Cutting My Hair Into A Short Bob! (Dramatic Transformation)

Hey guys!! :) Today I'm chopping off my LONG hair into a SHORT jaw-length bob!! This is something I would never think to do, but after a year & 1/2 of growing out my natural hair colour, i just wanted to chop it off! As someone with "chubby" cheeks, I never thought I'd be able to pull off this haircut, but I saw other girls with more round faces like Miranda Kerr and Lucy Hale look amazing with it, so I decided to go for it. Hope that if any of you are thinking of it too, to just do it because life's too short :) Hair will always grow back! I'll also be bringing you with me on a little vlog to Manchester, getting Tim Horton's (since when was this here???), shopping for new jewelry for my lip piercing, going to the Asian market, etc.

Okay, so i can't really do a long intro, because it's currently 12 40.. I got to leave at 12 50 for my train because i'm actually going into manchester today to get my haircut. I think i'm just gon na get a straight up bob like a straight up bob up to here and i'm like kind of freaking out about it, but i was looking online lucy hale. You know the girl from pretty little liars like we don't really look similar at all, but i feel like she has chubby cheeks like me, so i was like it looks good on her. So maybe look good on me. Maybe mine's a little bit chubbier than her. So maybe it will look, it's good well, actually, miranda kerr she has like chubby cheeks. She looks good with short hair. I don't know who this is, but i just randomly saw on the internet like it looks really cool so yeah, that's what i'm doing today. I'M gon na leave in seven minutes, so i'll show you guys my hair right now so for anyone, that's brand new i've been growing out my natural hair color for the last year and a half, and you can't really tell there's like no really solid line between My natural hair and the dyed hair because my hair used to be like almost jet black, but it faded so much. It just looks like this ready brown color and it's actually gotten really light. I think my natural hair is like gotten to the point where it's at my jaw, so i may as well experiment if it looks ugly, looks ugly it'll grow whatever, but you know just to do something different. I have never in my life gone this short minus when i was a baby, and i was growing on my hair for the first time. So this is how long my hair is now i just straightened it. This is the result of not cutting it for over a year like it is freaking long. This is honestly my favorite length. I'Ve ever had like i've literally dreamed of growing out my hair, like this. Do you ever see me have long hair? That was all extensions. Natural hair has never grown the song, like. I literally thought that it was genetics and i absolutely love it, but it's just so dead like i constantly have to brush my hair because it gets really knotted. It'S really dry. It feels like hay. So i'm going to be going from the longest my hair has ever been to the shortest my hair has ever been minus when i was a baby growing it out, so i'm really really nervous, but i feel like it'll, be really exciting, so i wanted to vlog Today, bring you guys with me: have a really chill day in manchester. I want to do a couple things like. I want to get my lip piercing change. I'Ve had this like really big jewelry on my lip and it does not look good, but i've just been too lazy to go to work so long and kind of change. So i'm gon na change that and then i wanted to go to like the asian market. They have in manchester city, it's like this huge huge asian market and i'm gon na go get some stuff before i go home and try to make some red bean. Is it red bean buns, just gon na be a chill little vlog? I'M sorry that i didn't really vlog a lot. This morning, i just have been running around like a loose chicken trying to get ready wearing my karl merch today, which, by the way, i should probably just mention the company that i use to make the t-shirts like they keep raising their prices. So if it gets too expensive, i might change companies, so i just want to let you guys know if you notice an increase in price. Okay, i think without further ado, let me go put on my shoes and my jacket and let's go okay. It'S actually really hot outside. I think i might have to take off my jacket, i'm wearing like a faux leather jacket. It'S only 20 degrees. It'S like okay, when the sun goes away, but when the sun comes out, it's like insta-sweat by the way, if you notice like a little white thing here here, i cracked my screen. I always drop my phone and i'm always like, oh whatever it never breaks, but then one day it just shattered and, like my whole thing is completely taken off. I got so excited for one second, because look at what's behind me, they're opening it's important here or is it open? It'S open, it looks like it could be open. Oh my god! It'S open! It'S open, i'm so happy right now! I had no idea they opened. This up, if anyone lives in manchester, can you let me know when they opened this, because i did not remember till morning is go here. Please place the item in the backing area. Please cause! I love you baby. Okay, so i just got this cute little rose gold bar. I couldn't get it fitted, unfortunately, because they're really busy, so they said if it doesn't fit, i can bring it back, but i'm really excited it looks so cute, okay. So now i'm off to my hair appointment. So this is my hair. So what ended up happening was it was like around here and it looked good and then i was like hmm. Maybe i should do a little bit shorter and he's like how short do you want to go and i'm like, let's go to like my chin area. Let'S just do it, but i kind of regret it. I liked how it looked before. I don't know how to feel about it. Anyways, i'm just gon na go to the asian market, get some fruit and gold. What did i do? We are approaching the place. I am very excited. Just bought a bunch of stuff, not a bunch but like some little goodies and i'm just feeling really tired. I had like a big day and i haven't really taken in that. I look like this. Yet people keep looking at me, though, like normally people don't even turn head. I don't know because i look weird or something, and i noticed as well. People are a little bit friendlier, so i don't know why it's very interesting. Okay, so i just finished straining my hair. I hope you guys can hear me. I have the new microphone on top. You can't see on top of this, so i just wanted to give you guys a final little outro update on my hair, so i've given myself a week to see whether or not i like this, because i'm not gon na lie the first time that i walked Out of that salon, i did not like it what the did i do. What did i do? Oh, and for a couple days afterwards, i really really didn't like it, because, obviously i asked for straight hair. It was like bone straight. It was sticking to my face. My hair is really thin, so it didn't really look that nice and then the other day. I left it curly like just because i wasn't going anywhere just look at this. Maybe maybe it would look good if i was wearing makeup, but i just mean like it didn't look cute, but the last couple days i've learned how to oh. I heard my mouth last couple days, though, like i've been really really liking it because it just looks so chic and fresh, like i feel like a new me, i feel like i have a new attitude. I feel like this haircut would make me look older, like i feel like i look more mature, but a lot of people have been telling me that i look younger and by a lot of people i mean like just my grandparents and like one other person, i'm Actually going to keep it short from here on, like i don't know, if i'm going to keep it this short, but like above my shoulder area, i just think it gives it like such a nice vibe, and i actually don't even miss my long hair at all. Like it's been such a relief getting up and not having this like ratty mess at the bottom waiting to be detangled every five minutes so yeah. That is my update and i hope you guys enjoyed this video. I hope that if you have gone through the whole thing that if you've been deciding on getting short hair, that you just literally go for it, because life is too short just do it. I love you guys. So much and i'll see you next friday for another video. Actually before i go, i need some advice from you guys so the whole time that i've been growing out my natural hair color i've been doing like a little time lapse. Every day, like i tried to, i actually missed a lot, but i did a time lapse and i did vlogs in between. So i was wondering if you guys would think a video would be good if it was just like the time lapse. First and the vlog second, or do you think i should do like the time lapse and then put the vlog where the time lapse is and time lapse again. Vlog time lapse, vlog, let me know i'm not sure yet. I feel like. I know what i'm gon na do, but i'd like to hear what you guys have to say so: anyways bye,

There's always a bit of a struggle when you majorly change your hair because you have to have time to understand how to style it the best. When I first cut my hair really short as an adult after growing it out the longest it had ever been I freaked out. But after a few days I LOVED it because I got into the groove of it and YES it changed my whole vibe, I felt more confident and "with it" lol. Feeling my hair move WITH my head instead of staying put made me feel like a boss lol! I was like can't tell me nothin', I'm on another level bitches. A big part of me misses the short hair and I'm sure I'll do it again someday. But my newest big change has been going blonde from dark brown ☺️ it's been a blast changing things up again, I love it. Rachel Welch: When I had a short bob, I started using the revlon round brush blow dryer. It adds volume while also smoothing and straightening it. They have YouTube videos that show how to do certain things with it. I totally recommend.

Good choice on going even shorter than the first cut. My hair used to be a bit longer than yours before your haircut, then I got cancer and lost all my hair. I completed treatment in February of 2020 and my hair grew so fast! By that Summer it was a cute wavy bob, much like yours . It's been my favorite hair length ever! It's longer now, about mid back but it's so fine, I always have it up, for convenience mostly. I do miss my little bob. And I like the idea of a time lapse of your hair color first, then vlog ♥️...
