Insert Name Here (Inh) Review: Lola Pony Tail And U-Clip 22" Extension + How W/ Long Hair

Hi guys and welcome back to my channel, my name is nikki for those of you who are new here and for those of you who are not welcome back so today. I'M super excited because a brand that i absolutely love has reached out to work with me again, and that is just thrilling, because this is a second time collab with them, and that just makes me so happy that they enjoyed my content enough to like want to Work with me again, so, if you guys can guess what it is: no anybody, so i'm sorry and so extra, but i'm just so excited about this collab. You guys i've been wearing this pony all day long and i've actually gotten some really amazing. Compliments about it! So this is the lola pony from insert name here and i was actually facetiming my mom and she got like a side view of me and she was like. Oh my goodness, the side view of that ponytail is everything so like this is cute. Don'T get me wrong and, like i love the longer ponytails from insert name here, i have two of them: um i'll enter a photo. If i can find one of me wearing one of those, but but you guys the side view of this pony is everything i mean she just like swoops, so perfectly i mean like she just makes me feel so glam i love it. So this is the lola. So, first of all, this is the bag that the lola ponytail came in, so it is so cute. I mean it gives me this, like school house, um vibe, which i love and on the back. It says inserting here that really silk nice packaging that they have, and this is where the ponytail comes in, but then right here you can put like bobby pins or whatever you need to like really style it. And then it also came with this adorable. Like rose gold, esque, pink scrunchies, so i'd love it. I don't know if this comes with every single one of their purchases right now, but now on the side, it says insert name here and i think it's so cute because like if i really wanted to style this pony with the scrunchie up there, that'd be like So cute, but um, i just think she's so adorable, so i love that it comes with a scrunchie and just like their packaging is just phenomenal. So this like faux receipt here, is just super cute as well like their packaging is everything i love their whole like vibe. So that's what the lola came in and then they also sent me their u-clip ponytail by the way. The shade that i have in both the ponies and all of them is black brown. Everything that i have from them is black brown. It matches my hair color perfectly, because my hair is not like a true black. It is brown, it's just incredibly dark brown, which i think black brown nails it so um and i actually dyed my hair and put some highlights in. But when it's like slicked back in a ponytail, you can't tell um. So this is what the? U clip. Ponytail comes in and i just want to go ahead and open it up now. We can see me wearing it later. I haven't opened it yet and i'm just so excited. I haven't worn extensions in a really long time because i had my hair super super long i'll insert a photo of my hair, the way that it looked before but yeah i just like stopped wearing ponytails um. Oh sorry, i stopped wearing extensions like forever ago, but you know i thought it was about time, especially with the opportunity to work with insert name here like i've seen their ponytails and their extensions and stuff, and i don't know if this extension will do like. Oh, my god wow for me just because, like my hair is already pretty long, but i will definitely add some fullness. This is it right here. My hair is actually super thick. You guys so i'll show you when i take or when i show you myself, applying this ponytail i'll show you the way. This is definitely longer than my hair. The way that this extension piece works. This would have been perfect for my wedding because, like i wanted so much volume and like length and stuff - and i just never splurged on it, for the wedding, but this would be great for just like. I would honestly just pop this in not even curl it and like not do my hair curly with it, but i need to dye my hair back this color, for i think it to be seamless, but i love that that they have their logo inside their hair Pieces now um, because you can't see it, but it's definitely there and so, like you, can see on this extension piece all the wefts of hair like lined up and sewed in there. This is really good quality. You guys um. I mean like i've done extensions before and the extensions i used to wear in the past were nowhere near this good of quality. So basically you clip right here these clips. They open up like that and then you snap them into your hair, and then they have some on the bottom as well here. So it is the shape of you and then you just pop it here and you mix it in with your hair and you're good to go. So i'm super excited to try this out. I have not yet, but by the end of the video you guys will have seen me, try this bad girl out so but yeah. I just wanted to show you what they came in just real, quick and honestly. I love the way that they like have their packaging set up for their ponytails and their hair pieces and stuff, the other two ponytails i have from them. I received in this like silk bag packaging, which is really nice and also very convenient um and just super cute, but i love their new like baggy packaging. I think it's so cute and these ponytails. Actually, if i'm not mistaken, don't have their like name like they. Don'T have insert name here written on the inside of them um like the tag yeah. These don't have the tag, but this ponytail, the lola pony. She has a little tag on the inside so like right in here. So this is their brit. Pony she's got a bit of a wave um to her. You can see it here. I actually curled it, and so i'd have to like restyle it um for it to be because, like once, you style their hair, like this ponytail, for example, like you, wouldn't want to straighten it or style it in any way, because she would lose like the natural Balance that she like comes with so, but they are styleable, but they recommend not to style the lola which just fyi so that you guys can see the way that this ponytail like looks in full. So i have so much hair um. I think that's why my ponytail looks a little taller than maybe it would have someone average or with less hair, because, like i have such thick hair, that it is just this is straight bun up here: okay, okay, so just real quick! I wanted to show you guys the way that i applied this pony, so i got out of the shower. I had a bunch of conditioner in my hair and i have naturally very thick curly hair. So what i did was i slicked it back into a ponytail. Like as tight as i could get it - and i used one of these guys so a brush that isn't like your traditional um hair brush, something that has these like really fine bristles and i was able to slick my hair back with this pop some gel in It and then i got a really nice tight pony. It really gave me this, like super cute sassy feel with like natural hair. So especially if you are a curly girl on a natural hair journey, i have to say that these ponytails make that like possible because you don't lose your ability to rock your natural hair and like do a protective style. So what i have in my hair right now is actually a super protective style because look it's just a bun like this is the ponytail by herself. I need to brush her out. I'Ve been wearing her for quite some time. Yes, i keep referring to her eyes or her, so this is lola and look. This is what i meant like the other ponytails from them. Didn'T have this yeah. I guess they've just like updated that and i love it like she have like she has like this super cute swoosh when you apply her um, she kind of like picks up on your hair like this and then swoops out at the end. I just want to show you guys that, as somebody who has super thick hair, how i had to do my bun for this ponytail to work. So if you can see my ponytail or my butt, actually kind of looks like um like a long elongated egg shape, and that is because i had to do kind of like a twisting situation, because, if not like my buns are like bam bam. This big and like it just wouldn't work, so i have found that doing my buns in this shape really makes it easy, and so i'm just going to take it out. So you guys can see what i what i mean. So my hair is still a little damp or actually very damp from when i did it this morning and what i have is two ponytails, so i did one ponytail super tight and then i twisted my own hair first, i did that like little bun that you Guys saw, and then i kind of did some figure eight business in the back, and i made my butt into like an elongated shape. This keeps it close to my head and doesn't allow for it to be so tall because, like i could definitely have like a statement piece spun by itself, but i'm personally the kind of person that um just enjoys having a ponytail instead of just a bun and Like right now, this is my natural hair, and so what i did is actually put a hair mask in i just like. Normally, what i do is i straighten my hair and i have it straight for so long that by the time that i am ready to wash it, i really feel like my hair is dry. It needs a little extra love, so i have a hair mask in it right now. I know what i did was i just brushed this super super tight and my hair's super curly. So the fact that this is like straight like this is literally because of this brush, so just get you a brush that has like some really fine, bristles and sleek. That thing back girl, okay and that's it and honestly, it's so much easier. When i have straight hair, i could have easily pulled like more easily pulled this look off with my hair straight because it's less thick when i straighten my hair, the volume really like decreases. It'S still thick, but it's not as full. I guess i love it. I love the fact that this ponytail gave me the confidence to sit in front of my camera today and film and just like, feel extra cute and sassy, and it's really an entirely different personality. So i just quickly want to show you guys how i apply it so right now, i kind of just quickly looped this back in so you just want to start out with a really nice tight pony. So this is just one ponytail and what i did was i pulled it nice and tight, and my hair was less. I guess dense than it is right now, because it was more wet earlier when i first got out of the shower. So the reason that i even started looking into ponytail extensions is because when you like go on vacation or at the beach or something and you have curly hair - and you like just don't want to like you - don't have time to style, your hair like it takes Me a whole day to like plan what to do my hair style, my hair wash my hair, let it dry like the whole thing, and so this gives me like a really easy alternative to having to do all that and still giving me like a super glam Vibe, so i specifically love inserting here for their ponytails, so i did one loop around the front and then i just twisted the rest of my hair, because i have very long and thick hair. I actually just got it trimmed this morning, i'm kind of, if you guys know um, rey and star wars. That'S kind of the way that i'm doing this bun, like it kind of turns into like three buns, and then i twist it somewhere in the middle and then i just pin it, and then i use one of these super long hair ties i actually saw. I love sarah e use these for the first time and when i saw her use these extremely like thick strong ponytails, i was like, oh my god, my hair is that thick. I need that and they are a lifesaver i get mine at walmart. I don't exactly remember the brand, i think it's scrunchy, but this is what they look like just in case you're curious. Basically, i just used this to bun. My entire head collect all that hair together into a seamless, bun situation, even though it's like elongated and the ponytail still works like that. So just as somebody who has really thick hair, you guys i'm sure that this is like probably easier for you who have way less hair, but i still want to be able to rock a ponytail like this, and this is so much easier than me. Like straightening. My hair, et cetera, et cetera, plus with the lowla pony in particular my hair, will never do this. My hair is too long and too thick to hold a bouncy up curl like this. So the fact that i get to have that, like ariana grande red carpet vibe without actually having to cut or do anything drastic to my hair. I love that and i think that's the beauty of um like ponytail extensions and stuff like that. So now what i'm gon na do is. It has like these three clips right here in the front and i'm just going to tuck those bad boys in and then i'm just going to wrap the rest of the ponytail. So she has a velcro. So you want to make sure to do it tight and yes, i do do it at the bottom of like that egg situation all the way to the bottom. It still works just fine. They do it like make the hair piece long enough, that you can do that and then just make sure not to grab any of the long pieces of hair and there you have it and then she is secure like she doesn't go anywhere, and i love that. I actually like i said i was wearing it out today and because, like she is the same color as my natural hair, like black brown matches, my hair perfectly um, a friend of mine, was like, oh, my god. I love your hair, like that, and i was like. Oh, you won't believe like this is not my real hair, and i just told her about it, like i'm super forthcoming about stuff like that, because especially the girls like, i want them to know like girl. Get your go to insert name here like if you're looking for a ponytail like if you want to have the same vibe, it's so easy to do but yeah i love the lowly ponytail, and so this is the first look and let's go ahead and try out The you ponytail next okay guys, so it is another day and today we're gon na be testing out the insert name here you pony or not pony. This is their um extension clip so i'll insert a photo with just my regular hair, because i feel like this setting doesn't really allow me to do that. But my hair is pretty long um and it is pretty thick, so you might be asking why on earth did i choose to get a hair extensions right? So, first of all, my hair has not always been this long. I have good tested a good bit of hair extensions that i have not liked. They'Ve been bad quality and i've never had a piece. That was one piece, and so i know a lot of people don't have hair. As long as me - and i thought this was something that, if you're looking for hair extensions - maybe this is the right answer, so this is their u-clip pony. It is longer than my hair um. Just to kind of give you guys a comparison um, my hair would stop about here and then the u-clip would go just a little longer. I actually just trimmed my hair um and i have mine in the shade black brown. I do have some like highlights in my hair right now, which might show the color difference, but normally this is my exact hair match. So that's why i got that shade and basically i wanted to test this out, because my hair is long right now, but i don't know how much longer in my life, i want my hair to be this long. In addition to that, i also know that some moms out there experience postpartum hair loss, and i really wanted to test this out and kind of allow my channel to be a space for people to talk about things um that maybe the normal beauty channels. Don'T talk about, and so i thought this was a perfect way to showcase a product that would help a lot of people and would be super useful. Picking up my hair, i've kind of separated off the crown of my hair, and this scrunchie right here is the one that actually comes with the clip, and so you can see that i have sectioned off the bit of my hair. I find that it doesn't need to be perfect um if you have really thin hair. You might want to tease the area that you're going to clip in before the way that you do, that is, i you can take either a rat tail comb or a comb like this, and basically you just back brush the hair to kind of create a little Bit of tension, so i normally don't tease my hair. I find that with extensions. I don't even need to do this, but if you have really thin hair um, this might be a good solution for you. So i just kind of wanted to throw that out there, but this is what the euclid pony looks like, and so you clip on the bottom and you clip on the top and basically i'm just going to start clipping this against my hair. Sometimes what i do too is i kind of like tease my hair with the u-clip or like the clip from the extension i kind of like take my hair, and i go back and forth like this, and then i clip it. So this comes with quite a few clips on the like hair piece, so you're definitely going to want to make sure to clip all of them so that the hair is nice and secure. But this is probably the easiest, like extension application i have ever done. I think this is 22 inches. I want to say so it's pretty long like from the front already. You can't even tell that i have anything in my hair and already my hair feels so much thicker like right here. I feel like there's a lot of extra floof happening. I love it, i'm so excited so i'm gon na go ahead and get up and show you guys what it looks like with the length and everything okay guys. So i decided to stand up. I will insert some photos, but i also wanted you to see what it looks like in real time, um and yeah, so i think that it'll definitely blend better when my hair and the extension is the exact same color. Also. I like that. The extension has a bit of a like flair to it. My hair doesn't have that. I literally straightened it like stick straight um, but you don't have to do that like you can swirl it up. Also, this hair does retain heat, so you can like - or i guess, withstands heat, so you can straighten it. You can curl it. You can do anything. You want to do to your natural hair to these extensions, which i really really love, because i love to curl. My hair and i love like big long curly um, hair um, and so this is totally that vibe and i like that. I can just kind of like twist the ends, and even if my hair is like stick straight right now, it still like blends nicely because um i can just kind of twist the ends a little bit. I think that's like one of the coolest things that they do but um. Also, i'm really impressed with this extension and now i'm not sure if the ponytails are like my only favorite thing from them. This brand really does hair extensions so well and they really try to make it an affordable price point for the quality that they're providing. So i'm a big fan.
