeah, that's a pro for sure. You take less time to get ready in the morning and you can spend more time on other things and as simple as this is compliments and conversation starters, I get a lot of compliments on my hair. I don't really think anything of it when people holla at me, but I like to turn that into something about them. And I like to make that as a conversation starter. Especially, you guys ask me and tell me that you want to get a pixie cut and I think that's great just to be will tell you how I feel about mine and tell you how you will enjoy yours. Um. I'Ve never seen a bad pixie cut. So therefore you will never have a bad pixie cut but yeah. I hope that helped. I'm far older than most of you and I'm here to tell you that you're gorgeous, there's an empowerment to cutting and owning your hair and not being driven by the patriarchal standard of long flowing locks. (NONE of you look less feminine, you do NOT look like a boy, nor do you look like a lesbian, you look like beautiful, take charge young women!)

But, as odd as it seems, I feel as though cutting my hair and doing what I really want will help me to feel more like myself; more confident and happy. I always cover myself in sweaters and hats (and I wear my backpack because it feels safe) I'm ready to be comfortable in my own skin :) Forget the people who'll make fun of me and say I look like a dude. Hannah Rose Reviews: One tip I have is to only get a pixie cut from someone you trust. I got one from this random place and I absolutely hated it. They just didn't do it right. BUT then I got one from my normal hairstylist and F***ING LOVE IT!!!

I cannot wait for short hair I'm so excited and not really that nervous!
