How To: 5X5 Glueless Closure Wig Install | No Bald Cap Necessary | Krowned Tresses

Yeah wow, who is she hi babes, welcome back to my YouTube channel um. Today I decided to bring you all a full uh, wig installation, video using Crown Tresses hair collection, my hair company um. This is the 16 inch Jamia crown and I dotted jet black. If you are interested in learning how I got this sleigh then be sure to continue watching this video. This is my first time trying jet black and the jet black girls might have me in a Chokehold honestly. Okay, like this is just giving like this, is giving classiest giving bosses giving I'm going to work. Don'T talk to me, don't touch my hair. Don'T ask me: is it mine, because it's mine, that's what it's giving uh, get your products and stay tuned without further Ado? We'Re gon na go ahead and get right into the video, so we are about to get started. Um first things. First um! Normally, when I wear my wigs, I have my hair braided but um I decided to um wash and blow dry. My hair wash blow dry, straighten, trim my ends and all that good jazz. So today we are going to be rocking a ponytail um. For the sake of this install, do I uh recommend a low ponytail? Absolutely not. I prefer a breakdown um, that's just my preference. Some people do flat twists. Some people do break downs um some people do ponytails. So it's really all about your preference me personally, I'm always rocking a braid down just because it just makes me feel. Like my um hair, my wig is secure um. So this is the wig right here it is unstyled um literally so I am giving you all a full, a full wig install. I doubted jet black this morning, so I probably won't be talking through this video you'll just watch. I don't know I don't know, it'll be a mixture of both how about that first things. First, so I'm gon na take this out because I want um, my ponytail to be super super low. Let'S get into the healthiness and fullness and I just cut my hair but honey, let's get into the healthiness of the hair. Okay, I want to do a low ponytail. I personally don't do the Wildcat method, because I take my wigs off every night and I just don't feel like it's necessary. That'S just my personal opinion to each his own foreign, I'm using Fenty Beauty. So I know there has been a little debate about um. What order you do your makeup and you do your hair in and I don't remember I honestly don't remember I feel like I do my makeup first and then my hair um, but it just really depends drop down in the comment section below what order um. You do your like hair makeup like what's what's your order, I think, for me is makeup hair and then I get dressed. This is the hair freshly washed uh blow dried? This is the Jamia unit. It'S a five by five uh closure with. I think this is the 16. I think I use 16 inch bundles for this, so what you want to do is okay. Let me make this a little bit easier. Okay, so this is the closure. This is the closure part. This is a transparent, um lace. No, this is HD HD lace, I'm sorry um. This is how the inside I constructed this wig hair was provided by me from my hair company um. This is how the inside of your unit will look if you purchase a wig for me. Of course, you'll have the tag if you watched my previous uh, not previous. If you watched my first hair tutorial or coloring tutorial you'll see, the inside of the wig will have my tag on it and now I've started inserting combs in the back of the wig um, but let's y'all know we got ta. Do it inside of the cap? Reveal honey, so, let's get into the construction. Of course the construction is always neat. I always meet and a lot of people feel like um custom. Wigs, don't have enough stretch, but they do they still stretch. They still stretch. Okay, so don't let the people that's still making wigs by hand food, they still stretch, so my stocking cap, I'm going to basically do the same thing on the inside of foreign. I do have a few holes um on my lace. That'S why it's mine um! I did that while plucking, but it's mine, so it's okay. I know that I'll be replacing this pretty soon. That'S one of the things that I don't like about HD lace, um HD lace is very, very thin. It'S very, very thin. Lace is very, very big, but what you want to do is you're going to put the wig on your head. Um, you see the band right here. You don't pull that band all the way back and then I'll flip that wig over. I just stuck the comb. I just stuck the comb in the back of my head, so I feel super super secure, super snug. You see that okay, all right, so I am using my wax stick. This is a wax stick from my hairline. I will link it in the description box below, but if you wear a wig, you need a wax stick and, of course, you've seen my red hair tutorial. If you haven't click off of this and go click on to that one, but a wax stick is very essential for wearing a wig okay. So now that I've kind of like framed and kind of figured out like where I want my part to be - I am about to go in and basically melt the lace okay. So this is optional. My way I'm glueless um like if I wanted to just cut my lace um, which you I'll show you all, but if I just wanted to cut my lace and not add any hairspray I wouldn't have to, and it looks very natural like very very it looks Very, very natural: okay, as a matter of fact how about this I'll do one side with hairspray and then the other side, without just so, you can kind of get a visual of you know the the two okay okay, so you couldn't see, take a razor and Really just Jack the edges, okay, you can start out. You see, I still got a whole hell of a lot lace left, but it's best to start this way opposed to cutting so far up to the top, because you can always cut more, but you can't add more okay, you don't want to cut off too much And I always like to cut the ends with my scissors, so I'm gon na cut this off. I love you so see. Nothing is on my lace. Absolutely nothing is on the lace. Absolutely nothing is on the lace. Okay, I could cut a little bit more right here, but I'm not really tripping. So I'm gon na go in with my sculpting styling foam from my hair company Crown traces, hair collection, okay - and this is just kind of just some mold. So if you are going to use the method without the um Hairspray, you use this method. So it's just really just mousse. You don't have to use my mousse. I prefer my mousse, but you don't have to use my mousse. You can use your own okay, um. So I just go and just put it where it needs to go on you. I want to say, like me, honestly, go in with your milk band and we're just gon na, let that sit and marinate if I did not have to curl my hair, because I'm about to curl my hair, if I did not have to curl my hair, I Would blow dry it? I would use the blow dryer to just you know: speed up the drying process, okay, so I'm kind of feeling the black at first. I didn't really know how I felt about it, but I am definitely feeling the black yeah I'm on FaceTime. With one of my life sisters, so I am going to speed this part up, I'm just gon na curl, my hair and then we'll come back. Okay huh you sound like you're putting the Mac on someone too, I was like no, I was recording. I was recording for reels and Tick Tock and YouTube. Oh yeah yeah. The way you were looking at the camera. I saw you on FaceTime, but somebody's son. There, oh say hey y'all what it is baby, okay y'all. So when I curl my hair, I like to curl back on both sides so that the curls are like falling like that you'll see when I comb them out, but I am back with the final look. So I'm gon na go in my hair is already curled, as you can see, I'm gon na go in with this uh Sebastian Shaper, Plus, okay, and this can be purchased at Marshalls, TJ Maxx, um Burlington. I think I paid like 7.99. Is that say: 7.99 yeah? Okay, so I love this because it's a very light. Hairspray um and I only do a little bit just to like hold the curls okay, so we're gon na take the Melt bin off, and this is what it's giving melted, melted melted. What we love! I'M gon na go in with my um Edge brush and you just want to kind of brush the baby hairs or comb them out so that they aren't so like hard um yeah. You want it to be very soft like so like that, like Auntie tab would say: okay and now I'm gon na pull this curl out good job, chow, chow chow, my God, my God, my goodness y'all, I'm extra y'all, know this y'all know. What'S up baby, it's giving um, it is definitely giving body yada good y'all! You got ta boost yourself up this jet black y'all. I can't lie. I was nervous at first, but this black is giving everything that it was supposed to have gave y'all, my goodness y'all. I'M so pleased like don't talk to me. Okay, do not talk to me unless you telling me that I look good please. So I also like to go behind and just pull my ear out and y'all know I had to come through with a top. Oh, am I the drama or what Jesus Jesus? Oh okay, so um All I'm gon na do now is kind of just go in so I'll either go in with my wax stick or I'll just spray. Some um Sebastian, Shaper Plus on my hands, just kind of making sure like the flyaways, are down. So, of course, I love the fact. You saw that I paint my curls up top because I wanted to just give my hair a little bit more body. I didn't want it to be super flat, um, but y'all know me if the wig ain't flat baby, if the wig is not flat. Oh my gosh y'all. This is giving this is giving. Is it giving or is it giving? I think it's giving baby. This is giving like this is giving it's giving a lot, and it's so like this is. This is like a death. This is a strong, definite everyday wig for work. For my ladies who are in corporate, this is definitely sure even a teacher. This is definitely a, but I love it. I think this is outside of me wearing a Bob. This is like the shortest I've. Ever um worn my wig, and I just love it. It just looks so freaking good, oh it just looks so good and the jet black just does it, for me are, ladies and gentlemen, I present to you Miss mamas, ow y'all, I'm so aggravating, but um, okay.
