Her hair was extremely damaged and brittle. I say this all the time that extensions have become the new modern-day drug and so many are hooked on it. If something is causing your hair this much damage ladies it's not worth it. This young beauty came into the salon experiencing severe hair loss due to not showing her hair no love at all. She went from extensions to extensions further ruining her crown after a hairstylist forgot relaxer in her hair that caused her a lot of damage. She came in feeling so broken in her spirit and so ashamed to even remove her scarf because of the extend of her damage. Thank God at the end I gave her a boost of self-confidence and that really uplifted her spirit. YouDontSay: Normally, I don't always think that a woman should get her hair cut because alot of hairdressers are scissor-happy and/or don't like to see women, especially black women, with long healthy hair. But in the case of the first woman, she definitely had to get her hair cut. She must've been battling major depression to allow her hair to get in that condition. You did a good job
