Y'All welcome back to my channel and today we're going to be doing a low sleek middle part, ponytail very easy, very beginner friendly. So let's go ahead and jump into the video, so most people when they do these type of ponytails. They start with blow-dried hair. But me i'm starting with two week old: silk purse hair. So it's very oily very dirty, but i find that when my hair is like this, it's very easy to do a ponytail. So these are a couple of items that you're going to need to complete. This look. I find that these items give me the best results whenever i'm doing a low, sleek ponytail. So to start off with, i am combing through my hair with a rat tail comb, making sure there are no tangles. As you can see, my hair is very greasy very oily, but, like i said this works best for me. Whenever i'm doing one of these ponytails, as you can see, i'm going through right now, i'm still combing through it um i'm starting off with my middle part. I really like to do that first to go ahead and get it out the way once i feel like i've got my middle part, how i want it. I start to part behind my ears and once again you are going to make two parts behind your ears and the biggest section is going to be in the back, while the two smallest are going to be in the front hello and after you have your hair. Sectioned off in the front, you're gon na come to the back, make sure there's no tangles, and so what i'm doing here is i'm sectioning off my hair even more in the back, because we're gon na do a layering process and what i mean by layering process Is we're gon na make smaller sections in the back and we're going to slick them down individually? In my opinion, this is what works best for me um. I hope this works for you. So what we're doing is taking our got to be spray, we're going to spray on the section brush it down and then we're going to hold it in place. While we blow dry it, you really want to make sure that there are no lumps so brush it. As much as you can and then you're going to tie it off with a rubber band, so after we got done with our first section, we're going to move up our head, we're going to make another one and then we're going to do the same process. We'Re going to spray we got to be then we're going to blow dry. It then we're going to tie it off, wasn't with yeah natural disasters. My baby has been alright, so you're gon na want to follow those same steps until the whole entire back section is completely slicked down and put into a ponytail me just it's all just memories. Now that the back is slicked, how you want it you're going to move to the front sections, what you see me doing here is combing through it and then trying to find a little bit of baby hair to leave out on the side. I find that very cute, and you don't have to do this. I find that these are very cute when i leave them out on the side whenever i do a sleek ponytail, especially because i don't like extra baby hairs. So this is what works for me once you get it, how you want it? That'S when you want to start off your sections, just how we did the back to sleek down what you're going to do is tie off that hair. I use the clip you can use the ponytail holder. It doesn't matter we're going to follow that same process that we did in the back with the front so you're going to take small sections, flick them back. I just do mine straight back. I don't like to do any type of design with it um straight back into a ponytail spray. It blow dry it we're going to continue to do this throughout the whole front section, and with this section i really like to take my time to make sure that there are no lumps if i'm using the blow dryer, i always have it on the highest setting. Yes, i know um baby. I don't know why you're treating me so bad. You love me no more! You now that that section is done. We'Re gon na do our very last section following the same process that we did for the other. Two is history. Oh, i don't hanging out. The is side of his best. Friend'S right is hello so now that all of our sections are done, i'm just going through using my comb and spray and blow dryer to get all the flyaways slicked down, because we do not want those yeah. I was really feeling myself. Hair wasn't even done yet. So now, what i'm doing is i'm taking my ponytail and i'm going to make a braid, and once i get done with that mind, you doesn't have to be perfect once you get done with that, you're going to tie it off with a rubber band. Now that we have that done, we're going to take our hair, our bundle from the beauty supply store. I got this from this local beauty supply store. I don't even remember the name um. It said it was 9a hair, so i got it. I really use model model hair for ponytails, but any type of hair will work. This was 14 inches. I normally use 24.. What you see me doing right here is taking out the pack showing you how what it looks like it was: okay um i normally like silkier hair, if i'm not using model model hair, but this was cool so now that we have that unraveled. This is where your bobby pins come into play. We'Re going gon na do is take a bobby pin out of the pack, and we are going to attach it to the end of the bundle that is not looped and you'll. See what i'm talking about right here. So now what i'm gon na do is now that we have the bobby pin attached. You are going to put it through the end of the braid, where you have the rubber band once you have it through the end, you are going to start wrapping it around. The braid, what you need to be mindful of you, want to keep the wefts together, keeping the weft together like this going up. The ponytail is going to prevent the braid from showing. So just as i'm doing, you want to keep wrapping it. So you get to the very top as tight as possible, keeping the wefts together. This is going to give you the best results me until you reach me. So as we get towards the end, you're gon na be left with the part of the bundle that is looped. So what you're gon na do is take a bobby, pin, put it through that loop and push it directly underneath and up. So you cannot see the bobby pin i find when i do it this way. You cannot see the bobby pin, hence giving it the name, the invisible ponytail. You cannot see any pins. Nothing is sticking out, it's very sleek. So now, what you're gon na do is you're gon na find a piece of hair underneath your ponytail, where you cannot see it and you're going to want to pull it around to the side, because we're going to start wrapping it around, and this part is very, Very important you want to make sure that there are no tangles, no lumps, because this is what's going to give it that invisible illusion that we have our hair pulled. We'Re going to spray got to be on each section that we wrap around just to hold it in place and then we're going to blow dry it just to make sure it's secure. We are not using any bobby pins any glue any thread. For this part. We are only using got to be spray in a blow dryer to hold it in place. This could be what you love now we're going to bring out our flat iron. This, i don't even know what the brand of this is. My cousin gave it to me. Does not matter what flat iron you use? We are going to flatten our little pieces of hair. We left that on the side, then we're going to flat iron, the ponytail okay, now that we got done flat, ironing everything doing a little stiffness test, you're going to take your edge brush to start your edges, i saved mine for the very very end. Now i'm taking my extreme hair gel, i got this from the beauty supply store as well. I don't normally use it. I normally use eco gel or got to be gel, but it works for so i know y'all see the little piece of hair sticking out in the back. Don'T worry, i got it at the end. You will see i just had to spray someone got to be, but i don't do dramatic baby hairs um. This is the most. I would do with my little hairs on the side, so yeah. I can't describe what oh me all right y'all. So this is the end of the video um. I hope y'all enjoyed mind you. This is what works for me. This is really what gets me through the week at work, so i don't have to worry about getting my hair done. All i do is just wrap a scarf on put my body down and call at night, but yeah um. If you like this video, make sure you like comment, share and subscribe. Thank you again for watching um. This is probably only my fifth time. Fourth or fifth time doing a sleep, ponytail module only have 14 inch hairs, though i was really working with nothing. I normally do like, like 26 24 from the beauty supply store or whatever here i have left over laying like laying around from an install, but i think i did pretty good um yeah. This is the finished product. Mind you. I know the back could look better, but i can't see back there so i feel like i did pretty good for not having another mirror and just my phone remind you i'll, have you all recording on the back camera in my front camera? So i can't see anything but in the mirror, then again. Thank you all for watching make sure you like comment, share and subscribe and go check out my other videos as well.
