How To: Super Long Ponytail (No Weave)

Hey y'all and welcome back to my channel so in today's video, I'm gon na be showing you how to make this super long ponytail using no weave, no extensions. Anything like that. It'S just a quick little hair hack for y'all, so let's just get into it! So I'm just gon na start off by parting, my hair up through the back diagonally, and this is because we wanted to appear as natural as possible and we don't need a part that is just simply straight across. So you want to part up that agonal e. As if the ponytail is sort of forming at the back, that makes sense. So I'm just trying to make sure that the part is more diagonal and it's not perfectly parted. So we're gon na go ahead and do that, oh and by the way you're gon na want your hair to be some sort of curled or at least wavy. So the ponytail looks a little better and it's harder to tell we're. Gon na need two parts of hair for this, and so I'm gon na section off the first half of my hair and then I'm gon na get ready to use the bottom half so the bottom half I'm going to go ahead and form into a ponytail, and I'M gon na kind of pull it up from the nape of my neck into the middle of my head. Pretty much! We don't want it to be too low because it's gon na make it less natural, so we're gon na pull it kind of towards the middle of where the ponytail starts and we're gon na kind of make this ponytail looser as well. We don't want it to be too tight to the head, so I'm gon na go ahead and tie that with a rubber band and I moved super slow. Yes, when I'm using rubber bands y'all, because I think I wan na break right now. So just take your precious little time with these rubber bands and I'm putting that to the ponytail. So now I'm just gon na go ahead and tighten it, but I'm also going to take some of the hair and loosen up the ponytail. Even more so again you don't want it too tight. So now I'm going to go ahead and form the top path of my ponytail, and I turned around cuz I needed to see for this, but I'm just flipping my hair over, so that it doesn't connect or get caught on the bottom half and I'm just gon Na go ahead and secure that pony now this is what the pony is gon na look like now. I could leave it like this. It looks pretty fun like this. However, let's just say, I move my head back a little bit and then it's just like blue. Okay, two ponies, so in that case I'm gon na want to attack some of the back of the pony tail down and I'm just gon na take some bobby pins for that and I'm just gon na kind of play around and see where I want the pony Tail attack down and yeah - that's pretty much it y'all.
