How To: Jumbo Braid Ponytail

Hi everyone welcome back to a new video, I'm very excited about today's video, because I'm going to be experimenting with my hair. I want to do like a long goddess braid, but I'm curious what it would look like if I use this hair cuz. It has curls already in it, so yeah, let's get right into it. So I just go washed. My hair and I put some of this moisture milk in slightly towel, dried it to create the center braid. I use my eyebrows as a guide to where I want the parts to be, and I put it out of the way, so I could begin my ponytail using an edge brush. I begin applying control paste, starting from the top of my head and working my way down once there's enough paste, I use a bristle brush and begin brushing my hair, where I want the ponytail to sit for the center braid. I make sure it's moisturized detangled and then I cornrow it. I wrapped the tail of that braid around my hair tie. Each pack of this water wave comes with three bundles of hair for this braid I end up using six bundles, which are two packs to start. The braid off I used about two and a half bundles and prepped those bundles by making sure the ends were uneven for extra security. I tied a hair band around where my fingers are holding the hair and then I tied it onto my ponytail to better hide. My hair, I slide the extensions to the top of my head and lay it over my hair, be sure to take a bit of hair and save it for the end of this ponytail. Once I can get my hair and the extensions into three sections, I begin. Braiding, this is probably a technique for a more detailed video, but because I want this braid to be long, I add more hair using the feed-in method. Once I get to the end of this braid. All I do is take a small section of that hair and wrap it around to secure the braid, leaving a little curly tail now for that section of hair that was put aside in the beginning, I call my fingers through it a bit and then begin wrapping. It around where the top of my braids and my head meet. This would not only hide your hair tie but makes this hairstyle look super clean. Okay, I'm loving how it looks as a texture. I wouldn't say it's heavy, but you could definitely feel a little Yaga to finish this look up. I'Ma just do my edges and I'm going to do a no makeup. Makeup look finished. Look in three two! So last night was my first night sleeping in this braid and I realized that my hair is starting to come out a little bit at the top. So I was thinking about what I could have changed when I was doing this hairstyle. If my hair was actually moisturized and had its natural curly texture, I feel like, even if it was coming out a little bit, it would blend better. But overall I love how it came out.
