How To Sleek High Ponytail On Short 4C Natural Hair- Ft Outre'S Pretty Quick Wrap Pony

So today's video is in collaboration with autre and I'll, be showing to you their new, pretty quick, rap ponies and avi showcasing like 4 different styles, as well as my updated how to high ponytail. So, if you're interested anything like how ITV looks then keep on watching. So jumping in my hair was freshly washed and I blow dried it a bit and I'm gon na go in with my Revlon dryer and guys. This right is really good. It isn't like as hot as the other. You know blow dryers and because it's a brush, it's easy to use - and I find incorporating this with my ponytails - have been a major help so guys this is like my updated, like ponytail routine. Usually, I would part my hair in like really really small sections. If you've been watching me for a while you'd realize I put my hair in a really small sections and then I'd put like products in between my hair, but now my hair is growing like somewhat so I don't have to do that anymore. So I'm just literally like doing my hair in like three sections just to get it like sleek, as I'm going in with style factors on edge pomade, it's their stronghold edge. For me, I think that's the name and after like blowing my hair up in the direction of a ponytail, I'm just going to apply this product like all around the parameters of my hair and the key, I realized with getting a sleek ponytail, even as my hair Is like grown some more as like smoothing and making sure your hair isn't like tangle, because if you're here isn't like detangled and it's not smooth, it's not gon na look sleek and it's not gon na lay down. So you'll notice me like going through my hair like several times with a comb just to like get the hair smooth and I'm going to keep smoothing this until I get the section the way how I want it and then I use my hands sort of like A brush like smooth the product in and then I'll create like my first ponytail and yeah, I'm going to part my edges out and we'll do the edge work afterwards guys and I'm going in again with this camera and I'm blowing out that section of my hair I'Ll apply the product and literally like comb it into the first section, and that will be like the middle part of my ponytail and then I'll go in with the back and I'll blow the back up in the direction that I want it and then I'll add The product and I'll just comb it out and into the hair until I get it as sleek as I wanted to, you, can always use a hairbrush, my hairbrush, so I just use the comb and it came out just fine and guys. I don't think using this hair dryer will like damage your here, because my curls are still there and everything. It'S not like a really high heat, dryer and yeah. I find that it works for me. I usually like do my hair with like no heat at all, but as of late, I've been just using this method and doing a ponytail has become like way easier, and it's like wait like neater than before. So I'm just gon na keep doing that. As you can see that there's not much hassle as before, I'd be parting, my hair, like really thin sections, but as your hair grows, it gets, I guess less and less tedious to do. But some people would say that when their hair starts growing, it's like harder to get in the ponytail, but I really think it's just like the method that you use, but sectioning is definitely like key and smoothing is definitely key. Don'T do it here if it's tangles make sure it's detangled and guys. As you see, I got my hair in the ponytail, but I still was not satisfied like with the back portion, so I was gon na put it in a ponytail and then I'm gon na go in with a comb and I'm gon na keep like combing it And smoothing in my hand, until I get it exactly how I want it like yeah like right now, it looks perfect and that's basically like my base, and this base is smooth and it'll last me for days, because this did not come out. It lasted me for quite a few days until I decided to take it out and for the ends I'm making my hair into two braids, because I couldn't get it into one. So I'm making my hair into two braids after getting my hair into braids Wow we're not gon na leave it like that, though. But after getting my hair into the braids, I'm gon na go in and do um do my edges, I'm using Hicks edge control and I'm also using this edge brush by baby trust. I'Ll leave the details of what I use like in the description bar and I really like this edge brush. It really gets my edges like super sleek and souped and, as you can see like my edges are like laid and looking really nice and yeah. I'M just gon na do the same thing on the other side. Now that or edges are complete. I'M going to wrap the ends of my hair into like a smaller bun and secure it with a rubber band, and then our base is like fully complete and ready and guys I'm gon na go in and tie my hair with some rapid dialing strips guys. I did notice, however, like after trying my ear that the product kind of settled on my hair and I kinda had some type of like white residue. But I figured it out if you have any kind of white residue that go in and use like some water and wipe the area, and it will be like really good. So we're going in with our first ponytail and might I say, like the packaging, is super super super cute guys like it literally looks like a ponytail like a low ponytail, and these ponytail guys you can wear it as a high or low ponytail and we're going In with that, and as I was saying that base is done, it's super smooth. Do you see how cute the packaging is like? It looks like a low ponytail, so the hair comes with a ponytail. It comes with pins to secure the wrap around the ponytail and that's the piece that you used to wrap and it has three hooks in it. Three clips you put one in the middle of your ponytail and then you bring the other two at the side and you secure those into the hair and then you're gon na go in with the wrap portion of it and you're gon na wrap it as tight. As possible or as snug as you would want it, and then you go in with the bobby pins and you pin it and just like that, the ponytails in place like this ponytail is super quick. It'S super easy and you literally look like you went to the salon and you did that in like a few minutes and just like that, we're ready guys. I really really like this ponytail. It'S super easy. It'S super quick, I feel like it's foolproof and they do provide you with everything you need inside of the packet. So, like you literally just need to have your face, ready, snap it on and whip it you're ready to go and guys. This is the second style, and this is the the loose curl and I have it in the color gr4, 2730 and yeah guys it's typically the same construction like all the ponytails come with three clips that you used to secure to your base. It comes with the wrap and it comes with bobby pins, and you install it just as how I showed you in the previous ponytail and just like that, like you're ready to go so you could quick super easy. If you have several of these, you can like change your hair like all week, just create like one ponytail base and for the whole week you have different hairstyles. I really really like it. This innovative idea and guys I'm gon na stop rambling, because the video is self explanatory, like it'll, show you the other styles and yeah. I really hope you enjoyed this video.
