How To: Super Sleek Ponytail | Quick & Easy Install For Beginners Ft. Julia Hair | Tamara Renaye

Hey guys welcome back to my channel, it's your girl, tamara renee, if you're new welcome thanks so much for stopping by so as you can see by the title of today's video, it is all about hair, okay, not a wig. We doing ponytails today so julia's place, sent me four different ponytails to try out and to show you guys, and i think this is like the new thing now we are putting frontals to the side and we are going after more natural, looking hairstyles, which i love. You guys know, i love me a nice bun. I love me a nice ponytail. I love the lolo ponytail like do you see what this is giving? It'S definitely giving it's super easy to install. I really really love that, and i really love that with these ponytails. You guys will see in the video that they're made with intention and you guys will see what i'm talking about. You guys won't understand when you watch the video. But yes, i really love how my hair turned out, how it's looking. I showed you guys how i molded my hair. All that good stuff, you guys have seen me do that before and also my hair is relaxed. I don't think i mentioned that in the video, but my hair is relaxed. So, that's why it's easy for me to get my hair laid and sleek and all of that good stuff, but, as always, all hair details will be down in the description box below if you're interested do check that out. I did my face and now it's time to get my hair together, y'all. It feels weird right now because i'm so used to doing my hair first then my makeup, but today we are doing the other way around. We did the makeup first now we do in here. So today's video, it's all about ponytails. Okay, you guys know how much i love me a nice, bun, high or low. You guys know how much i love me a nice ponytail as well. So i got a few from julia hair. I'Ve worked with this company so many times in the past, and you guys i am so excited to put on these ponytails and stuff. Like oh look at the goodies i got in here as well. We got a makeup brush, we have a makeup brush. I will be using that and some of the cute things in here. So i have four different styles of ponytails um. I have a straight. I have a body wave, i have a water wave and i don't remember what the other one is. What'S this one, it doesn't say, but this one is the body wave. This one, i believe, is the straight, and i think i also i think i got like a kinky curly. I got a probie type and then the water wave right here and i'm going to put on all of them for you guys to see i'm so excited to put these ponytails on. You know it's different. You know, because i've been giving frontals a break for myself in my everyday life um. I just like to keep it simple like to keep it basic. I don't like the complications, um so yeah, so this is definitely different and i'm all the way here for it. So i'm gon na just get this box out the way my hands are so dry right now, but excuse that so i'm gon na start with my hair, of course get it in order um. As always, i'm gon na be using my eco styler gel. This is the one and only gel that i use on my hair um, it's the green one with some olive oil. If it would focus there, we go and then we have some water. This is just plain water: it's not a mix or anything of my comb and my brushes because we are going to get started, so my hair is dirty. This is not clean. I like to do ponytails on freshly washed clean hair, but the hair ain't clean, and this is also a way for me to show you because every time i do videos like this, my hair is always like freshly washed, but um. This is dirty hair. This is a week old and i've been doing a lot with my hair, okay, oh jesus, we got some flakes, we got some gel flakes and all type of flakes, but um. When i do this, it's pretty simple. You guys have seen me do this plenty times before, i'm a side, part girl. So that's what i'll be doing right now. So i'm just going to prepare my hair. I have a lot of lip gloss. I'M kind of worried because how i like to do my side parts i like to do a little swoop swoop thing on the left side and i have makeup on so i don't want makeup to get in my hair, but it's okay. I guess because this is old hair, so um i'll just have to obviously wash it out. So my hair is looking like it's all nice and sleek. That was pretty quick. The parting was giving me a bit of trouble, but it's different and we just gon na work with it, but i'm gon na go ahead and change my clothes um into something bright so that you guys can see these ponytails and i love to do a low Ponytail and i'm gon na go put in my earrings and all that good stuff, i'm gon na be right back um i decided to just braid my hair just to put in this little ponytail situation because of how this ponytail um is constructed. So i took out the first one, and this is the body wave super duper pretty. This is in 22 inches. I really love it and i'm gon na get close for you guys to see the detailing of the inside of the ponytail. We have some velcro detailing right here and that is to go around the band right here. Can you guys see that so that's where the velcro the velcro will go around, and then we have this piece right here. It'S made just like this to wrap around the ponytail, to give it a more realistic type of look. So this is the body wave and 22 inches, so this is the inch. This is what it's looking like. I know the wrapping isn't the greatest, but this is just an example to show you guys of what it will look like what it will give, and i want to stand up really quickly. Let me show you guys. This is where it's hitting so simple and so sleek quick and easy. Do you see what sis is giving okay, i'm gon na move on to the second one? What'S this one, this is the straight one and the straight one i got in 24 inches and you know the same rule applies when it comes to installing this ponytail. Like i said it's so simple and easy. I love the detailing of how this ponytail is made. You know it's it's different from your typical ponytail that you would buy from your local beauty supply store. So this is the straight one. I would definitely flat iron it to get it more straight, and then you have this little piece right here that wraps around. Oh, my gosh, you guys this is the second ponytail. This is the straight one. You guys are you see? No, no! No! No! No! This is giving sleek okay. This is giving sleek look at this. It looks so natural. I love how oh my gosh y'all, i'm gon na be rocking ponytails a lot now, because i have the good pony. I got the good pony. Look at that look at body. Look at that fall girl, so the third ponytail i have um. I don't remember like the exact name of this curl, but i think it's kinky curly but hold on. I want you guys to take in something: are you seeing this and then the ponytail? This extra piece does not match the texture of the ponytail, and that is a good thing because, as you can tell, as you can see, this ponytail was made with intentions of wrapping this around your base and making it look as natural as possible. Julia, i'm gon na spray, a bit of water on it just to loosen up these curls. This is the third ponytail you guys can see. She is giving and of course, i'm wet over here, but that's okay! It'S just water on this hair, but you see what i was talking about, i'm so glad i did wet this up for it to open up the curls because it was giving very tight and it wasn't really flattering. Oh, my gosh y'all, i'm wet, but you guys get the point. I really love this ponytail. This is 24 inches. This is where it falls on me when i bring it forward. I really really love it. Another thing i love about these ponytails and this one specifically is the fact that it's curly and there's enough hair on it, where it's giving natural do you guys get where i'm going like, and it's really hard to find this kind of hair texture in the drawstring Ponytail, but i'm showing you guys options, we have options here. Y'All. We have options here, look at the hair texture up close, oh absolutely in love, so the fourth and last ponytail i have to show you guys. Is this beautiful water wave, textured pony, again intentions? Y'All? This extra piece is straight, and then we have the texture ponytail itself right here. This is in 24 inches. I love me some water wave. I love me some water waves, so i'm gon na do the same thing. I'M going to spray this up with some water. Just to open up the curls, oh my gosh, you guys. I absolutely love this ponytail as well. Y'All, like i said, it's 24 inches super duper long on me. It is hitting under the boobage. I love how nice and natural this ponytail looks. I love water wave. I know i said it before i'm gon na sit again. I love water, wave texture and it looks so much prettier and so much nicer when you spray it with water. So with these ponytails, i'm definitely going to co-wash them. As you can see, i took these straight out of the package, so this is what the ponytails are giving. This is what they're looking like, but i am going to co-wash them just to add more life and more softness to them. They already look so good, so i can just imagine how well these um ponytails will take the products that i use on them when i co-wash them, but yeah you guys this is it so this brings me to the end of today's video.
