High Ponytail Tutorial With Wavy Wand Curls // Old Hollywood Waves Ft So Doll Extensions

Hey guys welcome back to my channel, so today I have a styling video, I'm going to be showing you guys how I achieved this. You know top knots hairstyle with the effortless waves as well. So this is what I did for one of my wigs and I wanted to show you guys. So if you know follow me on instagram make sure you do so it's at Soto, so yeah. What I'm gon na do first is to put a heat protectant. So I'm using there got to be AG and oil and that's what I'm gon na be using. You know I'm applying that's all over the hair. So next I'm going to section the parts of the head where I'm going to hold it into the bun and take that out of the way. So what I'm going to do next is the hair that covers this is supposed to cover the tracks. I'M gon na go in with my hearts comb and I'm just gon na make it flat, and you know, take away any bumps and stuff like that, and I'm also just basically trying to direct the hair on the site. So I should go backwards instead of you know falling towards the face, so I'm just trying to push everything backwards. So once that is done, I need some mold and stop doing my pony tail. So you can basically just go ahead and put products and us and then try to you know, make or do your pony tail, but it's not gon na be so like flats and sleek. So I prefer to use the hot comb and going section. So I actually start in the middle and try to do everything upwards, so is where I'm gon na be doing the bun, so I'm basically taking hair from around its to join and that's what I'm gon na be doing. So I'm actually going to be today interchanging between holding hairspray and then Sheen has fair as well. So for the parts where I feel like there are lots of fire ways I go in with machine has spray because it has oil. I don't want it to. You know to drain the the frontal and you know, make it look oily and stuff like that. So I'm not using just that for the entire process on my shoes and normal hairspray as well, and then, when I get to places where I need to get rid of flyaways, then I go ahead and use the sheen. So that's basically what I'm doing I'm just trying to take everything all the way up to the top, where I want to do the bun. So now I'm gon na just um cuts off the section that I need to use for my ear tops and I'm gon na leave that down. So I say you're done with one site because it's represents, if you have to do the same thing. For the other side as well, so that's just what I'm doing so. I went in with Sheen hair spray again just to get rid of the overall flyaways, and now I'm gon na put my hair into a bun. So because we're actually going to be wrapping this, you don't need to shush yourself about what color you know: elastic band or what to call hair buns that you're gon na use, because I don't know the day it's gon na be covered anyway. So but if you have block, then you know good for you, but if you don't have black on shirts yourself just use any color you have. I was long as generally even that's like this and you're actually gon na who be holding it in the bun. So I know it's, as my camera was mostly also focus, so I tried seeing you know I just a and my camera was a bit too cold, so I kept saying hits in my hand on it. So I'm sorry, if you guys I've seen like shaky movements and stuff like that, so what I did now is I applied some wax take on the the hair cuz I wanted. I wanted to be very Sikh and I wanted to like really hold its weight. All the way up to the top, so now I'm just gon na wrap the hair around it. So this process can be a little do they air on rebels, and he has to do it again and stuff like that. But then, like don't, don't get tired. Just do a few tries if it doesn't like, take everything off and then do it again. So you know you get something that looks. You know okay for you so now, once that is done, I'm moving on to the curls and initially I just wanted to do like rundown positions and just like put a few curls on it, because I had already had some some wave to it. But then after I started curling I was like oh my gosh II love the coast, so I want to do you know then tapping so I had to go back in again and then start doing. You know normal sections, like I said, a sectioning from the back and then all the way to the top so for the killing. There'S a clean person that, if you guys, can hear that sorry so for the killing. What I'm basically doing is I take a piece of hair and then I just twist and wrap it around the barrel of the one. So the one that machine using as the babe Ulis tee pad kevinwanders and as a very old like one but yeah any tapered. Killing one, I believe, can do the job, so this is actually the large cuts of its is actually an inch. So I don't, I don't really know the size of the tapered pads but they're larger parts of its as the size of an inch. So if you're thinking of the size as well, then there you go so basically that's just what I'm doing all through all the hair just twisting and wrapping the head and then I need I hold it for a few seconds and once the heat gets to everything, I just take it off and I leave it and that's basically it so I'm gon na do it for the entire week. I'M gon na do I'm actually doing one side first and I'm gon na move on to the other side as well. So I just finished with one side and you guys, I want you guys to see that they're friends, so this is what the cold side looks as so pretty and then that's why the one college side looks so not I'm done with the side. I'M gon na move on to the other side and until that's as well, I notice only in the comer the whole time. So I didn't film like so much. I didn't edit so much of those parts into it, but then yeah. I basically just did the same thing and rub there on the barreled and that's it. So that's, basically all the video and I'm gon na leave you guys to watch the rest, so some of them like started falling and the fonts cuz. I didn't really pay attention to the fronds when I was studying. I was just going around on pills and stuff like that, but later I decided I wanted to do you know the even curls, so I had to go back in again to the phones and stop Raquel and sold us basically just what I'm doing and I'm reinforcing The curls, so that's the end of the video.
